The model of information exchange and sharing for CAD/CAPP using STEP and XML schema

To solve the problem of product data exchange and sharing among heterogeneous systems, the key technologies, including manufacturing information sharing, file conversion from STEP AP203/AP214 to AP224 with the conversion ware of STEP neutral files, are discussed.Using STEP standard as information output of CAD systems, the AP203/AP214 file output from CAD systems is transformed to AP224 file with STEP neutral file, while CAPP systems obtained geometry and manufacturing process information of the parts with AP224 neutral files.By translating the STEP files into corresponding XML neutral files according to the transformation criterions constituted by STEP AP28, XML schema library is setup.Upon this, product data exchange and sharing of manufacturing information can be achieved.     

Heating performance analysis of multi-nozzle water-jet steam ejector

Abstract:This paper developes a heating coefficient model to study the heating performance of multi-nozzle water-jet steam ejector. It analyzes the factors of heating performance, and explores the relationships between the heating performance and different operating parameters theoretically and experimentally. The results show that the heating performance of multi-nozzle water-jet steam ejector is very good. The heating coefficient decreases with the increase of the inlet water temperature, and increases with the increase of the steam pressure and ejecting coefficient. The relationships between heating performance of ejector and different operating parameters by calculation and experiment are in good agreement.     

Feature extraction and recognition technique for human pulse signals

In Chinese traditional medicine, the pulse signal plays an important role for diagnosis. To investigate the effective technique for identifying heroin druggers through the pulse signal, the feature extraction algorithm based on the biocepstrum and the third-order cepstrum entropy of the pulse signal is studied. On the basis of concise and rigorous discussion for the algorithm, the biocepstrum-based diagonal slice components are estimated for human pulse signals of 20 heroin druggers and 20 healthy normal subjects. The magnitude of the sample value of diagonal slice at m=n=1 and the third-order cepstrum entropy of magnitudes of sample values of the diagonal slice within a particular region are used as two feature parameters for every human pulse signal to form a feature vector. A classifier based on the criterion of squared Mahalanobis distance is successfully designed. Applying the designed classifier to 40 feature vectors, the correct identification rate reaches 87.5%. The research result shows that the method of the feature extraction and classifier design presented in is valuable for identifying the human pulse signals of heroin druggers.     

旱直播稻田杂草群落演替规律及化学除草的研究

北方地区的旱直播稻田杂草群落属于水旱共生型复合群落，具有2个杂草发生高峰期，第1次高峰期为旱生型杂草，第2次高峰期以水生及湿生型杂草为主导群落．用百草枯除苗前大草，秧苗3叶期用“快杀稗＋苯达松”茎叶处理，杂草综合防效可达95％以上．     

水稻品种抗稻瘟病性鉴定方法的研究

1985～1987年,本实验鉴定了4298份水稻叶瘟和穗颈瘟抗性。结果表明,叶瘟0～3级和8～9级材料,叶瘟抗性与穗颈瘟抗性高度相关,叶瘟4～7级材料,叶瘟抗性与穗颈瘟抗性无相关。对20个抗性不等的水稻品种分别用人工接种后,加盖尼龙薄膜方法和早晚播法,进行叶瘟抗性鉴定,结果基本一致。旱田晚播鉴定法可用于杂交后代抗稻瘟病鉴定,以减轻育种工作的压力。     

固液反应球磨制备Al-Cu-Co三元金属间化合物

利用固液反应球磨技术制备了Al-Cu-Co三元合金．分别采用Co球球磨Al-33．2％Cu(此文中的百分比为质量分数)，Al-54％Cu(A12Cu)和Al-70％Cu(A1QJ)二元合金熔体，在923K和973K球磨Al-33．2％Cu熔体12h后生成Al65Co15Cu20粉末；在923K和1023K球磨24h后生成Al69Co25Cu6粉末，在893K和993K分别球磨Al-54％Cu(A12Cu)合金熔体12h和24h后均生成Al65Co15Cu2n粉末；在1123K球磨Al-70％Cu合金熔体24h后生成Al65Co15Cu20粉末．采用Al-Cu-Co固液反应球磨得到的金属间化合物粉末为纳米粒子．同时，对Al-Cu-Co三元合金相形成的规律进行了研究，对固液反应球磨机理进行了探讨．在固液反应球磨过程中，三元合金产物的元素摩尔比接近于二元母合金中的元素摩尔比；三元合金产物成分中固相第三组元的成分含量与二元母合金熔体成分有很大关系；提高反应球磨温度、延长球磨时间有利于三元合金产物的形成；延长球磨时间，形成的三元合金产物中磨球的成分增加；反应球磨温度超出二元母合金熔点越高，球磨反应越容易进行．     

耕地非农化的经济驱动因素实证分析——以合肥市为例

根据合肥市近10年耕地与社会经济发展的统计资料,对影响耕地减少的经济驱动因素进行探讨.结果表明,人口增长,DP增长,固定资产投资,第二、三产业产值增长以及人均居住面积情况等是影响合肥市耕地数量减少的主要经济驱动因素.在此基础上,通过建立多元回归模型,预测2015年的耕地非农化数量;指出该模型适用的广泛性,合肥市耕地补给措施可推广,然后对控制耕地非农化的约束机制提出建议.     

化肥在持续农业中的地位及科学施用

根据翔实的统计资料,论证了正确地施用化肥对提高农产品产量及改善农产品品质的作用,从而肯定了化肥在持续农业中的不可代替的地位。同时探讨了既使农产品增产、保质,又使环境减少污染的科学施用化肥的主要措施。     

余甘子(Phyllanthus emblica L.)Vc含量分析

采用2,6-二氯酚靛酚滴定法分析比较了余甘子各器官之间、同品种不同植株之间、不同余甘子品种之间以及与野生资源之间的Vc含量以及不同预处理方法对Vc测定的影响。结果表明．Vc在余甘子各器官中均有分布．以果实与初生幼叶中居多,茎、根中含量较低;皇帝甘与粉甘含量较多,但与其它品种的差异不大;5个野生资源单株Vc含量差异极显著。其中有3个野生单株的果肉Vc含量高于主栽品种粉甘。     

约束优化问题的遗传算法求解

应用遗传算法基本原理,采用锦标赛选择、算术交叉、均匀交叉、均匀变异和非均匀变异算子,设计了一般非线性规划和整数规划问题的通用求解算法,应用Matlab6.0编制了相应的求解软件。实例测试结果表明,该算法可以应用于一般的非线性规划和整数规划问题。
