城市绿地系统对经济发展提升作用的机制——与大连市实证研究

城市绿地系统具有生态、经济、社会等多重属性 ,在城市复合系统中占有特殊的位置 ,对城市经济发展亦具有直接、间接的提升作用 :( 1 )改善城市环境质量 ,创造环境优势 ,促进城市地价及布局其间的各种经济成分增值 ;集聚外来资金和高新产业发展 ,带动整个城市产业结构优化升级。( 2 )绿地建设作为城市经济产业的有机组成部分 ,形成环境经济产业链 ,拉动其相关经济产业的发展 ,促进经济增长。 ( 3 )提高城市知名度 ,促进城市旅游业发展 ,集聚高素质人才 ,促进城市经济发展 ,本文以北方海滨城市大连为例 ,在定性分析绿地经济提升作用机制的基础上 ,建立计量经济模型 ,定量分析城市绿地系统的经济提升作用     

民勤绿洲生态气候资源及其利用

民勤绿洲边缘 ,光照丰富、温差大 ,有利于农产品质量的提高。但是水资源缺乏 ,地下水位急剧下降和土地沙化是民勤绿洲农业生产的首要问题。如何充分利用现有生态资源 ,并充分提高其利用率是摆在我们面前的一个主要课题。只有通过引进优良品种 ,调整农业种植结构 ,大力推广节水灌溉技术 ,才是解决上述问题的有效途径     

离体条件下水稻种衣剂对串珠镰刀菌生长及形态毒理影响

 检测了黑龙江水稻主产区4个当地主栽品种的种子内部镰刀菌寄藏情况,测定了20%克福甲和20%克多甲种衣剂对种子带菌消毒处理效果及对水稻串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme)的抑菌作用和联合毒力,并借助扫描电镜观察了上述2种混配种衣剂对串珠镰刀菌的形态毒理影响。结果表明,种子内部镰刀菌的分离频率高达56.7%~96.0%,其中串珠镰刀菌的分离频率为32.6%~48.2%,2种种衣剂对带菌种子具有显著的消毒处理效果。20%克福甲和20%克多甲种衣剂对镰刀菌F.moniliforme的毒力指数分别为457.11和802.04,增效倍数分别为6.53和0.13。20%克多甲种衣剂(多菌灵:甲基立枯磷为5:5,W/W)对串珠镰刀菌的抑菌作用优于20%克福甲种衣剂(福美双:甲基立枯磷为8:6,W/W),增效作用低于20%克福甲种衣剂。电镜观察表明,种衣剂低浓度至高浓度处理下均可引起串珠镰刀菌菌丝不同程度的异常生长,表现为主菌丝局部膨大或形成菌丝束,菌丝顶端异常膨大、缢缩或形成穗状和花絮状分枝。     

等值线制图工具 Surfer在病虫测报上的应用研究

Surfer系统是美国金软公司开发的专门制作等值线的工具。1997年以来,笔者对其运用于稻飞虱等农作物病虫害的监测方面作了探讨和开发。阐述了病虫分布图的绘制和遮盖图编制的过程和方法。     

转 Bt基因抗虫棉对棉大卷叶螟抗性的研究

:转Bt基因抗虫棉对棉铃虫有很好的抗性,对棉大卷叶螟(SyleptaderogataFabricius)的抗性未见报道。作者研究表明,棉大卷叶螟在棉田为聚集分布型,低龄幼虫有集中为害习性;抗虫棉对其有很好的抗性,平均虫株率为2.2%,较常规棉中棉所12降低96.6%;百株虫量为133.8头,较常规棉降低88.4%。     

