Load dynamic matching of supply and demand side based on the utilization of urban sewage heat energy

Flowing dynamic characteristics and its temperature dynamic characteristics of a three-level sewage pipe network in Chongqing were analyzed. A mall's building whole year load was simulated. In the adverse condition of wastewater flow, the market construction peak discharge heat was compared with the sewage heat load, the balance between the most adverse flow and the building demand was found. Explored supply and demand matching method between urban sewage and city building load in flow adverse condition to take full advantage of the urban sewage cold and hot resources. the composite system was adeptcd to make up the most unfavorable flow time of sewage average heat load and the construction load difference; it also puts forward principle of load sharing and control strategy aimed at compound system.     

Parsimonious Covering Probability Model for Turbogenerator Vibration Faulty Diagnosis

The turbogenerator vibration faults have the character of variety. Many faults often occur synchronously. This paper introduces a diagnosing model based on parsimonious covering theory and probability. A model for turtogenerator's fault diagnosis is proposed. The availability of this method is proved by two fault diagnosis examples of turbogenerator. The results show that the model proposed can be used for multi_fault diagnosis together. It may make up shortage for some of expert systems and neural networks in some aspect. From the practice,this model has higher reliability and practicability.     

Principle and Key Technology of Full Automatic Vicat Apparatus

In this paper the working principle and performance character of both the manual and automatic Vicat apparatuses in existence are compared and analyzed,and their existing weakness and the urgent problem to be solved are pointed out.On this basis,adopting the technology of mechatronics and modern sensors,a new sort of full automatic Vicat apparatus that can fully satisfy the national standard in testing the setting time of the cement has been developed.This apparatus can be operated expediently with high precision,the test results are to be analyzed and computed automatically.This paper presents the working principle,performance character,key technology and prospect of application for the full automatic Vicat apparatus.     

利用多种抗源选育小麦远丰139的研究

为了选育持久抗耐多种病害的小麦核心抗病种质,以奥地利黑麦、中间偃麦草和野生二粒小麦为抗源,采用单交、复合杂交、回交、阶梯式杂交等多种组配方式,将基因逐步累加、聚合到一起。选育中以不丢失抗性基因为前提,以抗旱耐寒为适应性选择的基本标准。育成的小麦新品系远丰139半冬性,耐寒、抗旱,株型结构好,产量高,品质好。经西北农林科技大学植保系鉴定对条锈病免疫,对白粉病和叶枯病高抗,中抗赤霉病。经农业部谷物品质检测中心分析,品质达到国标精制级面条用小麦粉标准。2005年陕西省区试较对照小偃22增产5.6%。     

小麦叶片RuBP羧化酶活性对湿害逆境的响应能力及亲本效应分析

用＾１４Ｃ同位素示踪法研究了６个小麦品种叶片的ＲｕＢＰ羧化酶活性对孕穗期湿害逆境的响应能力及其产量性状表现；用完全双列杂交法测定了９个小麦亲本耐湿性的配合力。结果表明：在孕穗期湿害逆境下，不同品种间的ＲｕＢＰ羧化酶活性下降程度存在明显差异，这种差异与主茎绿色叶片数和产量性状的变化相一致，配合力分析结果表明，亲本之间一般配合力差异达极显著水平，组合间特殊配合力效应存在显著差异，说明小麦品种的耐湿性受     

福建省甘薯种质资源鉴定与评价

征集甄别保存甘薯种质资源606份,编写出品种目录,拍摄了彩色图谱册;摸索出适合福建省气候特点的田间种植、薯块贮藏、老蔓越冬和茎尖脱毒试管苗4种方法相结合的安全保存方法;首次在相同条件下同时完成了对保存的品种资源抗蔓割病、薯瘟病的鉴定,8种主要营养成份的分析及鲜薯与薯干产量的测定,筛选出抗蔓割病资源212份、抗薯瘟病资源109份、高干率资源14份、高淀粉资源12份、高水溶性糖资源13份、高粗蛋白资源13份、高粗脂肪资源12份、低粗纤维资源12份、高维生素C资源12份、高胡萝卜素资源12份,初步摸清了这些品种的分布情况;应用Borlanddel-phi7.0为设计集成环境和通用SQL方式查询程序模块创建了资源数据库;建立了107份骨干资源圃。     

X射线灭活活体日本沼虾精子的初步研究

为检测X射线对日本沼虾精子的灭活效果,利用X射线对雄性日本沼虾进行不同时间的照射处理,将处理后的雄虾与刚完成生殖脱壳的雌虾交配。待雌虾产卵后,计数雌虾抱卵天数,并在显微镜下观察卵的畸形情况。X射线管照射强度为100 k V,5 m A,源距10 cm,照射时间为0、30、60、90、120 min。结果发现:照射30 min组的抱卵天数及卵的畸形率较0 min组无变化,卵的畸形率为0,卵能正常发育至孵化出膜。随着照射时间的增加,在30~90 min之间,雌虾抱卵天数逐渐减少,且所抱卵的畸形率呈上升趋势。照射120 min组的抱卵天数较90 min组变化不大,卵的畸形率达100%。在本试验照射时间范围(0~120 min)内,灭活日本沼虾精子遗传物质的最佳照射时间为90~120 min。     

棉铃虫对辛硫磷抗性的选育、交互抗性及增效剂增效作用研究

1 991年采自河南偃师棉田的棉铃虫种群(简称 YS种群 )与敏感品系相比有 2 .7倍的抗性。该种群在室内经功夫菊酯 +辛硫磷 (1∶ 2 5 )筛选了 2 7代后 ,对辛硫磷的抗性达到 9.4倍 ,再单用辛硫磷对该种群筛选 2 1代 ,获得 6 3 .0倍的抗性。交互抗性测定结果表明 ,棉铃虫对辛硫磷产生高水平抗性后对灭多威具有比较明显的交互抗性 ,对久效磷具有一定程度交互抗性 ,对甲基对硫磷和丙溴磷只有较低水平的交互抗性。 3种增效剂 TPP、DEF和 PBO对辛硫磷的增效比分别为1 .4、2 4 .8和 1 .0 ,DEF的增效作用明显 ,使辛硫磷的抗性由 6 3倍降至 2 .5倍 ,初步证明酯酶是引起棉铃虫对辛硫磷产生抗性的重要原因。本文的研究结果对于在棉铃虫抗药性治理措施中选择辛硫磷的轮换或替代品种具有重要参考价值
