Population pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin and its active metabolite ciprofloxacin in ill cows 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0

This study was performed in 105 ill cows to determine the best practical individualized dose of enrofloxacin after i.m. (2.5 mg/kg) single-dose administration. Samples were collected from each cow at random time to ensure the percentage of samples distributed equally in the absorption phase, distribution phase, and elimination phase of the drug. Drug concentrations were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorometric detector, analyzed by population pharmacokinetic (PPK) modeling with NONMEM. The concentration–time data for enrofloxacin in plasma and ciprofloxacin were fitted to the one-compartment model with first-order absorption and elimination. The final covariate model indicated that body weight and daily milk productions have significant influence on clearance (CL) of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, and the volume ( V ) of distribution of enrofloxacin. The typical PPK parameters were K a = 3.33 h−1 , CL = 1.25 L/h/kg, and V = 2.98 L/kg of enrofloxacin, and the interindividual variability for CL and V were 20.2% and 24.3%, respectively, the population mean estimates of K a , CL, and V for ciprofloxacin were 1.12 h−1 , 2.36 L/h/kg, 8.20 L/kg, respectively, and their interindividual variability was 36.9%, 15.8% and 14.1%, respectively. 相似文献

This study investigated the effect of dietary resveratrol supplementation on growth performance, rectal temperature, and serum parameters of yellow‐feather broilers under heat stress. A total of 480 yellow‐feather broilers (28‐day‐old) were randomly allotted to five groups with six replicates. A thermoneutral group (TN) (24 ± 2°C) received a basal diet and another four heat‐stressed groups (37 ± 2°C for 8 hr/day and 24 ± 2°C for the remaining time) were fed the basal diet or basal diet with 200, 350, and 500 mg/kg resveratrol for 14 consecutive days. The results revealed that resveratrol supplementation improved average daily gain (p = 0.001), and decreased (p < 0.05) rectal temperature from d 3 when compared with heat‐stressed group without resveratrol. In addition, supplementation with resveratrol at 350 or 500 mg/kg lowered (p < 0.05) the contents of corticosterone, adrenocorticotropic hormone, cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid, malonaldehyde, and activities of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, and lactate dehydrogenase, increased (p < 0.05) the levels of triiodothyronine, the ratio of triiodothyronine to thyroxine, total protein, glutathione, and activities of alkaline phosphatase, total superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase, though with few fluctuation. In conclusion, supplementation with resveratrol can improve the growth performance by positively regulating serum metabolic parameters and alleviating tissue oxidant damage of broilers under heat stress. 相似文献

A novel Bacillus species of Calculus Bovis (cow gallstone) was isolated and identified in this study. Morphological features, bacterial fatty acid analysis using a microbial identification system, carbon source utilization profiles using Biolog system and 16S rDNA sequencing were employed to identify the isolated bacterium. This isolated bacterium was observed to be Gram‐negative, aerobic growing, rod‐shaped and short chain. The results of bacterial fatty acid analysis and physiological characteristics were not matched to the database. The main fatty acids found in the bacterium were 65.96% branched chain saturated fatty acids (iso C11:0, anteiso C11:0 and iso C13:0~anteiso C19:0). The bacterium oxidized 35 carbon sources and weakly responded with 49 of the 95 different carbon sources analyzed with the Biolog identification system. Based on 16S rDNA sequence analysis, this bacterium was classified as a novel Bacillus species. 相似文献

利用14对SSR引物对四川省89份桑树种质资源的基因组DNA进行PCR,分析种质资源间的群体结构和遗传多样性。共扩增出迁移率不同的条带65条,多态性条带65条,多态性条带比率达100%;Structure群体结构分析将89份桑树种质资源划分为4个群体,4个群体的多态性信息含量在0.552 0~0.599 8之间,总体为0.657 7;基因多样度在0.554 8~0.600 3之间,总体为0.579 0;等位基因数目在66~76个之间,总体为134个;等位基因丰富度在3.327 2~3.549 1之间,总体为3.983 1;遗传多样性主要来源于品种内,属中等偏高水平;14对SSR引物位点的总基因多样度Ht在0.291~0.931之间,整体为0.699;Nei’s种群内基因多样度Hs为0.287~0.910,整体为0.662;种群间基因多样度为0.003~0.098,整体为0.037;种群间基因分化系数为0.008~0.047,整体为0.053;基因流为2.901~62.000,整体为8.934,遗传变异主要发生在群体内,群体间分化程度低,基因流大。UPGMA聚类分析与群体结构分析结果大致相同,2种分析结果都显示分群无地理迁移规律。 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetics of baicalin after intravenous and intramuscular administration of sodium baicalin at 50 mg/kg to piglets. Plasma baicalin levels were determined by high‐performance liquid chromatography. The plasma concentration–time data of baicalin for both administration routes were best described by two‐compartmental open model. The area under the plasma concentration–time curve and the elimination half‐lives were 77.47 ± 6.14 µg/ml × h and 1.73 ± 0.16 hr for intravenous and 64.85 ± 5.67 µg/ml × h and 2.42 ± 0.15 hr for intramuscular administration, respectively. The apparent volume of distribution and body clearance were 1.63 ± 0.23 L/kg and 2.74 ± 0.30 L h?1 kg?1 for intravenous and 0.51 ± 0.10 L/kg and 0.78 ± 0.08 L h?1 kg?1 for intramuscular routes, respectively. An intramuscular injection of sodium baicalin in piglets resulted in rapid and complete absorption, with a mean maximal plasma concentration of 77.28 ± 7.40 µg/ml at 0.17 hr and a high absolute bioavailability of 83.73 ± 5.53%. 相似文献