猴头菌优良菌株筛选研究初报

通过对六个猴头菌菌株菌丝生长情况，子实体农艺性状和产量的比较试验发现，HN、RT和猴杰2号综合性状较优，适合新疆阿拉尔地区代料栽培。     

大白菜新品种琴萌2号的选育

琴萌 2号大白菜由两个自交不亲和系〔(青杂 3号 80 4×古青 76 2S 9S小 9S) 5S 1S 12×中青 3SI〕 2S 7S小 5S 2S 15S小 SI和秦白 2号 93 4S 5S小 12S小 11小 互为父母本杂交而成。该品种生育期 85d(天 ) ,每 6 6 7m2 净菜产量 6 0 0 0kg左右 ,高抗病毒病、霜霉病、软腐病 ,适宜沿海及黄河、长江中下游地区及辽宁、甘肃、宁夏等地种植。     

Effects of external counterpulsation on renin-angiotensin system and hemodynamics in dogs with myocardial ischemia

AIM:To examine the effect of external counterpulsation(ECP) on renin-angiotensin system(RAS) and hemodynamics in dogs with myocardial ischemia and their relationship. METHODS:Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by occluding the left anterior descending of the dogs. The local renin activity, angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) level, angiotension-converting enzyme(ACE) activity were tested by biochemical methods and hemodynamics was recorded by a 8-channel physiological recorder.RESULTS:Ischemia could actiivate renin,ACE and AngⅡ in cardiovasculature and ECP reduced them except for renin in ischemic myocardium. Ischemia also could activate RAS in lung and kidney, which play an important role on circulating RAS, and ECP reduced them. Furthermore, ECP could improve hemodynamics and there existed a close relationship between local AngⅡlevel and hemodynamics. CONCLUSION:ECP can reduce local RAS and improve hemodynamics in dogs with myocardial ischemia, which might be one of mechanisms underlying the protective effect of ECP on ischemic myocardium.     

Se-containing spirulina phycocyanin attenuated liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice

AIM:To investigate the effect of Se-containing spirulina phycocyanin (Se-SPC) on liver injury of mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl₄). METHODS:The mouse model was conducted by intragastric feeding with 2% CCl₄ oil for three times, meanwhile Se-SPC, spirulina phycocyanin (SPC) and Na₂SeO₃ were injected (ip) to various groups for 7 days. Then selenium (Se), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), malondiaoldehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) levels in blood and liver were measured. RESULTS:The level of Se,GPx and SOD activities were obviously higher(P<0.05)but ALT activity,MDA and NO₂^-/NO₃^- levels were remarkably lower(P<0.05)in Se-SPC treated groups than those in CCl₄ groups,and effects of high dose Se-SPC on Se,GPx,MDA and NO₂^-/NO₃^- were even more significant(P<0.01).Under the same dose of Se or protein,effects of all selected targets in Se-SPC groups were more efficient than those in SPC groups and inorganic-Se groups.Furthermore,Se levels had a positive correlation with GPx activity(r=01705),which had negative correlation with levels of MDA,NO₂^-/NO₃^- and ALT(r=-0.629,r=-0.336,r=-0.457,respectively), and positive correlations between ALT activity and MDA or NO₂^-/NO₃^- level were found (r=0.519,r=0.641). CONCLUSION:These results indicated that Se-SPC may attenuate liver injury of mice induced by CCl₄ through its anti-inflammatory action and enhancing selenoenzyme expression.     

Expression of IL-6 mRNA in endometrium with endometriosis

AIM: The purpose of the present study was to explore the relationship between interleukin-6 mRNA expression and endometriosis. METHODS: Using the rat model, IL-6 mRNA expression in the endometrium was examined by RT-PCR. RESULTS: The expression of IL-6 mRNA in control rats did not change at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after sham operation (P>0.05), but in model rats it gradually increased at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after endometriosis (P<0.01). The expression of IL-6 mRNA in uterine endometrium with endometriosis was lower than in endometriotic tissue, but higher than in endometrium from healthy controls. CONCLUSION: The IL-6 mRNA expression may contribute to the development of endometriosis . The increase in IL-6 mRNA expression may promote the implantation and growth of endometriotic tissue.
