Aiming at domestic garbage aerobic compost and town sludge anaerobic treatment, on the basis of reactor TISTD (the integrated of sludge thickening and digestion)which is developed by the authors’ team, a TIDGTS (the integrated of domestic garbage and town sludge)reactor is designed.The reactor is made up of garbage and sludge chambers.Aerobic compost is adopted in the garbage chamber, while anaerobic fermentation is used in the sludge chamber, thus garbage and sludge can be treated in the same reactor.32~36 ℃ of sludge digestion can be ensured by the heat from sludge digestion, and 20 L sludge and 15 kg garbage can be treated per day.While inlet sludge moisture content is 97.2%~99.8% and VS/TS is 0.45~0.69, the discharged sludge moisture content is 92.7%~96.1% and VS/TS is 0.28~0.42.When the inlet garbage moisture content is 73.5% and VS/TS is 0.65~0.88, the discharged garbage moisture content is 48.6% and VS/TS is 0.32~0.44.The results show that the efficiency of concentration and digestion is near to TISTD which is heated by heating wire. 相似文献

The exact computing of house architectural area and apportionment of area is strongly related to the actual interests of people. If it is done manually,there are many problem such as longer time spending, more workload, requiring detailed verification, nonstandard calculating report. Using ActiveX automation and ADO techniques, the house architectural area computing and plotting system was developed under Autocad R14 environment with VB 6.0 and Access database in order to solve above problem. The developed system can automatically compute house architectural area and apportionment of area for each floor of each building and can print the related data report and drawing. According to the problems that traditional constructed wetlands have low nitrogen removal performance and large areas, deep sequence constructed wetlands(DSCW) is proposed and the influences of depth of wetland, filler particle size and operational states of DSCW on treatment efficiency are investigated. The experimental results show that when the depth of wetland is increased from 0.5 m to 2 m, it has no significant influent on its treatment efficiency. The running condition has influence on its treatment efficiency. When the water temperature is 20~25 ℃ and operating condition of DSCW is inlet water 8 min-reaction 12 h-outlet water 8 min-idle 12 h, the removal rate of COD, NH+4-N, TN, PO3-4-P is 83.8%, 54.1%, 48.1%and 63.9% respectively by DSCW with the depth of 2 m. The area load for COD, TN, PO3-4-P is 128, 17.6, 1.49 g/(m2·d) respectively, raised 2.4 times, 2 times and 1.71 times respectively compared with traditional constructed wetlands. Land occupation for processing 1 m3 wastewater is 1.87 m2, decreasing 3~5 times commendably. Compared to DSCW system of particle size of gravel of 20~30 mm, the removal rate of COD, NH+4-N, TN and PO3-4-P of DSCW system of 5~10 mm is increased by 3.8%, 7.9%, 3.8% and 7% respectively. In worm grinding wheel dressing with diamond roller, using straight line instead of theoretical curve of roller will result in dressing error. Method of the precise dressing is studied, while the mathematical model is presented. Theoretical curve of diamond roller is calculated based on the space meshing theory and helicoid equation of worm grinding wheel. The fitting error between the theoretical curve and approximate straight line which is obtained by the theoretical curve is calculated. The dressing error on normal section of worm grinding wheel is analyzed. The case study of a kind of worm grinding wheel with single head shows that the dressing error increases with diameter decreasing of worm grinding wheel and diamond roller, while the variation of diamond roller’s diameter makes little contribution. The validity of worm grinding wheel dressing using straight line diamond roller is proved, and the algorithm can be used as guidance in practice. 相似文献

外源茉莉酸(JA)及其甲酯(MeJA)对水稻、小麦、黑麦和高粱等禾本科植物颖花开放具有强烈的诱导效应,然而内源JA是否参与颖花开放的调控目前还缺乏充分的证据。本研究应用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)系统检测了粳稻武运粳7号和籼稻明恢63颖花自然开放过程中JA水平变化,并以实时定量反转录PCR (real-time RT-PCR)技术分析了武运粳7号颖花开放过程中JA生物合成途径关键基因表达变化。结果发现,水稻颖花JA水平的变化与开颖进程相一致。JA水平在上午颖花开颖前较平稳,开颖时急剧上升至峰值,闭颖后又下降。开颖时JA水平的峰值比开颖前1 h提高4~5倍。与JA水平变化相对应,催化JA生物合成途径关键步骤同工酶的编码基因OsDAD1-3、OsLOX-RCI1、OsAOS1、OsAOC和OsOPR7的表达在开颖时会有不同程度的上调,闭颖后又下调。同一稻穗上正在开放的颖花JA含量及上述JA生物合成途径基因的表达水平也比已开放和未开放的颖花高。颖花开放时JA水平及其生物合成基因表达的上升和闭颖后的下降有力地表明内源JA参与水稻颖花开放的调控。 相似文献

In order to realize the performance target of “no collapse under rare earthquake” based on the seismic design according to structural influencing coefficient, three moment-resisting steel frames have been designed with similar probability of collapse in accordance with Chinese Seismic Code. Processing chamber is an important part of high-frequency electromagnetic water processor. To determine what kind of processing chamber has better effect of antiscaling, the software, Ansoft Maxwell, which is based on the finite element method, is applied to simulate electromagnetic energy distribution in two common processing chambers. One processing chamber is set with coaxial electrodes and the other one is wrapped by spirals. The electromagnetic energy released to water and the distribution of instantaneous energy density of each chamber are compared. According to the simulation analysis, when the same electrical excitation is imposed on the same volume of water, electromagnetic energy of processing chamber with coaxial electrodes is far more than that of processing chamber wrapped by spirals. However, the electromagnetic energy of processing chamber with coaxial electrode decreases from the anode to the cathode, while the electromagnetic energy of processing chamber wrapped by spirals is distributed evenly.
