贵州六种野生观赏蕨的组织培养初报

对六种野生观赏蕨的孢子或茎尖或幼叶，通过芽诱导或GGB途径培养出完整植株，筛选出每种蕨的芽诱导或GGB诱导、增殖、生根的最佳培养基配方。     

柚木小棒槌苗贮藏技术的研究

柚木小棒槌苗的贮藏,由Hocking和Nyland(1971)开始研究。1985-1987年,我们进行了沙池贮藏,取得贮藏期达5个月,包装运输21天或贮藏期达15个月,造林成活率达90-100％,贮藏期18个月和19个月,造林成活率75-90％的结果。而泰国的试验结果为:贮藏5个月,造林成活率76-87％;贮藏9个月,造林成活率57％(A.Kaosa-ard,1977)。这一技术与传统切干苗比较,不仅降低了造林成本,而且成活率更高和生长更好;还为集中育苗分散造林提供一重要手段;有利于高集约现代化经营管理和良种的繁育;解决了“抢雨造林”与“突击起苗”的劳力矛盾及纬度较高地区柚木苗的越冬防寒问题。     

The antioxidant status,apoptosis, intercellular integrity and immune function of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) head kidney and spleen fed different levels of pyridoxine

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of dietary pyridoxine (PN) on the antioxidant status, apoptosis, intercellular integrity and immune function of head kidney and spleen in young grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). Results showed that compared with the optimal PN level, (a) PN deficiency decreased antioxidant enzyme activities and down‐regulated the mRNA levels of antioxidant enzymes, NF‐E2‐related factor 2 (Nrf2), myeloid cell leukaemia‐1 (Mcl‐1) and tight junction proteins, whereas it increased the contents of reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA) and protein carbonyl (PC), and up‐regulated the mRNA levels of cysteinyl aspartic acid‐protease (caspase), Fas ligand (FasL), p38 mitogen‐activated protein kinase (p38MAPK) and myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) in the head kidney and spleen of fish (p < .05). (b) PN deficiency decreased lysozyme (LZ) and acid phosphatase (ACP) activities, and complement contents, and down‐regulated the mRNA levels of antibacterial peptides, anti‐inflammatory cytokines, inhibitor of κBα (IκBα) and target of rapamycin (TOR), whereas it up‐regulated the mRNA levels of pro‐inflammatory cytokines and nuclear factor kappa B p65 (NF‐κBp65) in the head kidney and spleen of fish (p < .05). (c) Dietary PN requirements of grass carp based on the malondialdehyde content and lysozyme activity were estimated as 4.97 and 4.99 mg/kg diet, respectively.     

几种衬砌渠道防渗效果的现场测验

介绍几种衬砌渠道按规范选用静水法进行现场测验的结果。建议普遍采用复合式防渗形式和整体U形结构。     

辣椒新品种雪峰椒1号的选育

雪峰椒1号是以自交系W648-5为母本、自交系WP为父本配制的一代杂种。该品种早熟，果实长牛角形，黄绿色，果面光滑，有光泽，成熟果鲜红色。果长20cm，果宽3．0cm左右，果肉厚0．30cm，单果重36g左右。果实辣味中等，口感好，较耐贮运。一般春露地早熟栽培每667m^2前期产量1200kg左右，比对照增产16％左右。每667m^2总产量3000kg左右，比对照增产10％-20％。适宜长江流域作春早熟露地栽培，也适宜于南菜北运基地栽培。     

Comparison of tiletamine-zolazepam-ketamine and tiletamine-zolazepam-ketamine-xylazine anaesthesia in sheep

Summary The anaesthetic effects of intravenous tiletamine-zolazepam 6.6 mg/kg-ketamine 6.6 mg/kg (TK) and tiletamine-zolazepam 6.6 mg/kg-ketamine 6.6 mg/kg-xylazine 0.11 mg/kg (TKX) were evaluated in six wethers. Heart rate, respiration rate, arterial blood pressure, and the electrocardiogram were monitored during anaesthesia. Analgesia was tested by electrical stimulation in the left flank. Atropine (0.03 mg/kg) was given intramuscularly before induction, but after recording of baseline heart rate and respiratory rate. The duration of analgesia was 28.7 ± 6.9 min with TK and 82.8 ± 26.6 min with TKX. Heart rate increased significantly within 5 min after TK or TKX administration. Respiratory rate remained unchanged after TK administration, but increased significantly from 5 to 45 min after TKX administration. Arterial blood pressure decreased significantly at 15 min with TK and 30 min with TKX. Sheep remained recumbent for 201 min with TK and 166 min with TKX. All recovered uneventfully. We conclude that either TK or TKX may be used for anaesthetising sheep.

国外栽培牧草品种资源的引种研究

总结了１９８３年至１９９０年“中澳合作项目———云南省牲畜和草场改良项目”期间从国外引进的优良牧草１２５个种共计６８１个栽培品种分别在云南七个不同气候带条件下的引种试验。试验通过１２个指标的观测,筛选出优良的牧草种２３个共计５０个栽培品种,并对筛选出的优良品种的定性及定量指标作详细介绍,以利于生产推广。
