利用ORYZA2000模型分析北京地区旱稻产量潜力及需水特征   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在模型验证的基础上,利用ORYZA2000模型分析表明,北京地区旱稻产量潜力30年平均为8 573 kg hm-2,变化范围为6 747~11 278 kg hm-2,年际间变异系数为16.3%。而雨养产量的多年平均值为4 084 kg hm-2,变化范围223~8 018 kg hm-2,年际间的变异系数高达51.1%。产量潜力与雨养产量之差表明北京地区旱稻尚有一定的增产潜力。旱稻全生育期需水量的多年平均值为713 mm,年际间变异为8.5%。其中,出苗—穗分化阶段由于持续时间长,需水量最大,占全生育期的49.7%。全生育期的平均需水强度为5.3 mm d-1,需水强度最大的时期为穗分化—开花阶段,平均为5.5 mm d-1。北京地区生育期内的降水量不能完全满足旱稻的需水要求,50%的年份水分亏缺量在250 mm以上,水分亏缺量多年平均值为226 mm,年际间变异较大,变异系数高达81.4%。  相似文献

ORYZA2000模型模拟北京地区旱稻的适应性初探   总被引:8,自引:1,他引:8  
利用北京昌平2年旱稻田间试验结果,对ORYZA2000模型模拟旱稻生长发育的适应性做了初步研究。根据2003年旱稻田间试验结果,对模型进行调试,获得了旱稻的基本作物参数,包括旱稻不同生育阶段的发育速率、干物质分配系数、比叶面积、最大根深等。利用2002年的数据对模型模拟的生物量、叶面积和产量等结果进行了检验。结果表明,ORYZA200能够比较准确地模拟旱稻的生物量、叶面积动态变化过程及最终产量,尤其是在模拟穗生物量方面具有较高的准确性。地上部总生物量、绿叶生物量、茎生物量、穗生物量、叶面积指数和产量的相对均方根误差NRMSE值分别为45%、35%、57%、37%、35%和23%。  相似文献

Summary In this study genetic variation for resistance to the greenhouse whitefly (Trialeurodes vaporariorum) of four genotypes of tomato (L. esculentum) and two subspecies of L. hirsutum was investigated. Resistance was quantified by the whitefly life history components adult survival, oviposition rate, pre-adult survival and developmental period, measured on plants inoculated with whiteflies in clip-on cages.The largest differences between species were found when life history components were measured on adult plants of about four months old. On L. hirsutum f. glabratum whiteflies had the lowest adult survival, oviposition rate and pre-adult survival. On L. hirsutum these components were intermediate whereas on all L. esculentum genotypes they were highest. The variation between plants was low compared to the variation within plants. These results indicate that single plant tests can be used to determine accurately genetic variation between individual plants in a segregating population.  相似文献

Growing environmental awareness and advances in modelling have generated interest in soil monitoring networks. Data management tools have to be developed in order to store data, check for errors and retrieve data for sharing and for analysis. As a result, we have designed a web application and a database for the Biosoil project that focuses on European forest soils. Integral to the system are authentication of users and access rights to the modules and data. It also logs all activities of each user. During data submission, the system automatically manages data transfer from the flat file (ASCII file) to the database after compliance checks. Then error tracking is followed by automated expert checks. These checks identify potential mistakes that can be corrected or commented on by data providers. The database is intended to cope with the challenges of transnational monitoring and integrates data quality assurance/quality control mechanisms. Benefits from the architecture of the database and from the services provided by the software may be generalized to all soil monitoring databases in order to improve data management and quality control.  相似文献

Salvage logging is a common practice carried out in burned forests worldwide, and intended to mitigate the economic losses caused by wildfires. Logging implies an additional disturbance occurring shortly after fire, although its ecological effects can be somewhat mitigated by leaving wood debris on site. The composition of the bird community and its capacity to provide ecosystem services such as seed dispersal of fleshy-fruited plants have been shown to be affected by postfire logging. We assessed the effects of the habitat structure resulting from different postfire management practices on the bird community, in three burned pine forests in Catalonia (western Mediterranean). For this purpose, we focused on the group of species that is responsible for seed dispersal, a process which takes place primarily during the winter in the Mediterranean basin. In addition, we assessed microhabitat selection by seed disperser birds in such environments in relation to management practices. Our results showed a significant, positive relationship between the density of wood debris piles and the abundance of seed disperser birds. Furthermore, such piles were the preferred microhabitat of these species. This reveals an important effect of forest management on seed disperser birds, which is likely to affect the dynamics of bird-dependent seed dispersal. Thus, building wood debris piles can be a useful practice for the conservation of both the species and their ecosystem services, while also being compatible with timber harvesting.  相似文献

