Six-year old apple trees were selected for field experiment. The objective of this study was to obtain the reasonable arrangement of surge-root irrigation emitters in apple orchards. There were three factors: the buried depth H( 25,40,55 cm),the horizontal distance L( 30,40,60 cm) between the emitters and the trunk of the experimental tree,and the number of the irrigation emitters N( 1,2,4). The effect of the arrangement of surge-root irrigation emitters on the growth,yield and irrigation water use efficiency( IWUE) of apple trees were studied in Northern Shaanxi where the irrigation quota takes 60%-75% of the field water capacity. The results showed that the arrangement of emitters for surge-root irrigation had a significant effect on apple tree yield and IWUE,especially,the yield and IWUE reached 28 388. 17 kg/hm2 and 16. 83 kg/m3 in treatment T3,respectively. At the same L and N levels( T1,T2,and T3),the yield and IWUE in treatment T3 were the highest,and the yields in treatments T1 and T2 were decreased by 26.22% and 31.48%,while IWUE is reduced by14.02% and 18.12% compared with T3,respectively. At the same H and N levels( T3,T4,and T5),the yield and IWUE of apple trees were decreased with increasing L level. Especially,when L was 30 cm( T3),the yield and IWUE were the highest. The same L and H levels( T3,T6,and T7) could promote the growth of apple trees when N was 2( T3). Compared with treatment T3,it was found that the increment of new shoots was decreased by 8.07%-18.71%,and the fruit diameter was decreased by 5.41%-9.11%. Therefore,two emitters should be arranged symmetrically on both sides of an apple tree,each was buried at a 40 cm depth and 30 cm away from the trunk of the tree to effectively improve the yield and IWUE of the apple tree in mountainous areas in Northern Shaanxi. 相似文献

对湖北白猪Ⅲ系公猪的繁殖特性进行较系统的研究表明:小公猪初次出现性爬跨并伸出阴茎的日龄为98天,体重37公斤;第一次采得精液的日龄为130天、体重49公斤。最早能使母猪怀孕的日龄为150~155天、体重62~65公斤。从90日龄开始,睾丸和副睾指数迅速增加,180日龄时达高峰。120日龄时睾丸曲细精管中出现较多的精子,副睾管中有少量的精子。血液中睾酮含量从75日龄至165日龄上升很快,在165日龄时达856ng/100ml。240日龄的精液质量接近成年公猪的水平,从而认为湖Ⅲ公猪在120日龄进入初情期;150日龄进入性成熟期;初配期可在240~270日龄。 相似文献

Although the S8 family in the MEROPS database contains many peptidases, only a few S8 peptidases have been applied in the preparation of bioactive oligopeptides. Bovine bone collagen is a good source for preparing collagen oligopeptides, but has been so far rarely applied in collagen peptide preparation. Here, we characterized a novel S8 gelatinase, Aa2_1884, from marine bacterium Flocculibacter collagenilyticus SM1988T, and evaluated its potential application in the preparation of collagen oligopeptides from bovine bone collagen. Aa2_1884 is a multimodular S8 peptidase with a distinct domain architecture from other reported peptidases. The recombinant Aa2_1884 over-expressed in Escherichia coli showed high activity toward gelatin and denatured collagens, but no activity toward natural collagens, indicating that Aa2_1884 is a gelatinase. To evaluate the potential of Aa2_1884 in the preparation of collagen oligopeptides from bovine bone collagen, three enzymatic hydrolysis parameters, hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time and enzyme-substrate ratio (E/S), were optimized by single factor experiments, and the optimal hydrolysis conditions were determined to be reaction at 60 ℃ for 3 h with an E/S of 400 U/g. Under these conditions, the hydrolysis efficiency of bovine bone collagen by Aa2_1884 reached 95.3%. The resultant hydrolysate contained 97.8% peptides, in which peptides with a molecular weight lower than 1000 Da and 500 Da accounted for 55.1% and 39.5%, respectively, indicating that the hydrolysate was rich in oligopeptides. These results indicate that Aa2_1884 likely has a promising potential application in the preparation of collagen oligopeptide-rich hydrolysate from bovine bone collagen, which may provide a feasible way for the high-value utilization of bovine bone collagen. 相似文献

为了明确山西谷子品种主要农艺性状间的关系,采用相关分析和主成分分析方法对11个山西谷子品种的10个农艺性状进行分析。结果表明:农艺性状的变异范围为1.94%~13.39%,各农艺性状的变异程度由大到小依次为单穗重、穗粒重、产量、穗长、株高、千粒重、出苗期—抽穗期天数、抽穗期—成熟期天数、出谷率、生育期。抽穗期—成熟期天数、单穗重、穗粒重、千粒重、出谷率等5个性状指标与产量呈正相关,其中,抽穗期—成熟期天数与产量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),出苗期—抽穗期天数与抽穗期—成熟期天数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),出苗期—抽穗期天数与生育期呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。在所有的主成分分析中,主要集中在前3个主成分,其累积贡献率达75.20%。在对高产品种综合性状评价和选育过程中,穗粒重是提高产量的关键,但同时也应注重对其他性状的综合考虑,注重选择单穗重偏高、株高偏低、生育期、穗长和出谷率适中的材料。 相似文献

以兰属花卉虎雪兰组培原球茎为试材,采用玻璃化超低温法对兰花病毒脱除进行了研究,以期为虎雪兰玻璃化超低温法脱毒体系的建立提供参考依据。结果表明:在蔗糖浓度0.5 mol·L-1预培养4 d,然后在蔗糖0.6 mol·L-1加载液冰上处理50 min,之后转入PVS2溶液冰上玻璃化处理120 min,再液氮冷冻40 min,37℃水浴解冻3 min,最后卸载液(1/2MS+1.2 mol·L-1蔗糖)卸载20 min,待恢复培养后,原球茎成活率可达到65%以上,随机检测不同处理样品的脱毒率可达97%。 相似文献
