土质边坡稳定安全系数的计算值主要与采用的简化计算方法和土工参数有关。采用正交试验法计算分析了不同的计算方法、材料参数、水位及其相关荷载、地震作用等对边坡安全系数计算值的影响，进而对设计中的计算方法和材料参数提出了一些有益的建议，并提出了在工程运行管理中应尽量避免低水位或水位骤降情况的意见，为土石坝类工程的设计与运行管理提供了重要参考。

现代化的农机装备作为先进的劳动工具,推动了生产力和文明社会的快速发展。建设社会主义新农村,农业机械化既是充要条件,又是必要条件;农业机械化是实现生产发展、生活宽裕、村容整洁、环境和谐的手段、条件、保证。没有农业的机械化,不可能有真正意义上的社会主义新农村建设。     

ON STUDY DIGGED FIELD MOVEMENT''S LAW BY EXPERIMENTAL METHOD OF LASER HOLOGRAPHIC MOIRE INTERFERMETRY

The high-precision displacement measuring technology of optic-measuring mechanics is, for the first time,successfully applied on the similar model of the model land-layer with a new-type variable modulus of elasticity. The angle of movement and the distributed displacement of upper and lower rock-layers are measured. The technology is a combination of laser's technology and the modern chemical sticker-it is called the sticking moire interferometry. Compared with the measured values, the result is very satisfactory.     

Research for Eexperimental System of Differential Isodyne

The .experimental system of differential Isodyne developed by authors is represented. The function and structure characteristic of the rotatable real-time loading device which is set in oil tank , the hydraulic scanning device and the device for synchronous movement of incident beam and Isodyne collector are mainly discussed. The fringe pattern of differential Isodyne in various characteristic directions and planes can be real-timely taken, by using this system. This system is able to apply to stress analyses of local effect .composite materials and structures.     

A New Monte Carlo Method Based on State Analysis

A new Monte Carlo Method for system reliability evaluation is proposed in this paper. The repeated sampling of system states with relatively great probabilities is avoided in the simulation,thus the sampling efficiency is significantly improved. Besides,the negative correlations used in different trials can further reduce the estimated varinaces. The sparse matrix technique is employed to reduce the memory requirement and to save the computer time. Comparative studies show that the method proposed is of great value and the application to the IEEE reliability test system (power system) is successful.     

STATE VARIABLE METHOD FOR DYNAMIC SIMULATION OF HVDC SYSTEMS

A flexible mathematical model used for dynamic simulation studies of HVDC systems which is based on the stale variable method is presented, and the correspongding computer program has been implemented. Generality, easy to use, and suitable to run on microcomputers are the main features of the model and the computer program. Therefore the model is easy to be extended for application. An example is given in the paper to verily the coneclness of the model and the program.     

Management System of the Tender and Bidding for Power Projects with a Valuation Based on the Bill of Quantities

Valuation based on the bill of quantifies will change the existing valuation mode of tender and bidding. For the standardized management of tender and bidding for power projects and the inteUigentized information management of power enterprises, it is an inevitable trend of reform to apply the valuation mode based on the bill of quantifies. According to the characteristics of power projects, this paper expounds the working process of the valuation mode based on the bill of quantities and analyzes the goal and function need of the tender and bidding management system. Considering the calculation procedure of the valuation and the quote strategy of quantities bill, the composition of fees for the valuation is settled and the calculation method is designed. To establish the management system of tender and bidding with a valuation based on the bill of quantities is beneficial for the costing reform of power projects and the perfection of the tender and bidding market. Therefore it is of great significance to spread the new management mode of project costing with a valuation based on the bill of quantities.     

内毒素对肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞内分泌一氧化氮和内皮素的影响

目的是研究内毒素（lipopolysaccharide; LPS）导致肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞损伤的作用机制。将所培养的肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分为空白对照组和LPS组，每组按时间分为4个亚组：3h、6h、9h、12h。空白对照组加维持培养液，LPS组加1μg/ml LPS培养液，在CO2培养箱内静置培养。结果表明，一氧化氮（NO）分泌明显升高，3h后达到高峰，随后逐渐降低，而内皮素（endothelin; ET）分泌急剧升高，9h后达到高峰，随后又开始逐渐降低，但一直保持在较高的水平。所以引起了NO和ET的升高可能是LPS导致肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞的损伤机制。     

模型驾驶室的声学灵敏度分析

车身的声学灵敏度是指施加于车身的单位力产生的内部声压，是一种提高车辆NVH特性的很有效的途径。本文以一拖拉机驾驶室模型为研究对象，建立了其声振耦合模型，计算了该驾驶室模型的声学模态和声振耦合模态。并根据声振耦合特性和声学灵敏度分析方法，计算分析了在悬架接触点处振动激励引起的驾驶员耳旁的噪声灵敏度。     

水分亏缺对覆膜玉米生长发育及产量的影响

通过系统的覆膜玉米亏水灌溉试验 ,研究了不同生育期内不同程度的水分亏缺对覆膜玉米生长发育、光合作用、产量及水分利用效率等的影响。结果表明 ,拔节期受旱对玉米株高及叶面积指数影响最大 ,抽雄后的水分亏缺对玉米生长发育影响不明显。各处理产量资料表明 ,覆膜春玉米的需水临界期为抽雄开花期 ,此期轻度的水分亏缺可造成产量大幅度下降 :灌浆期较抽雄开花期玉米产量对水分亏缺敏感程度低 ,但在这个阶段的水分亏缺也可使玉米减产 ;拔节期玉米产量对水分胁迫敏感程度较差 ,该阶段为对玉米进行水分亏缺处理的适宜时期
