干旱条件下乙烯利对小麦幼苗PEP羧化酶活性的影响

本文以盆栽方式研究了土壤干旱过程中，小麦幼苗ＰＥＰ羧化酶（ＰＥＰＣａｓｅ）活性的变化及叶面喷施乙烯利（３．５×１０－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）对该酶的影响。结果表明，在土壤干旱初期，小麦幼苗ＰＥＰＣａｓｅ活性逐渐升高，干旱２ｄ后其活性急剧下降，复水后ＰＥＰＣａｓｅ活性继续下降，说明小麦幼苗受到严重的水分胁迫。喷乙烯利后，ＰＥＰＣａｓｅ活性上升减缓，下降加快，即乙烯利抑制了干旱条件下小麦幼苗ＰＥＰＣａｓｅ活性。同时乙烯利加速了叶绿素降解，使得丙二醛累积增加，说明乙烯利对提高小麦幼苗的抗旱性不利。     

摩拉尼里及其与中国水牛杂交后代乳头括约肌紧张度和乳房内压的观察

实验选用泌乳摩拉水牛16头、尼里11头及其与中国水牛杂交后代三品杂12头,分别测定乳头括约肌紧张度和乳房内压。结果表明:排乳反射前乳头括约肌紧张度超过500mmHg负压的,摩拉约占40％,尼里77％,三品杂100％;排乳反射后,500mmHg负压以下的三种水牛分别占93％、77％和46％。排乳反射前的乳房内压:摩拉、尼里、三品杂分别为9.59±0.58,10.25±0.67,7.66±0.63mmHg;排乳反射后,相应升至28.43±2.15,36.07±3.49,32.00±3.79,峰值分别为40.00±1.59,46.97±2.86,42.37±3.63mmHg。升至峰值所需时间分别为67.63±7.55,53.65±8.60,47.42±8.73s(秒)。尼里水牛的结果表明,乳头括约肌紧张度与乳房内压呈显著负相关。三种水牛的乳房和乳头的测量结果初步表明,都能适应机器挤奶。     

培矮64S的主效不育基因的光敏不育特性研究

 培矮 64S是由光敏核不育水稻农垦 5 8S作不育基因供体转育而成的 ,但其育性表现为较强的温度敏感性。从培矮 64S与常规稻品种农垦 5 8杂交后代 F2 中获得了典型的光敏雄性不育株 ,其可育株与不育株比例为 3∶ 1;证明控制培矮 64S育性的主效基因仍属光敏核不育基因。笔者在分析后认为 ,光敏核不育基因的高效表达对其所在的遗传背景有高度依赖性 ,在光敏核不育系选育中 ,在注重获得主效光敏不育基因的同时 ,还要注重对其高效表达的遗传背景的选择与改造。在利用克隆的光敏核不育基因进行分子育种时也要高度重视对转基因亲本遗传背景的选择     

发展中的中国农业大学图书馆

本文通过2年研究7个不同生态型苜蓿品种的抗病能力、抗虫能力、抗倒伏性、耐热能力，结果表明不同生态型苜蓿品种的抗逆能力存在显著差异。巨人201抗病、虫能力强，耐高温、抗倒伏性好，属于高抗逆型优良品种。

Lunar organic compounds: search and characterization

The carbon concentration in Apollo 11 lunar fine material is of the order of 200 ppm. By far the largest single amount of this carbon appears to be in carbon monoxide. Some of this seems to be in the form of gas bubbles in the glass spheres, but most of it could be in some complex form other than gas. This result would be consistent with the idea that most of the fines passed through a high temperature and that the carbon was oxidized by mineral oxides at that time.     

Discovery of a Jupiter/Saturn analog with gravitational microlensing

Searches for extrasolar planets have uncovered an astonishing diversity of planetary systems, yet the frequency of solar system analogs remains unknown. The gravitational microlensing planet search method is potentially sensitive to multiple-planet systems containing analogs of all the solar system planets except Mercury. We report the detection of a multiple-planet system with microlensing. We identify two planets with masses of approximately 0.71 and approximately 0.27 times the mass of Jupiter and orbital separations of approximately 2.3 and approximately 4.6 astronomical units orbiting a primary star of mass approximately 0.50 solar mass at a distance of approximately 1.5 kiloparsecs. This system resembles a scaled version of our solar system in that the mass ratio, separation ratio, and equilibrium temperatures of the planets are similar to those of Jupiter and Saturn. These planets could not have been detected with other techniques; their discovery from only six confirmed microlensing planet detections suggests that solar system analogs may be common.
