ABSTRACT: The effects of the different catching methods (gillnet, longline, harpoon) on sensory, chemical (pH, total volatile base nitrogen, K -value) and microbiological (total viable count [TVC]) changes in pike perch Sander lucioperca stored in ice were investigated. The same soaking time was used for both gillnet and longline fishing. The catching method had considerable influence on the freshness quality of pike perch. The acceptable shelf life was 15 days for pike perch caught by gillnet, and 22 days for longline and harpoon. The initial concentrations of inosine monophosphate (2.4 μmol/g) in pike perch caught by gillnet were significantly lower ( P < 0.05) than longline (4.1 μmol/g), and especially by harpoon (16.7 μmol/g). However, the initial K -values for fish caught by harpoon were significantly ( P < 0.05) lower (24.36%) than fish caught by longline and gillnet (57.69%, 64.41%, respectively). The average K , Ki, G and H -values at rejection day in terms of sensory assessment were approximately 90, 98, 156 and 40%, respectively, for all catching methods during ice storage. However, TVC reached 7.0 log cfu/g after approximately 11 days of storage for fish caught by gillnet, 19 days for fish caught by longline and 8 days for fish caught by harpoon. The result of this study suggests that the best catching method for preserving the freshness of pike perch is longline, based on the data obtained from the sensory and microbiological analysis. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Post-release movement and diel activity patterns of hatchery-reared and wild black-spot tuskfish were examined using ultrasonic telemetry. Five hatchery-reared and four wild fish were released in the sandy bottom of Urasoko Bay, Ishigaki Island, Okinawa, Japan, and monitored using automated monitoring receivers from November 2005 to February 2006. Both hatchery-reared and wild fish tended to stay near the release site for over two weeks, before leaving the release site. Both hatchery-reared and wild tuskfish showed diurnal rhythm intermittently; signals were recorded more frequently in the daytime and less frequently in the nighttime, suggesting that the fish of both origins were active during the day and inactive during the night. These findings indicate that the one-year-old hatchery-reared tuskfish have some consistent behavioral characteristics with those of the wild. 相似文献

为测定栽培蓝莓-园蓝果实中的抗氧化活性及其总花色苷含量,以贵州产园蓝鲜果为原料,经甲醇处理、大孔吸附树脂分离得出抗氧化活性最好的部位。然后对其进行了制备分离得到一单体化合物,经1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS进行了结构鉴定,利用Rp-HPLC进行了该化合物的含量测定。以该化合物为对照品,对园蓝果实中总花色苷含量进行了定量分析。研究表明:贵州产园蓝提取物富含花青素部分1mg/mL浓度的抗氧化活性与等浓度的维生素C的活性相当,鉴定的单体化合物为锦葵色素-3-O -葡萄糖,其纯度达96%,园蓝鲜果中总花青素平均含量为627.7mg/100g。指出了园蓝鲜果花色苷含量高,主成分为锦葵色素-3-O -葡萄糖,花青素具有较好的抗氧化活性。建议每人每天食用2g园蓝鲜果作为人体补充抗氧化剂的来源。 相似文献

当年常温育苗的稚贝生长期主要在8~11月,12月~翌年2月为越冬期。采用 W—a·L~b 这一幂函数描述稚贝壳长与体重的相关关系(W 代表体重、L 代表壳长)。风浪小、饵料丰富的内湾及虾池是稚贝适宜的中间育成水域。早育苗、早出库增加稚贝有效生长时间是获得大规格种苗的关键。稚贝壳长达5.0~6.0mm 时应及时分苗,调整网目及密度,保持网袋流水畅通。沙蚕、海星、蟹类是稚贝的敌害,夏季高温容易造成1龄贝大量死亡。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: To obtain fundamental information for the effective use of scallop Patinopecten yessoensis mantle, which is one of the underutilized marine resources. Some properties of collagen contained in the mantle were examined by chemical and histochemical techniques. Collagen content in the mantle varied annually, ranging from 0.98 to 1.72% of wet tissue, 7.7 to 12.6% of dry tissue and 13.5 to 26.5% of total protein, being relatively in high level of collagen content of invertebrate muscles. Collagen fiber was densely distributed in the inner connective tissue matrix of the mantle pallial, in contrast to the inner fold part which was rich in muscle fibers. The collagen contained in the crude collagen fraction (residue after alkali extraction), prepared from the mantle, was revealed to have considerably low solubility on hot-water extraction, constantly less than 20% of the total collagen at the temperatures in the range of 20–90°C. 相似文献

Avian leukosis virus subgroup A (ALV‐A) is a retrovirus which infects egg‐type chickens and is the main pathogen of lymphoid leukosis (LL) and myeloid leukosis (ML). In order to greatly enhance the diagnosis and treatment of clinical avian leukemia, two monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) to ALV‐A were developed by fusion between SP2/0 and spleen cells from mice immunized with expressed ALV‐A env‐gp85 protein. Using immunofluorescence assay (IFA), two MAbs reacted with ALV‐A, but not with subgroups B and J of ALV. Western blot tests showed that molecular weight of ALV‐A envelope glycoprotein recognized by MAbs was about 53 kD. Isotyping test revealed that two MAbs (A5C1 and A4C8) were IgG1 isotypes. The peripheral blood cells of one-year-old Chinese sturgeon (Acipenser sinensis) have been studied by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The erythrocyte count was 84.86 × 104 cell mm−3 in the peripheral blood of the fish and that of leukocytes was 2.24 × 104 cell mm−3. The erythrocytes and four main types of leucocyte—thrombocytes, lymphocytes, granulocytes (including neutrophils and eosinophils),
and monocytes, were identified in the peripheral blood. In addition to normal erythrocytes, reticulocytes and division of
erythrocytes were observed. Thrombocytes were the most numerous among the leukocytes, and the number of neutrophils with lobated
nuclei was larger than for other fish. The structures of the erythrocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and thrombocytes
of the fish were studied. The erythrocytes were almost completely devoid of organelles, except for some mitochondria and granules.
A large number of vacuoles and a few organelles were observed in cytoplasm of the monocytes. There were many microvilli on
the membrane and pseudopodia-like cytoplasm bulge in the lymphocytes. The neutrophils were round or oval in shape with bilobed,
trilobed, or multilobed nuclei whereas the eosinophils had big special granules, dark stained. There were many vesicles in
some thrombocytes, which were related to its phagocytosis; some thrombocytes had almost no cytoplasm or organelles. 相似文献
