通过测定乙草胺对16个水稻品种苗期生长的影响,研究不同品种水稻对乙草胺的敏感性及其与品种类型之间的关系。培养皿法测定乙草胺对水稻发芽的影响,琼脂法测定乙草胺对各品种水稻苗、根长度及重量等指标的抑制作用。乙草胺对水稻种子发芽有抑制作用;低浓度时乙草胺对水稻的株高、根数有促进作用,当乙草胺浓度达到一定值,则对水稻生长有较强的抑制作用,且对根的抑制作用比对茎的抑制作用更强;供试品种中‘泗稻’耐药性最强,‘天优3301’敏感性最高,0.02 mg/L乙草胺琼脂培养基培养对2个水稻品种的苗长、苗鲜重、根长、株鲜重及根数平均抑制率分别为1.46%、6.42%、51.06%、60.87%和-6.45%(‘泗稻’);21.62%、22.62%、63.16%、74.76%、3.89%(‘天优3301’)。不同品种水稻对乙草胺的敏感性存在显著差异,且该差异与品种类型相关性不强。 相似文献

系统分析了2004~2012年江苏口岸进境羊毛中杂草的截获情况,并有针对性地提出了对策。结果表明,共截获38个科、138个属、268个种(属)、13868种次的杂草,其中检疫性杂草3个科、11个属、20个种(属)、2094种次。按照来源国家和地区统计,共从来自19个国家和地区的羊毛中截获杂草,其中以澳大利亚截获杂草种次数最多,占到总截获种次的71.9%。根据以上杂草截获情况分析,建议从风险评估、检疫监管、检疫处理、疫情监测等多方面制定措施,建立防范外来杂草入侵的立体结构。 相似文献

The protein and energy utilization of brown, undermilled and milled rices (variety IR32) were studied in 5–6 preschool children through diets in which 2/3 of N was from rice and 1/3 from casein or milk powder at 200 or 250 mg N/kg body weight. Brown rice was not significantly inferior to milled rice in terms of nitrogen absorption and retention by the children. Its energy and fat contents were, however, less utilized than those of milled rice. Children on the control casein or milk diets showed better apparent nitrogen absorption than those on the rice-based diets but nitrogen retention of all the diets was similar in all three experiments. 相似文献

Biofloc technology (BFT) has been used to rear white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei. In this culturing system, the absence of aeration causes a rapid drop in dissolved oxygen levels, and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) can be used as an emergency source of oxygen. This study aimed to determine the lethal concentration and safe level of H2O2 applied as a source of oxygen for juvenile white shrimp L. vannamei in a BFT system. Juveniles (1.39 ± 0.37 g) were exposed for 2 h to different concentrations of H2O2 [29 (100), 58 (200), 116 (400), 174 (600), 232 (800), 290 (1,000) and 348 (1,200) μL H2O2/L (ppm H2O2-29 %/L)] in addition to a control group without addition of H2O2, and the survival rates were monitored for 96 h. The LC50 values and 95 % confidence intervals at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h were 235.5 (207–268), 199.1 (172–229), 171.1 (146–198) and 143.3 (120–170) μL H2O2/L, respectively. The safe level was 14.3 μL H2O2/L, and the highest concentration with survival rates similar to the control group (NOAEC) was 29 μL H2O2/L. The impact of replacing circa 70 % fish oil (FO) by a vegetable oil (VO) blend (rapeseed, linseed, palm oils; 20:50:30) in diets for European sea bass juveniles (IBW 96 ± 0.8 g) was evaluated in terms of activities of digestive enzymes (amylase, lipase, alkaline phosphatase, trypsin and total alkaline proteases) in the anterior (AI) and posterior (PI) intestine and tissue morphology (pyloric caeca—PC, AI, PI, distal intestine—DI and liver). For that purpose, fish were fed the experimental diets for 36 days and then liver and intestine were sampled at 2, 6 and 24 h after the last meal. Alkaline protease characterization was also done in AI and PI at 6 h post-feeding. Dietary VO promoted higher alkaline phosphatase activity at 2 h post-feeding in the AI and at all sampling points in the PI. Total alkaline protease activity was higher at 6 h post-feeding in the PI of fish fed the FO diet. Identical number of bands was observed in zymograms of alkaline proteases of fish fed both diets. No alterations in the histomorphology of PC, AI, PI or DI were noticed in fish fed the VO diets, while in the liver a tendency towards increased hepatocyte vacuolization due to lipid accumulation was observed. Overall, and with the exception of a higher intestine alkaline phosphatase activity, 70 % FO replacement by a VO blend in diets for European sea bass resulted in no distinctive alterations on the postprandial pattern of digestive enzyme activities and intestine histomorphology. 相似文献
