明代兖州地区妇女贞节现象透视

明代《兖州府志.烈女传》记载了260多位贞女烈妇,统治阶级的提倡,家族势力的推波助澜,陈规陋习的影响,女性自身的心理因素是造成明代兖州地区妇女守节盛行的主要原因。     

一类树的最小正根

In vitro inhibitory effect of CD8+ cells from patients with aplastic anemia on normal CFU-Mk growth is blocked by cimetidine

AIM: To investigate the effect of CD8+ cells from aplastic anemia (AA) patients and its histamine type II (H2) receptors on the growth of normal CFU-Mk. METHODS: The effects of CD8+ cells and/or cimetidine, on normal human CFU-Mk growth were studied by using CFU-Mk assay. RESULTS: The CD8+ cells from the perpheral blood of AA patients significantly suppressed the growth of normal allogeneic CFU-Mk. This inhibitory effect was blocked by cimetidine at concentration of 1.0×10-5 mol/L. 1.0×10-5 mol/L cimitidine alone didn't inhibit the growth of normal CFU-Mk. CONCLUSION: H2 receptor antagonist cimitidine abolishes the suppressive effect of AA patients CD8+ cells on the growth of normal CFU-Mk.     

Effect of uric acid on the maturation and the biological function of BMDCs

AIM: To investigate the effect of uric acid on the maturation and the biological function of murine bone-marrow derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) in vitro.METHODS: BMDCs were cultured with GM-CSF, IL-4, LPS and uric acid. Cell phenotypes were analyzed by flow cytometry. MTT was used to detect the effect of uric acid on the function of BMDCs in stimulating the proliferation of T cells. IL-12 released by BMDCs was also detected. RESULTS: BMDCs were cultured and identified. Uric acid at concentrations of 200 mg/L and 400 mg/L increased the expression of the molecules (CD11c, CD83, CD86, IA/IE) on BMDCs surface and the IL-12 level in the culture supernatants (P<0.05), promoted the proliferation of T cells at the T: DC rate 5∶1, 10∶1, 20∶1 (P<0.05). However, uric acid at concentration of 70 mg/L had no effect on above molecule expression (P>0.05), no effect on T cell proliferation with BMDCs (P>0.05) was observed. CONCLUSION: Uric acid promotes the differentiation, maturation, the expression of co-stimulatory molecules, the IL-12 production in BMDCs and enhances the ability of BMDCs to stimulate the proliferation of T cell in a specical dose range.     

鸡的铜绿假单胞菌病的研究

１９９８年６－１１月天津武清,蓟县,河北玉田等地出现一种以眼睑肿胀,流泪,瞎眼及喙端,眼,践爪结痂为特征的鸡传染病。病鸡主要为３０－６０日龄。经鼻感染３０日龄鸡复制出了与自然病例相同的临床表现,并分离到接种菌。对分离菌的系统鉴定表明所分离的４株菌均为铜绿假单胞菌。     

苏打盐碱土种植水稻试验总结

通过试验研究,检验了磷石膏和硫酸铝这两种改良剂的实际效果,证明磷石膏能够有效降低苏打盐碱土的pH值,改善土壤的结构,增加土壤通透性,加快土壤熟化进程,减轻苏打盐碱土对水稻的危害,显著提高水稻产量.总结出一般中轻度苏打盐碱土种植水稻的关键技术,为利用中轻度苏打盐碱土提供了宝贵经验.     

退耕还林后续问题研究现状及展望

随着退耕还林工程的深入开展, 退耕还林后续问题引起了众多学者的关注。文中在梳理相关文献的基础上, 概述了退耕还林后续问题的研究现状, 分析了该领域已经取得的成果以及存在的不足, 并指出今后的研究方向。     

小麦品种对小麦白粉病菌侵染信号传递初探

 通过测定抗病性不同的小麦品种在接种小麦白粉病菌后钙调素含量的变化发现其存在差异。如抗病品种钙调素含量高峰出现在接种后4 h,即寄主与白粉病菌接触阶段。而感病品种接种后24 h出现钙调素含量高峰。比较测定了不同的钙调素抑制剂对小麦品种抗白粉性的影响,发现10mmol/L TFP和5 mmol/L CPZ处理使抗病品种变为高度感病,50 mmol/L CPZ处理使小麦感染白粉菌后反应型下降,表明钙调素与小麦抗白粉性有关。     

Relationship between the intracellular calcium concentration changes and left ventricular hypertrophy and function in the spontaneously hypertensive rats

AIM:To elucidate the relationship between the intracellular calcium concentration changes and left ventricular hypertrophy and function in the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR).METHODS:Intracellular free calcium concentrations were measured by Fura 2 methodology and left ventricular function quantitated by cardiac catheterization in 20 SHR aged 10, 22, and 34 weeks and 20 age-matched Wistar-kyoto (WKY) rats.RESULTS:(1) The systolic blood pressure(SBP), intracellular calcium concentrations and left ventricular mass / body weight index (LVM/BW) were significantly higher in all three age groups of SHR than the corresponding groups of WKY; (2) Compared with age-matched WKY groups, the peak left ventricular pressure descending rate(-dp／dt_max) decreased while left ventricular relaxation time constant (τ)increased significantly in SHR aged 22 and 34 weeks. The peak left ventricular pressure ascending rate(dp／dt_max) and the left ventricular contractility index were significantly increased only in the 34 weeks SHR; (3) Intracellular calcium concentrations showed a positive correlation with LVM/BW,SBP,-dp／dt_max and τ(r=0.47-0.83,P<0.01)and a negative correlation with dp／dt_max and the left ventricular contractility index (r=-0.46,P<0.05 and r=-0.81, P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Intracellular calcium overload is one of the potential mechanisms in the induction of left ventricular hypertrophy as well as of systolic and diastolic dysfunction.
