不同发育时期月鳢消化酶活性的变化

对月鳢稚鱼、幼鱼和成鱼的主要消化酶活性及分布进行了研究,结果如下：①随着鱼体发育和生长,月鳢消化系统各器官组织的各种消化酶活性不断地增强,尤其是蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性的发育更为明显。②月鳢幼鱼蛋白酶活性以肠组织最大,肝胰脏次之,胃组织最小,且肠组织和肝胰脏中该酶活性显著高于胃组织;胰蛋白酶活性以肝胰脏最大,胃组织和肠组织均表现较小;淀粉酶活性和脂肪酶活性均以胃组织最大,且显著大于肠组织和肝胰脏。③月鳢成鱼蛋白酶活性以中肠粘膜组织和后肠粘膜组织最高,前肠粘膜和肝胰脏次之,胃粘膜最低;胰蛋白酶活性以中肠粘膜组织和前肠粘膜最高,胃粘膜组织次之,肝胰脏小于胃粘膜,后肠粘膜组织的胰蛋白酶活性最小;淀粉酶活性以后肠粘膜组织和中肠粘膜组织最大,肝胰脏次之,胃粘膜组织和前肠粘膜组织最小;脂肪酶活性以胃粘膜组织最大,其他器官组织该酶活性均表现较小。     

玉米秸秆微贮营养价值的变化及对肉羊生长性能影响的研究

本试验将玉米秸秆进行微贮,检测了微贮后营养价值的变化及其对肉羊生长性能的影响。研究表明,玉米秸秆微贮后,湿润、具酒香味、质地柔软、适口性好,中性洗涤纤维（NDF）、干物质（DM）及酸性洗涤纤维（ADF）值显著下降,粗蛋白（CP）值显著升高。结果显示,微贮玉米秸秆后,营养价值得到有效的改善;玉米秸秆微贮后饲喂肉羊,试验组肉羊日增重较对照组增加21.76 %。     

施苯菌灵抑制丛枝菌根真菌对污染土壤-玉米系统镉迁移的影响

【目的】为探讨土壤丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)对污染土壤-作物系统Cd迁移行为的影响。【方法】采用云南兰坪铅锌矿周边重金属污染的土壤,开展室内试验,施杀真菌剂 (苯菌灵) 特异性抑制土壤土著AMF,研究抑制AMF对玉米生长、Cd含量与累积量、土壤Cd淋溶流失的影响。【结果】结果表明:(1)施苯菌灵显著抑制土壤AMF生长,导致AMF侵染率、孢子数、土壤球囊霉素相关蛋白(Glomalin related soil protein,GRSP)含量显著降低;并显著影响玉米生长与矿质营养,导致玉米地上部生物量、叶绿素与磷含量增加,而地上部氮钾含量降低。(2)施苯菌灵促进Cd向玉米根部和地上部迁移,主要富集在玉米地上部,导致玉米地上部的Cd含量和累积量显著增加。(3)施苯菌灵导致10 cm和20 cm壤中流的Cd浓度显著增加。此外,土壤GRSP含量与玉米地上部Cd累积量和壤中流的Cd流失浓度均呈极显著负相关。【结论】研究结果表明,土壤土著AMF有助于抑制土壤Cd向植株地上部迁移,减少壤中流Cd的流失浓度,降低污染土壤-作物系统Cd的环境迁移。     

甲醛和硫酸铜对半滑舌鳎的急性毒性试验

以半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther)为研究对象进行96h的急性毒性试验,探究甲醛和硫酸铜处理后半滑舌鳎的半数致死浓度(LC50)和安全浓度(SC)。实验结果表明,甲醛处理48h、96h后半滑舌鳎的LC50分别为375.68mg·L-1、351.74mg·L-1,SC为35.174mg·L-1;硫酸铜处理48h、96h后LC50分别为2.81mg·L-1、2.58mg·L-1,SC为0.258mg·L-1。     

慢性冠心病患者肺炎衣原体血清抗体的检测

目的观察慢性冠心病与肺炎衣原体感染的关系.方法应用间接微量免疫荧光法测定慢性冠心病74例(冠心病组)与健康人72例(对照组)血清中肺炎衣原体IgG、IgM的抗体滴度.结果两组的血清肺炎衣原体IgG抗体滴度差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01),对照组与冠心病组肺炎衣原体总感染率分别为72%与100%,其中既往感染率分别为72%与80%,急性感率分别为0%与20%.结论慢性冠心病患者肺炎衣原体感染率增高,肺炎衣原体感染可能是冠心病发生的致病因素之一.     

宁夏引黄灌区冬麦北移及耕作改制的发展

为了适应全球气候变化,解决宁夏小麦生产中的瓶颈问题,探索冬麦北移及耕作改制的途径,20年来科研人员先后开展了冬小麦遗传资源、育种、栽培技术、耕作制度、种植业结构的研究。冬小麦新品种“宁冬10号” 、“宁冬11号”可比宁夏春麦主栽品种“宁春4号”增产20%～50%,其品质达到国家优质中筋小麦标准,最高产量达到11.5 t·hm^-2。宁夏引黄灌区已经出现大面积亩产量“超吨粮”的冬小麦套种玉米及亩产“超吨细粮”的冬小麦加复种水稻;冬小麦收获后复种蔬菜、青贮玉米等,达到了高产、优质、高效的目标。宁夏已有6种与种植冬小麦有关的“一年两熟、全免耕”轮作模式试验成功,并引进印度“涡轮式免耕快乐播种机”,且已研制成功适于宁夏引黄灌区的小麦免耕播种机。     

Analysis of the distorted scaling factor in wind tunnel modeling of power transmission line system

Because of the limitation of the model making and the existing wind tunnel’s size, it is difficult to keep the line and tower in the same scaling factor in developing the aeroelastic model of the power transmission lines system, and a distorted scaling factor is needed in span length of the lines. With the instance of a 1 000 kV two circuit power transmission lines, the finite element analysis under the along wind load in time history is conducted with keeping the tower in the same and the line scaling factor being 1, 0.5 and 0.25 respectively. The results show that the response of the power transmission lines systems keep in the same, and then the wind induced vibration of the distorted model in the wind tunnel test can actually reflect the response of the power transmission lines system under the wind load.     

Evaluating Method of the Coordination Deformation between Asphalt Mixture and Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor

The study on the coordination deformation between asphalt mixture and Fiber Bragg Grating strain sensor (FBG) is the precondition and foundation to solve the problem of FBG application in pavement. According to the two kinds of FBG developed recently (they were classified into three categories based on the application features), we designed an accuracy evaluation testing method for FBG and asphalt mixture coordination deformation, and conducted the strain test of asphalt mixture by static loading and dynamic loading. The result indicates that using FBG after strain modification to measure the internal stain of the pavement structure is feasible. Compared with other kinds of sensors, module matching FBG has a better test effect, and this kind of FBG is able to reflect the accumulative deformation of asphalt mixture to some extent.     

Influence of oygen-enriched combustion technology on overall performance of 220 t/h gas boiler

A 220 t/h gas boiler of some steel group is taken as the study objectand the idea of oxygen-enriched stable combustion is proposed and proved to be feasible with the furnace heat transfer model in order to make reasonable use of existing resources and improve the combustion stability of gas boiler in low load operation.Detailed analysis has been made about the effects of oxygen-enriched combustion on the flu gas temperaturecombustion stability boiler thermal efficiency and so on.The results show that the oxygen-enriched combustion technology can greatly improve the overall performance of the boiler.
