基于nrDNA ITS序列对枸杞雄性不育材料的鉴别   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对7份常规枸杞种质和1份枸杞雄性不育材料的DNA中nrDNA ITS(核糖体DNA基因内转录间隔区)序列进行分析,从分子水平对枸杞雄性不育材料作出鉴定.采用改进CTAB法提取枸杞叶片DNA,利用合成的特异引物对其DNA中nrDNA ITS区进行扩增、克隆,对目的片段测序分析.结果显示首次测序得到了枸杞雄性不育材料和其他7份常规枸杞种质的nrDNA ITS区碱基序列,整个ITS序列长度为559~633 bp,平均为612 bp,共有160个变异位点,占25.3%;保守位点473,占74.7%;67个转换位点和31个颠换位点.表明基于nrDNA ITS区序列分析可作为鉴定枸杞雄性不育材料的一种新的鉴别方法.  相似文献

利用茚三酮比色法测定100个不同类型小麦籽粒的赖氨酸含量.结果表明:100个小麦品种(系)籽粒的赖氨酸含量平均值为0.40%,中等及以上赖氨酸含量的品种(系)有53个,占全部供试品种(系)的53%,其中宁麦9号、宁0078、宁9-18、宁96048、扬麦13号、910084、安92484、渝98767等 8个品种(系)的赖氨酸含量最高, 占全部供试品种的8%.  相似文献

Basic structure and speed control principles of rubber V belt continuously variable transmissions (CVT) are analyzed. A test bench on which the governing characteristics, carrying capacity, pulley diameters, and transmission efficiency of CVTs can be tested is developed. This test rig permits the measurement of speed, torque and axial displacements of moveable flanges. The experiment not only verifies the results of the theoretical analysis but also reveals the trend of governing characteristics and efficiency affected by the operating condition changes. These conditions include the speed ratio, rotational speed, and external load. Based on this investigation, a method for improving CVT efficiency is proposed. The feasibility of the test bench is demonstrated by the experiment, which has a guiding role for design and parameter matching of CVTs.  相似文献

The efficiency of the 60QNY6.5 battery is studied by testing and theoretical analysis in order to improve the control precision of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and the battery useful life. A rig for testing the Ni MH batteries of HEVs is established. The data from experiments performed on the Ni MH battery are analyzed. Based on the experimental results and the temperature of the batteries, internal resistance and electromotance models of Ni MH batteries are proposed by function fitting methods. The theoretic formula for battery efficiency is deduced by the operational principle of the battery and motor, which provides theoretical basis for dynamic optimizing technology of HEV system controlling strategy.  相似文献

The singular value decomposition (SVD) based orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) channel estimation can guarantee channel estimation performance, while reducing computation. A simplified implementation method for SVD of a Hermitian matrix is proposed which transforms a Hermitian matrix SVD to a real symmetry matrix SVD to achieve high speed operation. The systolic array structure is improved based on the SVD characteristics for symmetry matrix to conserve system resources. The field programmable gate array (FPGA) implementation program of high rank real symmetry matrix singualar value decomposition(SVD)is designed. The simulation results demonstrate that the designed program is feasible for OFDM channel estimation.  相似文献

Electromechanical coupling effect is considered in the dynamic analysis on permanent magnet AC servo precision derive system. Using electromechanical energy conversion and according to the global coupling analysis and the local coupling analysis, the relation diagrams of global electromechanical coupling and local electromechanical coupling between the permanent magnet synchronous motor precision transmission subsystem are established. Applying Lagrange Maxwell equation, a physical model and a mathematic model of the subsystem are built up, the dynamic equations of the subsystem were derived, and the mathematic model is analyzed. The results show that the mathematic model is correct which provides theoretical basis for experimental study.  相似文献

The multiphase flow driven by the capillary pressure in the anode flow field of a micro direct methanol fuel cell (μDMFC) is modeled based on the porous media theory. The electrochemical reaction at the anode is taken into account in this model. Parametric studies of the channel size and the power density are carried out to assess the effects on the transport characteristics of the multiphase flow driven by the capillary pressure in micro channels. In addition, the effects of the channel size on the cell performance are discussed. The results show that the liquid saturation in micro channels increases with the increase of the width and height of the channel, but decreases with the increase of the channel pitch and the power density. The cell performance is improved with the increase of the channel width and height. A larger channel pitch and length lead to a lower power density.  相似文献

The deep buried large tunnel, which is complicated in the geologic condition. The unplanned construction often causes accidents, such as water flush, mud inrush, collapse, etc. Geological prediction is important to prevent disasters. Taking the Daxiangling tunnel as the example, the paper predicts the complex geology in the tunnel by the TGP206 and analyzes the geology at the macro and micro levels. The results show that this way can improve the prediction effect for unfavorable geology and the precision can reach to 95by comparing to the real condition. Then, the way provides a new idea for the safety of the tunnel construction, and technical information and the experience to the similar projects.  相似文献
