优质抗寒、抗病酿造葡萄新品种‘北红’

 ‘北红’葡萄新品种由‘玫瑰香’与‘山葡萄’杂交育成。浆果在北京地区9月底成熟。果粒圆形,蓝黑色,果粒质量1.57g,果穗质量160.0 g,浆果可溶性固形物含量23.8 %～ 27.0 %,含酸量0.89～1.26 %。早果性及丰产性强。抗寒、抗病能力特强。酿成的酒深宝石红色,酒体平衡,酒质上等。     

大果沙棘新品种‘秋阳’

 ‘秋阳’是从蒙古沙棘实生后代中选育出的中熟、适于加工的新品种。灌丛开张, 长势中庸。果大, 圆柱形, 橙黄色, 无刺或少刺, 果柄长, 易采摘, 平均单果质量0.69 g, 含可溶性固形物819% , 维生素C 4 800 mg·kg^-1 , 出汁率78% , 品质佳, 抗性强, 丰产性和稳产性好。果实8月上、中旬成熟。     

Prokaryotic expression and identification of a small peptide of osteopontin

AIM: To express osteopontin 13 peptide (OPN 13) in E.coli, and to test the biological activity of the purified products. METHODS: cDNA fragments containing RGD sequences were cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pET-32c(+) including His coding sequence to construct pET-32c-OPN 13 plasmid. E.coli DH5α transformed by pET-32c-OPN 13 plasmid was induced by IPTG at different concentrations for different times to identify the optimal induction condition. Expressed His-OPN 13 fusion protein was purified via Ni-NTA His Bind Resin metal chelation chromatography, and detected by VSMCs adhesion and migration analysis. RESULTS: His-OPN 13 fusion protein was expressed in soluble manner. The fusion proteins were purified via Ni-NTA His Bind Resin affinity chromatography. His-OPN 13 fusion protein specifically inhibited adhesion and migration of VSMCs stimulated by osteopontin in dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION: The OPN 13 peptide is successfully expressed in E.coli DH5α. The purified His-OPN 13 fusion protein could inhibit the adhesion and migration of VSMCs stimulated by osteopontin.     

Effects of apolipoprotein (a) on vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation and cell signal transduction pathway

AIM: To investigate the effect and the mechanism of apolipoprotein (a) ［apo (a)］ on proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). METHODS: All VSMCs used in experiments were serial subcultured from primary cells and were identified by immunohistochemistry staining of α-actin. Cell growth assay was observed as cell counting and MTT assay. Western blotting was also employed to detect the related mechanism. RESULTS: All cells used in experiments were confirmed as VSMCs. Although apo (a) enhanced VSMCs proliferation, this effect was attenuated by anti-integrin αⅤβ3, LM609. Use these reagents alone had no effect on VSMCs growth. The results of Western blotting demonstrated that focal adhesion kinase (FAK) was activated by apo (a) and the expression of total or phosphorylated transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) was also decreased. However, these effects described above were all blocked by LM609. CONCLUSION: Apolipoprotein (a) enhances VSMCs proliferation and this effect is mediated by integrin αⅤβ3, which activates FAK and attenuates TGF-β1 and phospho-TGF-β1 expression.     

早熟大白菜新品种津秋65的选育

津秋65是由自交不亲和系H38和H218配制而成的秋早熟包头型大白菜一代杂种。生育期65 d（天）左右,株高45 cm, 开展度55 cm,球高37 cm,横径14 cm,单株质量2.5 kg左右。株型紧凑,叶深绿色,叶纹适中,叶球帮色浅绿,球顶叠抱。 品质优良,对霜霉病、软腐病和病毒病的抗性强于对照秋绿60。每667 m²净菜产量4 000 kg左右,适宜河北、河南、山东、 山西、辽宁、内蒙古、陕西等地种植。     

不同种植密度对豆薯块根产量的影响

豆薯又名地瓜、沙葛、凉薯、土瓜、地萝卜等,食用部分为块根,其块根营养丰富,既可作水果生食,也可作蔬菜炒食.贵州余庆县常年种植面积在300 hm2左右.为了提高豆薯产量,增加农民种植豆薯的经济效益,对豆薯不同种植密度进行试验,探讨不同种植密度下豆薯产量效应,为指导农民种植豆薯提供科学依据.     

不同药剂防治夏秋辣椒炭疽病药效试验

进行了不同药剂防治夏秋辣椒炭疽病的药效试验.试验结果表明,80%炭疽福美可湿性粉剂和80%炭疽凯越可湿性粉剂第3次施药后防效分别达90.56%和84.20%,极显著优于其他农药,其中80%炭疽福美可湿性粉剂保产效果达43.82%.     

基于最小二乘支持向量机的人民胜利渠灌区灌溉用水量预测

基于最小二乘支持向量机（LSSVM）良好的泛化能力和特点,以人民胜利渠灌区需水量为研究对象,选用径向基函数（RBF）作为核函数,建立了最小二乘支持向量机预测模型,对灌区需水量进行了模拟计算,用检验样本与灰色预测和基于RBF的神经网络模型的预测结果进行了比较,LSSVM预测的最大误差8.78%,平均误差4.90%。结果表明最小二乘支持向量机模型有较高的预测精度和较强的泛化能力,可为灌区水资源规划提供科学依据。     

滴灌系统CAD技术的研究与开发

依据现有的滴灌工程设计标准和规范,采用模块化技术,以Visual Basic作为开发平台,充分发挥GDI+的绘图功能、Crystal Reports的报表制作功能以及Access数据库功能,研发了滴灌工程规划辅助设计系统.可用于不同地形、不同形状、不同形式的滴灌工程设计,实现了从灌水器基本参数选择,到提供各类工程图和材料表的整个过程的自动化设计,提高了滴灌系统规划设计的效率.     

红鳍笛鲷网箱养殖风险防范对策及经济效益分析

本文从红鳍笛鲷的生态习性、病害防治及市场风险三方面提出其在福建省东南部、广东东北部海域进行网箱养殖的风险防范对策:准确把握市场供求信息,在红鳍笛鲷的适宜生长温度范围18.0～33.0℃投放一定数量体长5.0cm以上鱼苗,每日投喂2～3次,日投喂量为鱼体重的5.0～7.0%,养殖过程中严格日常管理,及时发现及防治病害.作者于2004～2006年在厦门浏五店海域开展试验,经170天养殖可达商品??(450g以上),成活率85.3～91.5%,利润率18.8～72.1%.
