生鲜类农产品物流服务绩效评价

目前,我国生鲜类农产品物流处于起步、发展阶段。在建立生鲜类农产品物流系统的同时,进行有效的物流绩效评价,对不断完善和提高其物流管理水平,使其成为农业的"第三利润源泉"具有重要意义。     

采自西藏的盔孢菌属2个中国新记录种

报道了采自西藏林芝地区的盔孢菌属2个中国新记录种,即细条盔孢菌(Galerina filiformis A.H.Sm.&Singer)和紊纹盔孢菌(G.perplexa A.H.Sm.),提供了2个种的详细描述和线条图,并与相近种进行了比较和讨论。     

集输管道油气水三相流型识别数值模拟

油气水三相介质具有的不同物理化学性质,使得其混合物在时间和空间上存在一个相态与分布均不确定的混合界面。采用多相流VOF模型研究了集输管道内油气水三相混输过程,并对其流型进行识别,通过研究初始含气率对流型的影响,得到工程实际中常见的泡状流和塞状流,进而分析了流速对泡状流中气泡分布的影响。结果表明：对于泡状流,气泡的分布与液体流速直接相关,流速越低,气泡的分布越不均匀;模拟结果与相关理论吻合较好,可为工程实际提供一定的理论指导。     

Mapping quantitative trait loci for cottonseed oil,protein and gossypol content in a <Emphasis Type="Italic">Gossypium hirsutum</Emphasis> × <Emphasis Type="Italic">Gossypium barbadense</Emphasis> backcross inbred line population

Cotton is one of the most important oil-producing crops and the cottonseed meal provides important protein nutrients as animal feed. However, information on the genetic basis of cottonseed oil and protein contents is lacking. A backcross inbred line (BIL) population from a cross between Gossypium hirsutum as the recurrent parent and G. barbadense was used to identify quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for cottonseed oil, protein, and gossypol contents. The BIL population of 146 lines together with the two parental lines was tested in the same location for three years in China. Based on a genetic map of 392 SSR markers and a total genetic distance of 2,895.2 cM, 17 QTLs on 12 chromosomes for oil content, 22 QTLs on 12 chromosomes for protein content and three QTLs on two chromosomes for gossypol content were detected. Seed oil content was significantly and negatively correlated with seed protein content, which can be explained by eight QTLs for both oil and protein contents co-localized in the same regions but with opposite additive effects. This research represents the first report using a permanent advanced backcross inbred population of an interspecific hybrid population to identify QTLs for seed quality traits in cotton in three environments.

湖北省大型灌区“十二五”信息化建设对策研究

在认真总结湖北省“十一五”大型灌区建设成绩的同时,指出了存在的不足.综合湖北省32个大型灌区的实际情况,提出了“十二五”大型灌区信息化建设的对策,为今后一段时间内大型灌区的信息化工作指明了方向.     

土地股份合作制对农民增收的影响研究--基于广东省东莞市虎门镇的调查

以广东省东莞市虎门镇农村社区为研究对象,采取实地调研、案例研究方法,分析了当地27个农村土地股份合作制改革状况以及对农民增收的影响,调查结果表明,实行土地股份合作制对农民收入增加存在正面影响,但对不同村庄农民增收的影响和贡献程度不相同,土地股份合作制促进农民增收的绩效水平要受当地地理位置、村干部组织管理水平、招商引资力度、经济发展水平等因素的影响。     

腐秆剂快速分解水稻秸秆的机理及效果研究

利用测定酶活力的方法测定不同时间段内添加腐秆剂对水稻秸秆中纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、酚氧化酶活性的影响,结果表明:腐秆剂的添加对3种酶的活性提高有显著影响。利用纯种分离技术测得腐秆剂的添加对细菌、真菌、放线菌3种微生物的量在不同生长时期具有促进作用。同时通过定量分析程序添加腐秆剂后纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的降解率均有所提高。     

Isolation and phylogenetic analysis of pandemic H1N1/09 influenza virus from swine in Jiangsu province of China

To investigate whether the 2009 pandemic H1N1 influenza A virus was still being transmitted in swine, a total of 1029 nasal swab samples from healthy swine were collected from January to May 2010 in Jiangsu province of China. Eight H1N1 influenza viruses were isolated and identified, and their full length genomes were sequenced. We found that all eight of the H1N1 viruses shared higher than 98.0% sequence identity with the 2009 pandemic virus A/Jiangsu/1/2009 (JS1). In addition, some of these viruses had D225G (3/8) mutations in the receptor binding sites of the hemagglutinin (HA) protein, indicating enhancement of their binding affinity to the sialic α2, 3Gal receptor. In conclusion, the 2009 pandemic H1N1 influenza A virus has retro-infected swine from humans in mainland China, and significant viral evolution is still ongoing in this species.     

大棚西葫芦亲本扩繁中蜜蜂授粉技术的应用

在大棚西葫芦亲本扩繁的种植管理中,花期授
粉是重要的环节之一。为获得优质、高产籽种,势必
要完成雌花大量、充分混合授粉,利用蜜蜂承担这
项工作是最经济、合理的选择。笔者从2009 年始尝
试大棚内蜜蜂授粉2 个棚,2010 年实施8 个大棚,
2011 年发展到12 个大棚。从应用效果上来看,蜜蜂
授粉与人工授粉相比,种子质量更有保证,产量可
提高20%以上,节省授粉费用达50%以上。
