采用EAG生测技术研究表明,甜菜夜蛾雄蛾触角上具有4种性信息素组分(Z9,E12-14Ac(A)、Z9-14OH(B)、Z9-14Ac(C)和Z9,E12-14OH(D))的感受细胞.单一组分A,二元组分AB和AD,三元组分ABC、ABD和ACD及四元组分ABCD的EAG反应显著较高,与3头雌蛾性信息素腺体浸提液的反应强度相当.进一步对AB二元混合物中两组分的最佳比例以及最佳比例的剂量反应进行了测定.当AB间的比例为55时可产生最大的EAG反应,其它比例(91、73、37、19)间无明显差异.AB(55)混合物的使用剂量在0,04~4μg范围内,EAG值随剂量增加呈直线上升;使用剂量低于0.04μg或高于40μg,EAG值不再有明显变化.  相似文献

棉花γ辐射诱变后代M5农艺经济性状的遗传变异   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
利用250Gy的Co60γ射线对棉花3个品种的干种子进行辐射处理,对其M5农艺经济性状的遗传变异进行分析。结果表明:3个品种的M5群体的铃重、单株铃数、株高、果枝数和麦克隆值的平均变异系数均超过10.0%以上,3个品种的辐射诱变后代M5群体表型性状变异系数存在明显差异;3个品种的M5群体的铃重与2.5%跨长和比强度均呈显著或极显著正相关,在其它性状间的相关性上3个品种的M5群体间存在较大差异;3个品种的M5群体的2.5%跨长均为第一主成分的主要因子。这阐明了辐射对不同棉花品种的诱变效果存在差异,揭示了辐射创造了丰富的遗传变异。  相似文献

通过对棕色棉和绿色棉不同发育时期棉铃的遮光处理,研究了遮光对彩色棉的纤维色泽和纤维品质的影响。结果表明,棕色棉和绿色棉在-5~55 DPA(开花后的天数)遮光后,其纤维还表现各自的纤维色泽,但其纤维色泽鲜艳度和稳定性在不同遮光时期有一定程度的差别。棕色棉在25DPA以前遮光的纤维颜色比对照变淡;绿色棉在不同生育期遮光后颜色比对照深。遮光对彩色棉和白色棉纤维品质的若干指标有一定的影响,在5~15DPA遮光的纤维都比不遮光的对照粗,在30DPA遮光的纤维长度和强度都较好,35DPA以后遮光的纤维长度和强度随遮光时间的延长越来越差,在45~50DPA套袋遮光后的纤维长度、强度和整齐度都比不遮光的要低得多。  相似文献

The subject matter of this paper is to analyze the stability of excavated high slope. On the base of typical engineering case in Wulong, Chongqing, the geological conditions and potential failure pattern of the high slope are discussed. Then, the limit equilibrium method and the stereographic projection method are used to synthetically analyze the stability of excavated high slope. As a result, it indicates that the stability of the high slope in insufficient and some retaining structures ought to be adopted for the high slope as soon as possible.  相似文献

In TT&C system,unified spread spectrum framework and adaptive antenna digital beamforming technologies are used to track, telemetry and command objects. Constant modulus array (CMA) and adaptive signal canceller estimate the direction of arrival (DOA) of every signal and use the optimum weighted vector to form the beams. The phase weighted vectors estimated from DOA improve the processing gain as well as being utilized in the transmitting of tele command signal to form the beam of specified object. Compared with the traditional full-bridge(FB)zero-voltage-switched(ZVS) pulsewidth-modulated(PWM) converter, the FB-ZVS-PWM converter with a saturable inductor has a wider load range with ZVS and smaller circulating energy as well as smaller duty cycle loss. By analyzing the operation principle of the converter, this paper studies design considerations of the parameter bringing about ZVS and dead time of the switch, and gives out the design method, finally simulation testing has been carried out.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the structure and line current waveform of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit. As an application of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit, a high-frequency welding device's simulation model and harmonic analysis of line current are presented. Results of simulation are compared to field measurements. The two are in a good agreement, so this simulation model is correct. Two single-tuning filters and one second-order HPF are designed according to the device's harmonic condition. Simulation results of the circuit with filters indicate decrease of the harmonics in current of power supply, and the waveform is close to sinusoidal wave, which prove correctness of the solution to harmonics pollution.  相似文献

This paper introduces the development of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) , the structure and the principle of the system are also involved. After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of the system, a mathematical model of the ETCS is built up. Then three controllers (PID controller, Fuzzy controller, sliding mode controller) were designed and simulated in the matlab simulink. The result indicates that the PID controller has an overshoot,but the Fuzzy controller and the sliding mode controller can settle the nonlinearity problem better.  相似文献

In order to improve waveform performance of light HVDC system, a lot of switches which operate in high frequency are used, which causes large switching losses and results high cost. A new Buck type voltage source converter(BVSC) is proposed. The new BVSC comprises a dual-buck converter and a three-phase inverter operating in grid frequency. Only two high frequency switches are used, which results good output waveform performance. In order to reduce the high frequency switching losses, a novel improved double-frequency Buck type voltage source converter(DBVSC) is also proposed. An additional dual-Buck converter is added to the BVSC, the added dual-Buck converter deals with the fundamental power that operates in low frequency, and BVSC only deals with harmonic power that operates in high frequency. The output waveform is enhanced and the switching losses are reduced in DBVSC, and the power rating is also increased. The DBVSC is very suitable for large power rating application. The one cycle control theory is adopted to control the proposed DBVSC with analog circuit, which is very simple. The proposed DBVSC and control method are verified by simulation.  相似文献
