污水污物潜水旋流泵性能及设计方法试验研究

对影响潜水旋流泵性能的6个主要过流件几何参数进行了试验研究，初步掌握了旋流泵叶轮及泵体主要几何尺寸对性能影响的规律。在分析16种优秀水力模型的基础上，计算出叶轮D2及b2函数回归方程式，并用设计实例进行检验，样机效率比国内外同类产品提高3％左右。     

Hematological parameters and visceral lesions relationships in rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease.

Twenty rabbits were inoculated with a suspension of Viral Hemorrhagic Disease virus. Hemostatic functions were assessed every sixth hour from 6 to 60 hours post-inoculation. Tissue samples obtained at the same intervals allowed the study of the development of lesions throughout the experiment. Biological signs of Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC) were detected on and after 30 h post-inoculation and consisted of prolonged One Stage Prothrombin Time and Activated Partial Thrombin Time, the decrease of factors V, VII, and X and high levels of soluble fibrin monomer complexes and D-dimers. A reduction of thrombocyte numbers, heterophils and lymphocytes was associated. The close association of DIC and necrotizing hepatitis lesions suggested the hepatic lesions to be the most important DIC triggering factor. Other mechanisms are discussed.     

番茄早疫病抗病性鉴定方法

 早疫病是番茄的主要病害,在我国南北方发生较严重,常给生产造成很大损失。进行抗病育种是解决早疫病的有效途径,此工作在国内已受重视,而抗病性鉴定方法,却是抗病育种的重要环节。     

绵羊瘤胃液中固氮菌的分离及其特性的研究

由两头绵羊的瘤胃液中分离到三株具有固氮能力的细菌,可于无氮培养基中生长繁殖,其中一株为需氧固氮,固氮能力较强,另两株为厌氧固氮,固氮能力较弱,鉴于它们在瘤胃液中存在数量较多,认为是绵羊瘤胃中一个正常的菌群,从而为瘤胃菌群增加了一个新的类群,并进行了生化鉴定及生长特性的研究。     

In situ hybridization analysis of ovarian prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase mRNA throughout the periovulatory period of the ewe.

Cellular alterations in level of expression of mRNA encoding for prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase were quantified within ovarian tissues of sheep obtained before, during and after induction of the preovulatory surge of LH and ovulation with LHRH. This was accomplished by isotopic in situ hybridization using a selective cRNA probe to ovine prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase mRNA. A significant elevation in mRNA was detected within the theca interna of the preovulatory follicle at 8, 16 and 24 hr following administration of LHRH. Very close to the time of ovulation (ie., at 24 hr post-LHRH) a marked rise in mRNA was observed in association with epithelial cells covering the apical surface of the follicle. Ovarian cyclooxygenase metabolites of arachidonic acid produced during the ovulatory process in the ewe originate within the thecal layer and germinal epithelium of the follicle destined to ovulate.     

改进芳草A系原种产卵性的试验

本试验采取母蛾延迟交配，拆对后冷藏、改变交配时间和产卵室保护温度等技术措施来探讨改善芳草A系原种产卵性的方法。结果表明，这些措施对产卵性能的改进有一定的效应，但由于性状间存在相关关系，对某一性状的促进效应往往同时也对另一产卵性状产生负向影响。     

N_(98s)×特青(亚种间杂交稻)抽穗后物质生产及分配特点研究初报

对N×特青示范田中试区与肥料试验田各处理小区稻株分析结果表明:抽穗后,亚种间杂交稻N×特青比常规稻特青干物质生产能力强,灌浆速度快;地上部各器官占植株干重比例,前者叶片比重大于茎,后者茎比重大于叶。亚种间杂交稻对肥料反应敏感,抽穗后,干物质累积,植株高度,每穗总粒数和粒重均随施肥量增加而增加,在高肥区有利于进一步提高产量,但增施氮肥后,灌浆速度明显滞后。     

高美施对平菇母种生长发育的影响

本试验是在ＰＤＡ培养丛中，添加不同浓度的高美施微肥，通过两个供试菌株的对比试验，选出了适宜各菌抹的最佳高美施生长浓度，结果，不同苗株在不同浓反的高美施培养基中的在现不一致。因此．在制种工作中，要根据平菇不同品种的特征特性来确定其最佳生长的营养条件。高美施在平菇母种制种技术上的应用在国内属首次报道。     

家蚕现行品种孤雌生殖的研究

运用温汤处理方法对 16个现行家蚕品种进行了孤雌生殖研究 ,调查了不同品种的孤雌生殖发生率 ,提出了适合现行蚕品种的诱导条件及使处女蛾自然产下较多的未受精卵再进行诱导的方法 ,并且初步选育了几个孤雌生殖系。     

荔枝采后果皮变色机理研究

对不同采后处理的荔枝在贮藏过程中果皮的渗透率和多酚氧化酶活性变化进行了研究，结果表明：当果皮细胞膜渗透率大于30％时。荔枝果皮就发生大面积褐变；果皮细胞膜渗透率的变化是荔枝采后果皮变色的一个重要指标，而多酚氧化酶活性的高低并不是荔枝果皮颜色变化的决定因素。