Summary Potatoes are exposed to mechanical forces which can lead to subcutaneous tissue discoloration resulting in losses. We investigated the number and intensity of impacts in different phases of representative Dutch ware potato handling chains using an instrumented sphere (IS). Other questions we asked were, to which drop height onto a defined surface do measured impacts correspond, and what is the relation between the number of impacts and damage? Close relationships between peak acceleration and velocity change for different drop heights were found for various cushioning materials, thus allowing interpretation of impact measurements in terms of drops. The IS recorded c. 340 impacts exceeding 30g. The contribution to the total number of impacts was 11% for Harvest, 0% for Storage, 10% for Transport and 79% for Packaging. The number and intensity of impacts correlated well with the amount of subcutaneous tissue discoloration. It is concluded that the produce-friendliness of the handling chains can be improved.  相似文献

Ants are important ecosystem engineers and can be abundant in extensively managed grassland ecosystems. Different ant species create nests varying in structure and size, and tend to have a variety of feeding strategies. Differences in food imported to the nest and contrasting nesting behaviour may control soil microbial community structure in nest soil, with cascading effects on nutrient cycling, but this has not been tested in grassland ants. Soil and ants were sampled from nests of three ant species: two formicines; Lasius flavus (aphid farmer/scavenger, mound builder) and Formica lemani (scavenger/hunter, non-mound builder), and a myrmicine; Myrmica sabuleti (hunter/scavenger, non-mound builder), in an extensively grazed temperate grassland and compared to similar soils without ants. Microbial assemblages were determined using molecular approaches (terminal restriction length polymorphism and automated ribosomal intergenic spacer analysis). Both aboveground (vegetation diversity) and belowground (soil physico-chemical properties) components were measured to assess the potential of the different ant species to modify the environment. Stable isotope ratios (δ13C and δ15N) of ant tissues and nest soil organic matter confirmed differences in trophic distances. Significant changes in soil pH, moisture content, total C and total N, and in vegetation composition, demonstrated ant ecosystem engineering effects. In turn, nests of L. flavus, M. sabuleti and F. lemani had different microbial activities and harboured significantly different microbial assemblages (total bacteria, total fungi, ammonia-oxidising bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria), but the diversity was similar. These findings suggest that grassland ants can control microbial assemblages via changes in physical and biological soil characteristics in their nests, and as such, different ant species harbour unique microbial assemblages in nests.  相似文献

Azole resistance is an emerging problem in the opportunistic mould Aspergillus fumigatus. The triazoles are the most important agents for the management of Aspergillus diseases in humans. Selection for acquired resistance may occur in the hospital setting through exposure to high doses of azoles during azole therapy, but evidence is accumulating that A. fumigatus may become resistant to medical triazoles through environmental exposure to fungicides. The recovery of A. fumigatus isolates resistant to the medical triazoles from azole‐naive patients as well as from the environment strongly indicates an environmental route of resistance selection. Molecule alignment studies have identified five fungicides that share a very similar molecule structure with the medical triazoles, and thus may have selected for mechanisms that confer resistance to both groups of compounds. It is important to explore further the presumed fungicide‐driven route of resistance selection in order to implement effective preventive measures as the prevalence of azole resistance in A. fumigatus continues to increase and causes major challenges in the management of azole‐resistant Aspergillus diseases. The present study was designed to document the effect of a low (0.6%) calcium-high (1.2%) phosphorus (LCaHP) diet on the development of parathyroid gland hyperplasia in rabbits and to describe the dynamics of parathyroid function (PTH–Ca2+ curves) in rabbits with nutritional secondary hyperparathyroidism (N2HPT). Parathyroid gland weight, parathyroid cell proliferation (measured as percentage of cells in S-phase), and parathyroid calcium (CaRmRNA) and Vitamin D (VDRmRNA) receptor expression were measured in normal rabbits and in rabbits with N2HPT. The PTH–Ca2+ curve was studied in normal rabbits (Group I) and in rabbits with N2HPT at two stages: 2–3 weeks (Group IIA) and 5–6 weeks (Group IIB) after being fed LCaHP diet. An increase in parathyroid gland weight and percentage of cells in S-phase was detected in the course of N2HPT. After receiving a LCaHP diet for 6 weeks rabbits had decreased levels of CaRmRNA but VDRmRNA remained unchanged. A progressive increase in the concentrations of plasma PTH (Group IIA = 167 ± 14 pg/ml and Group IIB = 377 ± 54 pg/ml, P < 0.05 versus Group I = 27 ± 3 pg/ml) was detected in the rabbits fed a LCaHP diet. This was accompanied by an increase in maximal and minimal PTH, reductions in plasma Ca2+ and calcitriol and elevations in plasma phosphate and creatinine. In conclusion, feeding a LCaHPD results in a rapid induction of N2HPT in rabbits. After 6 weeks on the LCaHPD rabbits develop parathyroid hyperplasia characterized by increases in PTH secretion, glandular weight and proliferation and by a decrease in CaRmRNA.  相似文献
