基于1987年、1992年、1997年、2002年、2007年、2012年分布在香格里拉市的34个高山松固定样地数据,以及Landsat时间序列数据集,利用谷歌地球引擎和Python,通过3种滤波算法对时间序列数据进行重构,应用随机森林算法对森林地上生物量进行估测,根据模型评价指标对重构前后时间序列数据的估测效果进行分析。结果表明:采用3种不同滤波方法重构的时间序列数据训练的非参数模型,其拟合精度和预测精度均高于滤波前时间序列的预测精度,整体均方根误差和相对均方根误差指标均优于滤波前数据,其中ARMIA方法最佳。应用滤波方法在一定程度消除了影像自身所携带的大量噪声和不确定性,有效地提高了数据质量,提高了高山松地上生物量遥感估测的精度。 相似文献

Stem lodging is a common problem in cereal crop production and a main constraint for grain yield improvement. The leaf sheath that surrounds and protects the hollow internodes of stem could provide the plants with a great physical support. However, this biomechanical function has been ignored for several decades in cereal crops. This study aimed to examine the biomechanical properties of basal stem internodes and lodging susceptibility of the whole plants with or without the clasping leaf sheath in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and oat (Avena sativa L.) among different genotypes and agronomic practices (including planting densities and nitrogen application rates). The main objective was to quantify the mechanical role of the leaf sheath in oat and wheat crops by a “safety factor” method. On average, the leaf sheath contributed 40%, 68% and 38% of the overall stem bending strength, flexural rigidity and safety factor, in oat, while it accounted for 11%, 24% and 10%, respectively, in wheat plants. The significant contribution of the leaf sheath is due to its vital role in enlarging the peripheral position (i.e., second moment of area) and stiffness (i.e., Young's modulus). The contribution ratios (%) were found to be higher in oat than in wheat plants, due to the greater mass density of leaf sheath and more proficient/prevailing stay-green capability in oat genotypes. This study emphasizes the important mechanical role of clasping leaf sheath on stem internodes of cereals and indicates that the stay-green trait of the leaf sheath can be exploited to design appropriate varieties with improved lodging resistance and great yield potential. 相似文献

为了实现机器人玉米秸秆行的精确定位,对耕作玉米机器人的结构进行了改进,并提出了一种基于泰勒级数展开式的RSSI定位方法,提高了机器人玉米秸秆行的定位精度。定位系统使用高清晰度的摄像机采集图像,并采用PID闭环反馈的方式控制机器人的位移,利用PC主控端图像处理,实现了实时定位功能。为了验证机器人玉米秸秆行定位的可靠性,采用田间试验的方法对机器人的性能进行了测试。结果表明:RSSI定位方法的定位精度较高,且图像处理系统可以准确地标定玉米秸秆行,实现机器人在玉米田中的精确定位,避免了机器人在作业过程中对农作物造成损害。 相似文献

月季是世界著名的观赏植物,具有极高的观赏价值和经济价值.本研究基于月季基因组利用生物信息学对月季R2R3-MYB基因家族进行全面鉴定,并对这些基因的结构、保守域和组织特异表达进行研究,解析月季R2R3-MYB转录因子在月季发育过程中的生物学功能.根据己报道的拟南芥R2R3-MYB基因,利用本地BLAST以及Hmmer工具鉴定月季基因组(Rosa chinensis' Old blush')中的R2R3-MYB基因,共鉴定出120个月季R2R3-MYB家族基因.系统进化树分析表明,月季R2R3-MYB家族基因可被分为34个亚组;其家族成员氨基酸序列N端均含有2个不等重复结构域R2和R3;基因结构分析显示,月季R2R3-MYB家族基因含有1~11个外显子;染色体定位发现120个基因分别定位在月季的7条染色体上,并发生8次串联重复事件;通过对基因组相关性分析共发现16对重复基因的R2R3-MYB基因簇.基因表达模式分析表明,120个基因在月季发育中均有表达,根据表达聚类分析可分为6个亚组,每个亚组之间存在表达差异. 相似文献

Peripartal cows often experience negative energy balance, and are therefore prone to suffering from metabolic diseases such as hyperketonemia, which causes financial losses in dairy farms. This study aimed to investigate the effect of green tea polyphenol (GTP) supplementation during the periparturient period on production performance, oxidative stress and immunometabolism in dairy cows with hyperketonemia. One hundred Holstein cows were assigned to GTP (0.2 g/kg DM; n = 50) or control (without GTP; n = 50) group based on body weight, previous milk yield, and parity on d 15 before expected parturition. Subsequently, 10 cows with hyperketonemia were selected from each group, according to blood β-hydroxybutyric acid (BHBA) concentration between 1.2 and 2.9 mmol/L from 2 to 3 d postpartum. All cows were fed a close-up diet and a lactation diet with or without GTP supply from 15 d prepartum until 30 d postpartum. Milk and blood samples were obtained from 20 cows selected with hyperketonemia on 10, 20, and 30 d postpartum. Compared with control cows, greater milk yield and lower somatic cell count were observed in GTP cows. The GTP group had lower concentrations of BHBA, free fatty acids, cholesterol, triglyceride, reactive oxygen species, malondialdehyde, and hydrogen peroxide, greater concentrations of glucose, lower activities of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, and glutamyl transpeptidase, alongside greater activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and total antioxidant capacity. Additionally, GTP supplementation up-regulated concentrations of interleukin-6 and interleukin-10, but down-regulated concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, interleukin-2, interleukin-8, and interferon-γ in plasma. Greater concentrations of plasma immunoglobulin G were also detected in the GTP group. Overall, the data suggested that GTP supplementation from 15 d prepartum to 30 d postpartum improved the milk yield and health status in cows with hyperketonemia during early lactation. 相似文献

Fourteen red rice varieties were planted in two locations during summer (Hangzhou) and winter (Hainan) to study the effect of genotype and environment on the phytochemicals and antioxidant capacities of rice grain. B‐type proanthocyanidins in red rice were detected by LC‐MS/MS and quantified by using the vanillin assay. Analysis of variance showed that total phenolic content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC) and 2,2′‐azino‐bis‐(3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging capacity were mainly affected by environmental factors, which accounted for more than 60% of the total variance. However, total proanthocyanidin content (TPAC) and 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging capacity were equally affected by both genotype and environment. The genotype × environment effects were significant for all traits. The pairwise correlations among TPC, TFC, TPAC, ABTS, and DPPH were also significant (r > 0.900, P < 0.001). Principal component analysis identified the genotypes that had higher contents of antioxidants and more stability across environments. This study showed that indirect selection of a simple trait (i.e., TPC) is an effective way to select rice high in antioxidant capacity in breeding programs. This study also suggests that rice should be produced specifically in a certain environment for the end user to minimize the variation in the functional properties and maximize their contents. 相似文献

以新疆特色水果哈密瓜为研究对象,提出一种利用Matlab辅助DSP提取哈密瓜纹理的方法。该方法首先利用Matlab把待处理的图像转换为数据文件(dat文件),然后利用DSP强大的运算能力分割哈密瓜表面纹理特征,并将分割结果同样以dat文件传递给Mat Lab,最后利用Mat Lab强大的数据分析与图像显示能力建立哈密瓜分类模型。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地对哈密瓜表面纹理进行分割与分类,分类准确率为88.10%。该方法不但能够缩短DSP系统的开发周期,且能够为今后开发基于DSP的哈密瓜品质实时检测系统奠定基础。 相似文献