为了研究仔猪所吮乳汁中IgA抗体水平与乳汁中PEDV感染情况,探讨母猪免疫猪流行性腹泻疫苗后乳汁与血清中IgA、IgG抗体水平的相关性,临床采集多家规模化猪场母猪群乳汁、血清样品以及发病仔猪所吮母猪乳汁样品。采用实验室已经建立的IgA、IgG抗体ELISA方法,检测临床上猪流行性腹泻疫苗免疫后IgA抗体与IgG抗体的相关性,同时采用RT-PCR方法检测发病仔猪所吮乳汁中PEDV感染情况。结果表明,免疫猪流行性腹泻活疫苗后母猪乳汁中IgA抗体水平与血清中IgA、IgG抗体水平呈现很好的正相关性;当发病仔猪所吮母猪乳汁IgA抗体检测结果为阴性时,其PEDV抗原检测结果为阳性;乳汁IgA抗体检测结果趋于阳性样品临界值时,其PEDV抗原检测结果亦为阳性。结论:乳汁中低水平的IgA抗体很难有效地保护仔猪抵御PEDV感染;乳汁中IgA抗体与血清IgA、IgG抗体呈现很好的相关性,且乳汁中IgA抗体水平远远高于血清;通过IgG抗体水平可以间接反映乳汁中的IgA抗体水平,在初乳样品采集难度较大的情况下,可用于间接评估猪流行性腹泻免疫保护水平。 相似文献

植物生长调节剂已经广泛推广运用于牧草种子生产。以“滇北”鸭茅为试验材料,通过两年的大田试验探讨了不同浓度的矮壮素(500、750、1000、1250 g·hm-2)和不同浓度抗倒酯(100、200、300、400 g·hm-2)两种植物生长调节剂及其混合制剂(500+50、500+150、1000+50、1000+150 g·hm-2)对鸭茅种子产量的影响。试验结果表明:喷施3种生长调节剂对鸭茅种子的产量均有提升,以混施矮壮素和抗倒酯(500+150 g·hm-2)效果最佳,增产达46.2%。此外试验发现,生长调节剂主要是通过增加鸭茅种子田单位面积的生殖枝数目和结实率来提高鸭茅种子产量。喷施植物生长调节剂对千粒重及每穗小花数没有显著影响。 相似文献

采食量是放牧家畜生产性能的重要影响因素,在草地生态系统中起重要作用。夏季在甘南夏河分别选取不同生理类群(羔羊、1岁母羊、2岁母羊、3岁母羊、4岁母羊、羯羊和种公羊)的欧拉型、甘加型和乔科型藏羊各4只进行试验。采用二氧化钛指示剂法与粪氮指数法分别测定藏羊排粪量和牧草有机物质消化率,从而计算放牧采食量,并对特征间的相关性进行研究。结果表明:欧拉型、乔科型和甘加型藏羊的平均放牧采食量分别为1031.93、834.59和956.15 g·d-1,乔科型藏羊放牧采食量显著(P<0.05)小于欧拉型和甘加型藏羊。3个类型藏羊的每kg代谢体重采食量和干物质采食量占体重比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。欧拉型、乔科型和甘加型藏羊对夏河天然草地牧草的平均有机物质消化率分别为50.79%、47.22%和55.58%。欧拉型、乔科型和甘加型藏羊的平均排粪量分别为561.26、484.06和466.74 g·d-1,其中欧拉型藏羊的排粪量显著高于其他两个类型。试验在高寒地区天然草地研究不同类型藏羊的排粪量、有机物质消化率和放牧采食量,旨在为该地区放牧藏羊的科学饲养与管理提供理论依据。 相似文献

本文旨在研究玉米-豆粕型日粮添加不同水平维生素C(VC)对笼养蛋鸭育雏期(1~28日龄)的生产性能和抗氧化能力的影响.试验采用单因素随机分组设计的方法,选用1日龄平均体重相近的金定蛋雏鸭288只,随机分为6组(各处理日粮中分别添加VC 0、150、300、400、800、1 400 mg/kg),每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸭,结果表明:①在笼养蛋鸭育雏期添加150~1 400 mg/kg VC能显著提高日增重、饲料效率和抗氧化能力,显著降低丙二醛(MDA)的浓度(P<0.05).②5日龄,日粮添加800 mg/kg VC时血清和肝脏中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的活性最高;28日龄,日粮添加300~400 mg/kg VC时血清和肝脏中SOD、CAT和T-AOC活力较高;28日龄血清和肝脏抗氧化指标高于5日龄.③大剂量的VC对蛋鸭的生产性能和机体的抗氧化指标都有降低的趋势.因此在本试验条件下得出:笼养蛋雏鸭日粮中适当添加VC可提高生产性能和机体抗氧化能力,1~5日龄日粮添加VC 800 mg/kg,6~28日龄添加VC 300~400 mg/kg为适宜. 相似文献
