“中国四库学高层论坛”会议综述

2016年6月5-6日，由湖南大学岳麓书院主办的“中国四库学高层论坛”在岳麓书院举行，会议共收到论文45篇，与会专家学者围绕四库学研究的历史、《四库全书》的编纂、《四库总目》与学术、《四库总目》的考证与纠谬补缺及四库学的问题作了深入讨论。

AN APPRONTMATE CALCULATING METHOD FOR WALL PLATES OF MAN'' S DRY GAS HOLDERS

The basic equations of wall plates of MAN' S dry gas holders are derived in this paper. According to the law of cylindrical bending given by the finite element results .we derive some approximate formula calculating the deflection and stresses of the wall plates from the basic equations. Compared with the known approximate calculating method.the method car. obviously increase the percision.     

DETERMINATION OF METALLIC IRON IN HIGH TITANIUM SLAG BY HEADSPACE GAS CHROMATNGRALHY

The following details are discussed in the present paper, after high titanium slag and H3PO4 is put in the closed system,the .reaction takes place under controlled temperature conditions, and the gas produced is collected. The two phases of gas liquid attain kinetic equilibrium, ihe gas above the liquid is used to make GC analysis with the aid of chromatographic column of 5A molecular sieve, TCD and N2 30ml/min. Satisfactory quantitative results can be achieved with simple instruments and uncomplicated operation technique.     

Discussion about the Agent- Construction System of Governmental Project in China

The agent - construction system, as a new public project management mode, has been practiced in some cities and attracted attention from the society. This paper firstly studies the features and operation modes of agent - construction system, and discusses the agent - construction system from the viewpoints of promoting competition, nourishing agent -construction enterprises, setting up a supervisory and encouraging mechanism, and its connection with the governmental project procurement system etc.     

大蒜茎尖脱毒技术及组织培养研究

采用山西栽培的５个地方名蒜茎尖离体培养，获得了无病毒蒜种。结果表明，茎尖大小为０．２￣０．５ｍｍ，不定芽增殖培养基以Ｂ５或ＭＳ４，附加１￣２ｍｇ／Ｌ细胞分裂素和０．０１￣０．１ｍｇ／ＬＮＡＡ，效果最佳。根系诱导在原培养基中加入０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ，出根率可达９０％以上。成苗后于１２月份移栽到节能日光温室，成活率达９０％以上。经对脱毒苗形态观察和染色体检测，没有发生异常变化。植株生长健壮，遗传性稳     

拔节孕穗期受渍对小麦干物质产量,矿质营养和品质的影响

小麦拔节孕穗期受渍造成小麦严重减产，而排水则显著提高籽粒产量，有利于麦株吸收土壤中的氮、磷、钾矿质营养，对改善小麦籽粒的品质亦有较大作用，发展农田暗管排水降低地下水位对南方多雨地区小麦增产及改善品质有重大作用。     

丘陵梯田埋设塑料暗管的增产改土效应

丘陵梯田由于长期受不同水、气、热条件的形响，形成了土壤肥力差异，造成了梯田各部位间作物产量相差悬殊，严重影响丘陵地区粮食作物的均衡增产。通过塑料暗管的埋设，有效地控制了田间地下水位，土壤含水量明显下降，土温上升，促进土壤养分的矿化，改善了土壤物理性状和作物生长环境，收到极其明显的增产改土效应。     

泡桐属细胞分类学研究

对９种泡桐的根尖进行了压片观察，经染色体配对后作核型分析，结果表明：９种泡桐的染色体绝对长度多在２μｍ以下，染色体数目均为２ｎ＝４０，其中有６种泡桐的染色体数目为首次报道。染色体核型公式分别为（１２￣３４）ｍ＋（２４￣２）ｓｍ＋４Ｔ，其中毛泡桐、楸叶泡桐、白花泡桐、兰考泡桐分别在第７对和第１６对染色体上具有一随体，染色体核型类型除楸叶泡桐为２Ａ型外，其余８种均为２Ｂ型。
