水热电化学法制备LISICON薄膜热力学分析

通过热力学计算分析了水热电化学法制备LISICON薄膜的反应机理，结果表明：在水溶液体系中制备Li-3+.x.V-1.-x.Si-.x.O-4薄膜很困难，制备Li-3V-1-.x.P-.x.O-4薄膜是可行的.碱性水溶液体系中SiO-2与OH-，Li+反应生成Li-4SiO-4，V-2O-5与OH-， Li+反应生成Li-3VO-4， Li-3VO-4与Li-4SiO-4反应生成Li-3+.x.V-1-.x.Si-.x.O-4，其中，生成SiO4--4离子的反应是关键步骤，.a.-OH-≥1.0 mol/L是反应进行的必要条件，.a.-Li+>1.0 mol/L时，SiO4--4与Li+反应生成Li-4SiO-4.碱性水溶液体系中H-2PO--4与OH-，Li+反应生成Li-3PO-4，V-2O-5与OH-，Li+反应生成Li-3VO-4，Li-3VO-4与Li-3PO-4反应生成Li-3V-1-.x.P-.x.O-4..a.-OH->0.15 mol/L时，可生成VO3--4和PO3--4..a.-Li+>0.5 mol/L时，VO3--4和PO3--4分别与Li+反应生成Li-3VO-4和Li-3PO-4.     

低温胁迫下草坪草抗寒性的研究进展

通过介绍低温对草坪草的影响和作用机理,系统地综述了在低温胁迫下草坪草的光合特性、水分生理代谢、细胞质膜相对透性、保护酶系变化、碳水化合物贮藏、可溶性蛋白质含量、以及脂肪酸的变化在低温胁迫方面的研究进展,提出了今后进行草坪草抗寒性研究的趋势和建议。     

湖南洋泉水库调度的最优气候决策方法探讨

充分利用气候资源作好水库水位（量）调度、提高水库在抗旱和发电中的经济效益,是当今水库调度决策亟待解决的一个重要课题.本文根据气象经济学原理,运用连续函数求极值方法,利用洋泉水库有关经济参数,建立水库气候最优调度决策,在水库的实际调度中应用,可取得明显的社会经济效益.     

地熊蜂为重庆地区设施番茄授粉的效果研究

为评价地熊蜂在重庆地区设施番茄的授粉效果,在重庆市荣昌区龙舌嘴村开展授粉效果比较试验,分析地熊蜂授粉对设施番茄产量、果实品质及畸形果率的影响。试验结果显示,经地熊蜂授粉的设施番茄平均产量为2 206.44 kg/667 m2,与未授粉组相比显著提高了104.95%,授粉组的单果质量、果纵径、果最大横径、可溶性固形物含量、VC含量及总糖含量显著高于未授粉组。由此,认为地熊蜂适宜为重庆地区设施番茄授粉,且能够显著提高重庆地区设施番茄的产量与品质。     

Study on DAQ System by Using LabVIEW

In this paper, some information about the location, form and features of Dong village is given. Then, the relationship between the culture and the settlement is analyzed, which provides a clue for understanding Dong village and will be beneficial to creating modern human settlements.     

Seismic Behavior of Asymmetric Building under Pushover Analysis

Pushover analysis is a tool to study the inelastic behavior of structures under strong seismic action. The 3D-pushover analysis was performed to analyze the inelastic lateral-torsional coupled response of multistory asymmetric structures. The symmetric frame and frame-wall systems were studied in this paper, and the capability curve of the top displacement and base shear,the story drift and the position of rotation center were compared with reference to corresponding symmetric structures. The characters of inelastic response of multistory asymmetric structures were found. The conclusion provides reference for performance-based seismic design of asymmetric structures.     

旋喷泵叶轮内部流动的全三维数值模拟

文章分析了旋喷泵叶轮流道的物理模型，建立了流道内部流动解析的数学模型，自行开发软件对旋喷泵叶轮流道内部流动进行了全三维势流分析，计算了叶轮产生的理论扬程，同时应用工具软件Fluent对叶轮内部流动进行了计算。通过对两种方法的计算结果进行比较，证明了该计算方法的可行性。     

Mechanism of Fuzilizhong decoction alleviating inflammatory damage of rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

AIM To observe the effect of Fuzilizhong decoction on the inflammatory damage of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） rats and to explore its mechanism. METHODS SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： control group, model group, high dose （20 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, middle dose （10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, low dose （5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1） Fuzilizhong decoction group and Yishanfu （30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）group, 8 rats in each group. A NAFLD rat modelwas established by intragastric administration of fat emulsion for 4 weeks. Then the drug was given for 4 weeks in each treatment group. HE staining was performed to observe the histopathological changes of the rat liver.The serum levels of interleukin-2（IL-2）, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） were measured by ELISA. The expression of toll like receptor 4（TLR4） and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues at mRNA and protein levels was determined by RT-qPCR and Western bolt,respectively. RESULTS Compared with control group, the inflammatory damage of liver tissue was more serious, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α, the mRNA expression TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues were significantly increased in model group（P<0.05）. However, compared with model group, the liver pathological changes in each treatment group were significantly relieved, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α, the mRNA expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues were significantly reduced（P<0.05）.In addition, the changes of TLR4 and p-NF-κB p65 protein levels in liver tissue were consistent with the changes of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 mRNA. CONCLUSION Fuzilizhong decoction attenuates the inflammatory damages of NAFLD in rats by inhibiting TLR4/NF-κB p65 signaling pathway.
