Freshwater nucleated pearl quality is influenced by host mussel growth traits in Hyriopsis cumingii

Hyriopsis cumingii is one of the most important freshwater pearl mussels in China. Recently, this species can produce freshwater nucleated pearls of high quality. Here, we investigated whether nucleated pearl quality is influenced by the growth traits of the host mussel or other factors like cultivation period. We implanted host mussels with a spherical nucleus consisting of a small piece of mantle tissue from donor mussels. After 24 and 36 months of culture, host mussel growth traits including body weight and shell length, height, width and weight were recorded. These factors were then correlated with the quality traits of the pearls they produced, such as nacre thickness, size, weight, lustre and colour. Results indicated pearls obtained at 36 months after seeding were significantly larger in terms of nacre thickness, size and weight compared to those harvested at 24 months. In particular, nacre thickness (r = 0.33–0.48, P = 0.00), pearl size (r = 0.39–0.43, P = 0.00) and pearl weight (r = 0.35–0.47, P = 0.00) were showed to be significantly correlated with host mussels shell length, body weight and shell weight at 24 or 36 months. Larger and heavier host mussels tended to produce bigger pearls. In contrast, host mussels did not affect pearl colour. Cumulatively, our results suggest that longer culturing times and a larger host mussel may help produce better quality nucleated pearl. This information can help guide selective breeding programs designed to improve pearl quality produced by H. cumingii.     

高寒鲤染色体核型分析

采用植物血球凝集素（ＰＨＡ）体内注射,肾组织细胞短期培养,常规空气干燥法制备了高寒鲤染色体,核型分析结果是：高寒鲤染色体的核型公式为２ｎ＝１００＝２８ｍ＋２８ｓｍ＋４４ｓｔｔ,染色体臂数ＮＦ＝１５６。     

Mass propagation of Satyrium nepalense D.Don.—A medicinal orchid via seed culture

An in vitro plant regeneration protocol was successfully established in Satyrium nepalense, a terrestrial orchid by culturing immature seeds from unripe fruits. Seeds were germinated on Murashige and Skoog, Knudson C and Knudson C modified Morel medium. The germination of the seeds and development of protocorm was highest in MS medium (86.7%) followed by Knudson C modified Morel medium (74%) and Knudson C medium (61.2%). Among the cytokinins tried for multiple shoot induction from the protocorm, 1-phenyl-3-(1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl)-urea (TDZ) was found to be superior. Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) was effective for inducing healthy roots. Well-developed plantlets were hardened in vermicompost (leaf litter + cow dung 1:1), sand and coconut husk (1:1:1).     

攀杂丝瓜1号新品种选育

攀杂丝瓜1号是以从重庆九龙坡丝瓜中选育的S8-6自交系为母本,以选自上海香丝瓜的自交系S4-3为父本,培育的早熟、丰产杂一代新品种,该品种植株生长势、分枝性强,坐果率高,果实长圆柱形,匀称,皮色深绿,表皮皱,瓜纵径26.5cm,横径5.5cm,单瓜质量285.8g,商品性好,味清甜,品质优,667m2产量2918.5kg。

“苏蟹一号”F3代选育群体生物学特性分析

经过连续3代的群体选育,"苏蟹一号"F3代选育群体呈现长江水系河蟹特征,表现出优质、高产、抗逆等优良经济性状。F3代选育群体雌蟹呈现二元分化,平均体重为150g、120g,雄蟹平均体重150g。11月上旬的养殖河蟹雌性群体可食部分分别占体重的35.05%、36.78%,雄性群体为29.56%。雌蟹肥满度、成熟系数、性/肝指数分别为0.54、9.69%、155.47%,0.55、10.51%、166.58%;雄蟹分别为0.59、2.31%、41.48%。雌蟹可食部分蛋白质含量21.62%、20.85%,脂肪含量10.37%、8.43%、氨基酸含量19.07%,、19.83%;雄蟹分别为15.20%、7.05%、13.78%。     

xPC环境下CMAC NN在淀粉生产线液位控制中的应用

在分析CMAC神经网络的基础上,提出了利用自适应CMAC神经网络来调节淀粉生产线中乳液的液位.通过对淀粉生产线中某一液位回路进行数学建模,然后对常规PID和自适应CMAC神经网络两种控制器进行了设计与仿真.仿真结果表明,自适应CMAC神经网络在控制效果上明显优于常规PID,并且具有很高的鲁棒性.在Matlab实时开发环境xPC Target下建立了液位实时控制系统,采用快速原型控制方式,具有系统组建方便、成本低、开发周期短等特点,该系统可实现精确的过程控制.     

发酵方法对柿果醋中香气成分的影

采用顶空固相微萃取法、结合气相色谱质谱联用技术,对自然发酵和常规发酵柿果醋中香气成分进行了分离与分析比较,分别从2种柿果醋中分离鉴定出挥发性化合物63种,均含有酯类、羧酸类、醇类、烃类、醛酮类、酚类及少量其他化合物.常规发酵柿果醋香气成分中含有酯类33.78%、醇类32.38%和烃类1.08%,高于自然发酵柿果醋的含量;自然发酵柿果醋香气成分中含有羧酸类61.25%、醛酮类9.66%和酚类6.13%,高于常规发酵柿果醋的含量.采用常规发酵法生产的柿果醋具有较好的感官质量.     

基于CAN的拖拉机变速箱测试系统

CAN总线的数据通信具有突出的可靠性、实时性和灵活性,而NI公司的LabVIEW是目前国际唯一基于数据流的编译型图形软件,因此可将二者运用于现代的农业机械测试研究中.为此,介绍了CAN总线和LabVIEW技术.同时为了研究拖拉机变速箱性能,通过对其工作原理的分析,搭建了系统试验平台,并建立了测试变速箱系统和LabVIEW测试系统平台.结果表明,所建立的测试系统操作简便,并具有良好的实用性.

接种是食用菌菌种生产和栽培过程中非常重要的一个环节,它在无菌操作下完成,是一项用工量最大、最易使培养料感染细菌的一道工序,直接关系到食用菌生产的产量和品质.接种箱是接种工艺过程中一个重要设备,是供菌种分离和移接的专用操作箱.传统接种箱存在占地面积大和不易移动等缺点.为适应我国中小型食用菌生产单位和用户,设计了一种折叠式接种箱,具有结构简单、轻巧、制造成本低、便于移动作业和显著提高劳动生产率等特点,满足了食用菌生产发展的需要.
