For the duct grouting of prestressed beams,due to the narrow passageways grouting,the paste in the flow condition is very complex. In order to understand the grouting body in flow,the article establishes a three dimension finite element model of the grouting body,and uses the fluid mechanics software Fluent to analyze the grouting process of the standard prestressed beams through the finite element numerical method for the first time. The results show in the speed of cloud,the paste which is in a straight space and passes top space flows slow,may cause grouting defects. In the cloud of duct static pressure,the static pressure in the centre of the duct is greater than those on both ends. When paste is in hydration process,secrete water is forced to flow to the two ends,which causes grouting defects. The analysis results provide theoretical and actual testing data processing support for grouting nondestructive testing technology. 相似文献

To obtain the influence of outer environmental condition on the indoor airflow distribution for the 25T air-conditioned train in Qinghai-Tibet, the Realizable k-ε model is adopted to numerically analyze the indoor temperature and velocity fields of the running train. The results indicate that solar radiation has great effect on the indoor temperature field and it is meaningful for improving the thermal comfort to adjust the air supply parameters with the outer environmental condition. Under different air supply conditions, it is the conjugating relation between the indoor temperature field and velocity field that leads to different thermal comfort in different regions of the running train. In addition, the operating modes exchange under different outdoor environmental conditions is also discussed and some additional functions of the using air-conditioning system are put forward too. 相似文献

【目的】研究降雨条件下黏性土坡位移场、应变场、微结构动态环境能场的变化及对土坡稳定性的影响。【方法】通过室内土坡模型试验,用读数显微镜观测降雨前后土坡内45个测点的位移,特意选择并全程观测斜坡面(1个)、坡脚(2个)、坡底(1个)的4个测点的位移,研究侧向位移和竖向位移随时间的变化,利用反分析方法分析土坡的位移场与应变场的变化,从宏观、中观、微观角度上分析黏性土坡微结构动态环境能场及外部环境条件变化与其内在介质环境变化之间的关系。【结果】降雨条件下坡顶和坡脚处土体的损伤程度较大,最大竖向位移发生在坡脚处;用常规方法分析土坡变形时会低估瞬时变形而夸大固结变形;由斜坡面、坡脚和坡底的蠕变曲线可见,降雨初期的瞬时竖向位移和侧向位移增长较快,但随着降雨时间的延长,土坡微结构受到损伤,竖向位移和侧向位移的增长变慢,最后趋于稳定。【结论】降雨引发的土坡滑移大多数是瞬时的,土坡的蠕变既是土体损伤的过程,也是土坡微结构能量耗散的过程。因降雨劈裂力的作用,在坡顶及斜坡面上会出现裂缝,而斜坡面和坡脚是最容易诱发险情的部位。 相似文献

AIM: To investigate the relationships between antiproliferative mechanisms of probucol and protein expressions of signaling molecules ERK1/2, MKP-1, HO-1 and Trx-1 in rat aortic smooth muscle cells (RASMCs) stimulated with ox-LDL. METHODS: The effects of probucol on cell cycle, cell proliferation and the expressions of ERK1/2, MKP-1, HO-1 and Trx-1 in the presence of ox-LDL were observed by means of MTT test, FCM and Western blotting. RESULTS: (1) Probucol significantly inhibited the proliferation of RASMCs stimulated with ox-LDL. A value in 100 μmol/L probucol+35 mg/L ox-LDL group was reduced by 34.9% as compared to ox-LDL group (P<0.01). (2) Probucol protected against ox-LDL-induced RASMCs proliferation through inducing cell growth arrest at G0/G1 phase and cell apoptosis. (3) ox-LDL increased the expression of p-ERK1/2 by 34.7% (P<0.01) and decreased MKP-1 by 60.0% (P<0.01), respectively, as compared to control. Probucol attenuated the increase in ox-LDL-stimulated p-ERK1/2 level by 15.7%, but increased MKP-1 expression by 2 times (P<0.01). (4)ox-LDL at concentration of 35 mg/L decreased the intracellular Trx-1 expression by 28.9% (P<0.05), and slightly increased the level of HO-1 expression as compared to control (P<0.05). Probucol enhanced the expression of Trx-1 by 91.6% (P<0.01) and HO-1 by 31.9% (P<0.01), respectively as compared to ox-LDL group. CONCLUSION: Probucol inhibits ox-LDL-stimulated the proliferation of RASMCs through increases in MKP-1/HO-1 expression, suppression of cell cycle progression and induction of cell apoptosis. 相似文献

AIM: To investigate the role of autophagy in hippocampus injury induced by seizures and to observe the neuroprotective effects of autophagy inhibitor wortmannin(WM) on epileptic rats.METHODS: The Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model groups at 2 h, 8 h, 16 h, 24 h or 72 h after seizure induction by pilocarpine, and WM pretreatment group. The methods of HE and Nissl staining were used to evaluate the hippocampus injury. The expression of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3) was detected by Western blotting. The ratio of LC3II to LC3I was calculated and used to represent the activity of autophagy. RESULTS: The significant increase in the ratio of LC3II to LC3I began at 2 h, peaked at 24 h, and maintained at high level at least to 72 h after seizure induction. Obvious neural injury and neuron depletion were observed in hippocampus CA1 area at 24 h after seizure induction. The number of surviving neurons at 24 h was sharply decreased in rats with seizures(75.50±5.92) as compared to the controls(110.67±18.56, P<0.01). WM significantly decreased the neuron depletion induced by seizures(100.88±18.73, P<0.05). Moreover, WM significantly decreased the ratio of LC3II to LC3I in rats with seizures at 24 h(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Autophagy was activated in hippocampus injury induced by seizures. WM reduces the transformation of LC3II to LC3I to inhibit the autophagy activated by seizures. WM has neuroprotective effect on epileptic rats by increasing the surviving neurons in hippocampus CA1 area. 相似文献

AIM: To search the biomarker for illustrating the pathogenesis of human gastric adenocarcinoma by differential proteome analysis of the cytosol of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line SGC7901 and the corresponding immortalized normal gastric gland cell line GES. METHODS: The differential expression of cytosol protein between SGC7901 and GES cells was identified with subcellular protein separation and two-dimensional SDS-PAGE combined with MALDI-TOF-MS. The differential proteins were confirmed by Western blotting and semi-quantity RT-PCR. RESULTS: Ten repeatable differential proteins were identified. Compared with the expression level in normal gastric cell line GES, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase L1(UCHL1) was obviously down-regulated one both at protein and mRNA levels in gastric adenocarcinoma cell lines of SGC7901, AGS, BGC823 and MKN45. The expression of UCHL1 was also far lower in gastric cancer tissues than that in the corresponding normal tissues. CONCLUSION: Our finding suggests that UCHL1 has potential value as a biomarker for the diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma. 相似文献
