Study on Developmental Expression of ApoCⅡ Gene mRNA in Liver Tissues of Pigs

The aim of this study was to investigate the developmental patterns of ApoCⅡ gene mRNA in liver in Mashen and Large White pigs, and study the relationship between the expression level of ApoCⅡ and the lipid metabolism in pigs.The mRNA relative expressions of ApoCⅡ gene in liver at seven stages of 1,30,60,90,120,150,and 180-day old in Mashen and Large White pigs were determined by quantitative Real-time PCR.The results showed that the developmental trend of ApoCⅡ mRNA expression in liver between Mashen and Large White pigs was different.The ApoCⅡ mRNA abundance was decreased from birth to 60-day old,then increased at 90-day old,and decreased again after that in Mashen pig.However,the relative expression amount in Large White pig was gradually decreased from birth to 150-day old and increased again at 180-day old.Except for the ApoCⅡ mRNA expression amount at 1-day old,the differences of the expression amount at other stages in Mashen and Large White pigs were significant or extremely significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The ApoCⅡ mRNA expression in liver was affected by age and breed,and could play an important role in lipid metabolism in pigs.

响应曲面法优化高粱挤压最佳操作参数的研究

以高粱为原料,研究系统操作参数,包括:物料含水率、喂料速度、螺杆转速、机筒温度对目标参数的影响,并以响应曲面法优化最佳操作参数,优化得到的最佳操作参数为:物料含水率15.77%,喂料速度26.97r/min,螺杆转速181.20r/min,五区温度158.28℃。     

柴胡提取物栓包合前后对家兔解热作用的比较

本试验依据2015版兽药典方法制备柴胡提取物的包合物及其栓剂,并对其进行质量检查。并通过酵母菌和牛奶所致的两种发热动物模型,观察并比较柴胡提取物栓及柴胡提取物包合物栓对家兔的解热作用。家兔18只随机分为酵母菌致热组和牛奶致热组,每个处理分成3个组,分别为空白对照组、柴胡提取物栓组、柴胡提取物包合物栓组,每组3只。结果表明,包合后的栓剂解热作用更好且维持时间更久。研究证实,在两种发热模型的解热方面,包合前后的药物对酵母菌模型解热作用均优于对牛奶模型的解热作用。证实包合技术可提高药物稳定性,延缓释药的释放,提高药物的生物利用度,在临床上具有很高的应用价值,因此,β-环糊精包合技术的研究,在新产品研发,以及药剂处方的改进方面具有良好的应用前景。     

Preparation of Adjuvant Diluent for Live Vaccine against Classical Swine Fever and Evaluation of its Immune Effects

The aim of this study was to develop a novel oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion as adjuvant diluents (AD) for live vaccine against classical swine fever (CSF) that could effectively enhance the immune effect of vaccine.The AD was prepared by high-pressure homogenization technique.Formulations and preparation parameters were optimized with response surface design.Its stability, particle size, polydispersity (PDI) and Zeta potential were characterized.The humoral immune response and cellular immune response of the AD were evaluated with BALB/c mice by intramuscular injection.The particle size of the AD prepared by optimized formulation and parameters was 100.4 nm, PDI was 0.147, and Zeta potential was —28.7 mV.The experiment results showed that the AD had good stability.The AD was inoculated combined with live vaccine against CSF into BALB/c mice by intramuscular injection.The results showed that the live vaccine against CSF specific immune responses could be evoked in mice by co-inoculation with AD and vaccine.The cellular immune response levels in co-inoculated groups were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05), with obvious phenomena of higher levels of IFN-γ, IL-6 and IL-4 in serum.The result revealed that cellular immune capability significantly improved with the AD.The results strongly revealed that cellular immune capability significantly improved by introducing AD for effective immune-adjuvant for live vaccine against CSF.     

硫酸蒽酮法测定柑橘属植物多糖的研究

采取浸提法从丑橘、甜橙、甜心柚、血橙、芦柑5种柑橘属果皮中提取多糖并测定其含量。结果表明,血橙果皮中含糖量在5种果皮中最低,其次为甜橙果皮、甜心柚果皮、芦柑果皮,丑橘果皮中含糖量在5种果皮中最高。甜橙果皮和甜心柚果皮含糖量差距不大。     

重金属污染土壤几种生物修复方式比较

土壤重金属污染是全球普遍存在的问题,生物修复因其环境友好且成本效益高而得到广泛关注。但不同生物修复技术有其优势和局限性,充分了解每种修复技术的特点,才能更经济、有效地对污染土壤进行修复。本研究阐述对比了目前的土壤重金属生物修复方法,包括植物修复（植物挥发、植物固定和植物提取）、转基因植物提取、螯合辅助植物修复、微生物辅助植物修复等技术的机制、优势、局限性和适用性等方面的差异。综述提出有效的生物修复技术需要土壤化学、植物生物学、遗传学、微生物学和环境工程等多学科的有机结合。根据污染土壤的特点,结合具有相应改良特性的转基因植物,是实现污染土壤大面积修复的有效方法。同时,农艺措施对天然超级积累植物的生物量和重金属提取能力的刺激作用还需要进一步挖掘。植物修复可以与其他几种传统修复技术有效结合,利用转基因技术建立土壤+植物+微生物的组合是未来修复技术发展的最佳途径。     

朝阳市酿酒葡萄‘威代尔’虫害调查初报

作者针对朝阳地区酿酒葡萄主要虫害种类及发生规律进行调查研究,以便有针对性进行防治。调查研究发现,主要虫害种类有短须螨、蓟马和蒙古灰象甲,发生高峰期在早春,所以虫害防治重点在葡萄出土上架时期。
