Expression of Jagged2/Notch3 signaling molecules in pulmonary hypertensive rats induced by monocrotaline

AIM: To study the expression of Jagged2/Notch3 signaling molecules in pulmonary vascular wall of pulmonary hypertensive rats induced by monocrotaline. METHODS: SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (C group,n=15), solvent control group (S group,n=15) and monocrotaline model groups (M group,n=15). The model of pulmonary hypertension was established by a single subcutaneous injection of monocrotaline (50 mg/kg). The rats in S group were given a single subcutaneous injection of the same dose of solvent. After 4 weeks, the pulmonary vascular remodeling was assessed by HE staining, and the mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) and right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) were determined by right heart catheterization. The expression of Jagged2/Notch3/Hes5 molecules in the pulmonary vascular wall was detected by immunohistochemical method and real-time PCR. RESULTS: Compared with S group and C group, the percentage of medial wall thickness of smaller arteries in model group increased significantly (P<0.01). The levels of mPAP and RVSP in M group were significantly higher than those in S group and C groups (P<0.01). The results of real-time PCR showed that the expression of Jagged2, Notch3 and Hes5 was significantly increased in M group compared with S group and C group. The data from immunohistochemical detection indicated that Jagged2 mainly expressed in the intima of small lung artery, Notch3 and Hes5 mainly expressed in the medial smooth muscle cells. Compared with S group and C group, the expression of Jagged2 and Notch3 was significantly increased in the lung small arteries of M group. CONCLUSION: The activation of Jagged2/Notch3 signaling pathway might play an important role in the formation of pulmonary hypertension.     

华灰莉木提取物对柑橘全爪螨的杀螨活性

以华灰莉木为试材,采用溶剂冷浸法提取植物成分,溶剂液-液萃取法对植物成分进行初步分离,Potter喷雾法测定杀螨活性,研究华灰莉木提取物和初步分离物对柑橘全爪螨的影响。结果表明:华灰莉木叶和枝条甲醇提取物对柑橘全爪螨雌成螨有较高的触杀毒力,致死中浓度(LC50)分别为5.5334g/L和3.9682g/L。叶的杀螨活性物质主要集中在水萃取物中,属于极性强的物质;枝条的杀螨活性物质主要集中在石油醚萃取物中,属于极性弱的物质。叶提取物的水萃取物和枝条提取物的石油醚萃取物对柑橘全爪螨雌成螨的LC50分别为3.2970g/L和1.7372g/L。     

水稻籼爪交和粳爪交杂种优势的研究Ⅰ.杂种农艺性状的表现

研究了籼爪交和粳爪交杂种在长沙、三亚两地农艺性状和干物质产量的表现. 由引进爪哇稻品种所配的籼/爪和粳/爪交杂种F1代表现为植株高大, 生长茂盛, 具有强大的干物质产量优势. 绝对干物质产量(单株穗期干重)为: 籼爪杂种＞粳爪杂种＞对照(籼籼交杂种), 干物质生产率(单株日干物质产量)为: 籼爪杂种＞粳爪杂种＞对照. 供试籼     

超级杂交稻模式株型的光合优势

以三系杂交稻汕优63为对照，比较研究表明，具有超级杂交稻模式株型的培矮64S/E32有以下生理优势。（1）叶面积指数前期较小，中期稳健，后期衰减缓慢、维持较高水平；（2）抽穗后剑叶和倒2叶的比叶重显著或极显著大于对照；（3）后期上3叶叶绿素含量衰减缓慢，变化平稳；（4）上3叶单位叶面积气孔数目比对照多19.2%，达极显     

利用已测序水稻品种分析其农艺性状基因座

水稻重要农艺性状的基因定位研究在育种上具有重要意义。2004年在海南陵水县种植两个完全测序水稻品种日本晴与9311的F₂群体及双亲，分别考察了其单株分蘖数、穗数、有效分蘖数、穗长、主穗长、抽穗期、株高和剑叶8个农艺性状3次重复的平均值。用已构建的连锁遗传图谱（Nipponbare/9311-F₂遗传图谱）及Excel 2000和Mapmaker/QTL 1.1b软件对这8个性状间的相互关系和基因位点进行了分析。结果在LOD>2.0和P＜0.005的条件下共检测到41个QTLs，它们分布在水稻所有染色体上，单个QTL对性状表型贡献率11.0%～46.4%，其中大于20%的有22个。对选用已测序材料为亲本构建图谱来探讨水稻农艺性状的分子基础及其育种意义进行了讨论。     

Optimization of Vehicle Frontal Wheel Orientation Parameters

Based on the theory of multi body dynamic, the paper established the front suspension model of vehicle. The uniform optimization object function, including the tolerance of front wheel orientation angles' practical value and set value under full load, and the changing value of each parameter during wheel fluctuating is put forward. Utilizing this model, the original suspension is optimized and the variation of each parameter with front wheel fluctuation is calculated. The optimized driving operation performance resulted from the analysis and application.     

玉米/红小豆间作模式中红小豆种植适宜密度研究

为探讨玉米/红小豆间作模式中的红小豆适宜种植密度,对不同种植密度红小豆的产量及其构成因素进行了研究。结果表明,红小豆株高、主茎分枝、主茎节数、荚长、荚粒数以及百粒重变化均不大,而单株荚数和产量随着种植密度增加呈抛物线变化;各处理间玉米产量变化不大;红小豆种植密度在8.07万株/hm2时产量最高,达到2668.76kg/hm2。说明在仁寿县或者相似生态区,红小豆种植的密度为8.07万株/hm2。     

四照花一年生播种苗年生长节律研究

用Logistic生长曲线对四照花一年生播种苗的苗高、地径生长进行拟合,相关系数分别为0.991和0.970,均达极显著水平。根据四照花一年生播种苗的生长动态模拟和实际测量值,其年生长进程可划分为出苗期、生长初期、生长盛期、生长后期4个时期。苗高的速生期为6月上旬至8月中旬,占全年生长期的32.28%,生长量为全年总生长量的57.49%,比地径提早20 d结束速生期进入生长后期;地径速生期为6月上旬至9月上旬,用40.55%的生长时间完成了58.38%的生长量。     

新引进早熟优质油菜新品种云油杂二号的高产栽培技术

云油杂二号系云南省农科院经作所用自育亲本99F121AB和99F1549C杂交选育而成的早熟高产优质油菜新品种。贵州省是油菜栽培大省，近年来早春干旱发生较重，而我省主栽油菜品种大多为晚熟品种，常造成大季水稻、玉米栽种延晚，错过了雨水，无法打田栽秧和播种，致使农民受到很大损失。
