多胺交联纤维素树脂的合成及吸附性能(Ⅺ)——天然高分子吸附剂研究

报道了多乙烯多胺交联的纤维素树脂的合成及其对若干重金属离子的静态吸附性能和吸附机理。研究结果表明，该树脂能有效地吸附Ｃｕ２＋、Ｎｉ２＋、Ｃｏ２＋、Ｚｎ２＋、Ｐｂ２＋，其吸附量可分别达１．２８，１．２４，０．５８，０．６６和０．９９ｍｍｏｌ／ｇ。在ＨＯＡｃ－ＮａＯＡｃ缓冲溶液中可选择吸附Ｃｕ２＋、Ｎｉ２＋等离子而不吸附Ｐｂ２＋。     

坚持生态修复与重点治理结合加快水土流失综合治理步伐

宜昌市夷陵区位于风景秀丽的长江西陵峡畔,严重水土流失是长期以来制约区域经济发展的障碍性因素。如何加快水土流失治理步伐服务区域经济发展,是我们面临的一个重要课题。通过采取重点治理与生态修复、综合治理与重点管护结合、生态修复与科学研究结合、国家投资与自筹资金结合等措施,取得了良好效果,值得推广和借鉴。

Lateral Load Capacity Analysis of Variable Section Hybrid Piles with Wteel Casing

With the construction of deep-water bridge foundation, steel casing is left after the construction of cast-in place piles due to the dismantle difficulty. Then the pile actually forms a variable section pile which has bigger section area at upper part. Using the nonlinear NL method, the displacement and the internal force are analyzed for piles with and without casing in Sutong Bridge. It is found that the displacement of pile with casing can be reduced by 50%, and it can not be ignored for accurate calculation of displacement. 8 model pile tests are carried out, which suggests that the slurry thickness can significantly affect the capability of co-working between the pile and the casing.     

吉林省林业企业贮木场生产现状及改造方向的探讨

吉林省林业企业贮木场因木材产量的大幅度调减,木材加工和综合利用的进一步发展,贮木场的生产条件和性质发生了变化,使现有的贮木场必需进行改造。本文对改造的若干问题进行了探讨。     

人参黑斑病的研究——Ⅰ.损失调查、病原菌及发病规律

人参黑斑病可使参根减产0.4～1.6倍;重者达10倍以上。人参黑斑病菌Alternaria panax whetz.原取名西洋参;经测定辽宁的分主孢子尺度明显偏大。接种和调查29种杂草,在参场内未见其它奇主.分生孢子萌发的起点温度为1℃±;最适为20～25℃。孢子以在人参叶汁、1％糖水、露水和饱和湿度下萌芽率最高:在蒸馏水、自来水中萌芽率最低;土壤对孢子萌发有强烈抑制作用。病害的侵染来源是分生孢子,以穿透方式侵入,潜育期24～48小时,接种3～6天产生孢子,且病部可反复多次产生,每平方厘米病叶可产孢4,107～51,120个;越冬病叶也可再次产生孢子和造成侵染。孢子没有休眠期,随时可以萌发侵染,但不能为害木质化的茎秆。黑斑病具有小区内局部流行特点。孢子体形大,浮动传播较差,田间菌源的多少与发病成正相关。据辽宁的气象条件,人参产区是黑斑病的长发区。     

种子包衣剂的应用及效果

本文通过包衣剂增产效果和防病虫效果的试验分析,对今后大面积的推广应用提供科学的理论依据.     

Supramolecular Archimedean cages assembled with 72 hydrogen bonds

Self-assembly of multiple components into well-defined and predictable structures remains one of the foremost challenges in chemistry. Here, we report on the rational design of a supramolecular cage assembled from 20 ions of three distinct species through 72 hydrogen bonds. The cage is constructed from two kinds of hexagonal molecular tiles, a tris(guanidinium)nitrate cluster and a hexa(4-sulfonatophenyl)benzene, joined at their edges through complementary and metrically matched N-H···O-S hydrogen bonds to form a truncated octahedron, one of the Archimedean polyhedra. The truncated octahedron, with an interior volume of 2200 cubic angstroms, serves as the composite building unit of a body-centered cubic zeolite-like framework, which exhibits an ability to encapsulate a wide range of differently charged species, including organic molecules, transition metal complexes, and "ship-in-a-bottle" nanoclusters not observed otherwise.     

A boron-dipyrromethene-based fluorescent probe for colorimetric and ratiometric detection of sulfite

BODIPY-Le, a colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe based on boron-dipyrromethene for selective detection sulfite ion, was investigated. Boron-dipyrromethene levulinyl ester (BODIPY-Le) is composed of an indole-based BODIPY dye and the levulinyl protective group, which could be easily and selectively deprotected by sulfites. As a result, the absorption and emission spectra show a dramatic red shift, and the development of a colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent sulfite probe could be achieved. Besides, BODIPY-Le also exhibited prominent turn-on or turn-off type fluorogenic signaling toward sulfite ions once excited at 510 and 620 nm, respectively.
