Simulation of the penetration rate (ROP) of the air percussion drilling

It is difficult to calculate the penetration rate (ROP) of percussion drilling. In the early research, the empirical or semiempirical formulae of the ROP are derived from the laboratory or field data collected by the researchers. However, the ROP value of the formulae is not as accurate as that in the field. Benefiting from the dynamic model, the geometric structure model and the theory of the roller cone bit, the mathematical model of the hammer bit, the mathematical model of the true bottom hole and the mathematical model between the tooth and the rock of the hammer bit are established. Hence the ROP of the air percussion drilling can be predicted by simulation. Field tests show the models are reliable and the results are coincident with that in the field. The research can help to redesign the hammer bit and optimize the drilling parameters.     

一种快速判别梨果梗的方法

果梗完好与否是梨品质检测的指标之一,因而对果梗情况进行准确判别具有重要意义。为此,通过计算机视觉系统摄取梨的图像,利用图像处理技术提出了一种能快速判别梨果梗有无的算法。该算法的识别正确率达90%,识别速度大约在20～30ms,实现了对梨果梗进行高速检测的目标。

基于边界层理论的叶轮的仿真

根据边界层理论推导的叶片型线方程，用pro/E建立了叶轮的三维仿真模型。该模型提供了设计离心式固液两相流泵叶轮的一种方法，通过pro/E的族表功能，只要输入叶轮的基本参数就能快速生成基于边界层理论的叶轮的模型，所以建立该模型对工业生产有一定的参考价值。     

农业"三新技术"农机化配套项目的应用

为进一步提高粮食生产科技含量,稳定粮食生产能力,近几年来浙江省确定在全省667khm2商品粮基地中实施以农业新品种、新技术和新农机为主要内容的“三新技术”配套项目。上虞市于2002年度获得了该项目的建设计划,并按照省定要求,联系本地实际,及时制定了项目实施方案,落实地方配套资金,签订项目承包合同,加强项目的管理,确保了项目的建设质量,产生了良好的社会和经济效益。该项目的实施既促进了农业龙头企业的生产发展,又起到了较好的示范和带动作用,也为提高上虞市部分农产品的经济效益提供了较好的条件,有着广阔的市场发展前景。     

对不规则形地块作业的研究

由于有锐角地头存在，作业时机器回转时间过长、作业效率低。通过作业地块的反复田间试验和锐角地头的面积损失分析，研究出两种作业方法。经论证，这两种作业方法为在不规则形地块作业的最佳田间行走方法。     

平地漫灌灌溉水净化与循环利用研究

为提高设施农业的水分利用率，设计了平地漫灌灌溉水净化与循环利用系统；阐述了系统的组成、节水灌溉原理与工作过程。理论分析可知，系统具有较高的输水利用率、灌水利用率和降水利用率，是农业节水灌溉的有效新途径。     

Correlation between progression of atherosclerosis accelerated by emotional stimulation and imbalance of SDF-1/CXCR4 in mice

AIM To observe effects of emotional stimulation on expression of stromal cell-derived factor-1（SDF-1） and CXC chemokine receptor 4 （CXCR4） in plasma, platelets, aortas, hippocampus and bone marrow of apolipoprotein E gene knockout （ApoE^-/-） mice, and to reveal the possible mechanism of the aggravated atherosclerotic plaque vulnerability by emotional stimulation. METHODS Thirty 8-week-old male ApoE^-/- mice were randomly divided into normal control group, high fat group, and emotional stimulation group. Ten 8-week-old inbred C57BL/6J mice served as blank control group. After 12 weeks of intervention, the serum levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 were investigated by ELISA. The protein levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in platelets, aortas, hippocampus and bone marrow were determined by Western blot. The pathological damage of aortas was observed by oil red O staining. RESULTS Compared with blank control group, normal control group and high fat group, the mice subjected to emotional stimulation showed more serious atherosclerosis in aortas detected by oil red O staining, and increased levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in the plasma and aortas were also observed （P<0.05）. The results of Western blot showed that the protein levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in platelets, aortas and hippocampus were increased in the mice subjected emotional stimulation, but the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in the bone marrow was decreased （P<0.05）. CONCLUSION Imbalance of SDF-1/CXCR4 may be the key target by which emotional stimulation accelerates the progression of atherosclerosis.     

兰成渝成品油管道分输调度软件的开发与应用

结合兰成渝管道实际生产需要,研发了一套与之相适应的管道分输调度软件.该软件由原始数据的输入、分输计划制定和输出三个独立模块构成.现场应用表明,该软件实用性强,用于编制和生成管输油品分输计划较为便捷、高效.该软件的应用可及时为管道经营者提供准确的管输油品的输送计划和信息,利于成品油销售商及时抓住市场契机获取更大的经济效益.     

优质独本菊和多头菊规模化栽培技术试验

以独本菊和多头菊为研究对象,对其进行了育苗和栽培试验。结果表明:间歇式全光雾照扦插出的苗品质好,省时省事,B9和多效唑结合使用矮化效果好,且垄作套盆比平地套盆栽培效果好,有利于规模化生产。
