基于非线性假设的农业机械化综合评价——以四川地区为例

农业机械化水平受到自然、经济、社会等多重因素影响,区域性特征非常明显,对农机化的评价维度和方法目前也未形成共识。为此,以四川省农机发展水平为例,确定四川省农业机械化评价维度后,基于几个维度的非线性关系假设,使用三维空间向量对该地区农业机械化水平进行了综合评价。     

细分外推与模糊预测在近海水质非线性时序处理中的比较分析

近海水质非线性时间序列通常由于采集范围大、时间间隔长带有一定震荡性和模糊性,这使得对其进行分析与预测有一定的难度。本研究中以某近海水质指标磷酸盐(PO3-4-P)、硝酸盐(NO-3-N)、亚硝酸盐(NO-2-N)、铵盐(TNH+4-N)和硅酸盐(Si O2-3-Si)所形成的5种时间序列为例,采用逼近细分模式导出的细分外推法和多参考加权数据的模糊预测法对近海水质时序预测进行了比较分析,并通过图形与误差计算比较了两种方法的异同。结果表明:采用细分外推法预测序列在整体形状上能更好地逼近初始时序,而模糊预测法在整体逼近精度上占有优势。本研究中提出的预测比较方法可为同类问题的预测与模型选取提供参考依据。     

Anthropogenically disturbed potentially toxic elements in roadside topsoils of a suburban region of Bishkek,Central Asia

The ecological environment in Central Asia is vulnerable to pressure from human activity due to the physical geography and climatic fragility of this region. A set of indicators suitable for the future assessment of this pressure needs to be proposed. Thirty‐six topsoil samples (0–5 cm) were collected from roadsides in a suburban region of Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic in Central Asia, and a risk assessment of anthropogenically disturbed potentially toxic elements (PTEs) was systematically conducted with classic statistical methods. The results of detrended correspondence analysis and principal component analysis clearly showed that topsoil samples with high contents of PTEs (Pb, Zn and Cu) were strongly affected by traffic within a distance threshold of 200 m and that anthropogenic effects decreased significantly with increasing distance from the highway. The enrichment factor and anthropogenic contribution for Pb were the highest among the three PTEs, with average values of 2.0% and 47.4%, respectively, suggesting enrichment. However, the results of the human health risk assessment also indicated that noncarcinogenic risks did not occur for any of the anthropogenic PTEs. The reported method provides a new systematic pathway to reveal anthropogenic influences on the geochemical composition of soil. The conclusions of this work will be highly valuable as important guidelines for agriculture, and the results of the PTE contents will provide a scientific basis for soil collection in future studies.

桂林市南溪山公园植物资源调查与分析

对桂林市南溪山公园植物的科属、生活型、观赏特性、时序景观表现等多方面进行了调查,同时分析了该公园园林树木的生长环境和养护管理情况,针对桂林市南溪山公园植物存在的问题,提出了搞好园林树木种植、配置、养护的建议与对策,为桂林地区公园植物资源的开发利用提供参考。     

Cloning and Expression of Bile Salt Hydrolase Gene from Lactobacillus plantarum M1-UVS29

We cloned and expressed bile salt hydrolase gene of Lactobacillus plantarum M1-UVS29 in Lactococcus lactis NZ9000 successfully. Gene-specific primers for amplification of L. plantarum bsh were designed by using sequence which availabled from Gen Bank. The production of PCR amplicon was confirmed by sequencing and cloned into pMD18-T vector, and then recombined into expression vector p NZ8148 and yielding vector p NZ8148-BSH. p NZ8148-BSH was transferred into Lactococcus lactis NZ9000. Sequencing indicated that the cloned bsh fragment contained 995 nucleotides, and shared 99.3% sequence homology with bsh gene from L. plantarum MBUL10. Cloned bsh fragment was successfully transduced into NICE expression system and confirmed by PCR and restriction digest. Recombinant BSH protein was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of BSH protein was approximately 37 ku. Activity of the expressed protein was 0.77 μmol · min-1. The successfully expressed proteins by genetic engineering technology made the function of lactic acid bacteria be abundant and laid the foundation for further researches into cholesterol-lowering lactic acid bacterium food and probiotics.     

我国农机购置补贴政策实施的成效及优化对策研究——基于福建省的实证调研

农机购置补贴政策是国家实施惠农政策的重要内容之一。福建省自2006年来,积极贯彻农机购置补贴政策,提高了农业机械化水平,促进了农机化跨越式发展,同时也暴露出一些问题。为此,通过对福建省的实证调研,细致分析其实施效果及存在问题,提出了优化我国农机购置补贴政策的对策。     

住宅建筑热泵的热源选择

指出了住宅建筑的暖通空调能耗占建筑能耗的比重大，较燃煤取暖而言，热泵技术的节能效果显著。从原理特点、适用性、限制条件、土建和设备建设难度和周期、后期管理维护等方面分析了空气、地表（下）水、土壤、太阳能和污水等热泵热源，探讨了住宅建筑热泵热源选择的总的原则。     

血吸虫疫苗研究现状和发展方向

血吸虫疫苗的研究工作已经进行了很长一段时间,发现了一批有价值的候选疫苗分子。同时通过改进和优化免疫途径,血吸虫疫苗的免疫保护力正在逐步提高。随着研究的日益深入,对血吸虫疫苗的免疫机制等了解更加透彻,距离研制出能诱导高的、稳定的免疫保护力的疫苗分子的目标将越来越近。     

青海高原小青杨繁殖技术

通过采取不同方式处理插穗、不同扦插密度、不同田间管理方式以及使用不同生长调节剂等进行试验,研究了小青杨在青海高原的繁育技术。结果表明;小青杨在苗期生长速度较快,生长优势显著;吲哚乙酸对苗高生长和地径生长有促进作用,萘乙酸对苗木生根数量有促进作用。
