AMMI模型在芝麻区域试验中的应用

运用AMMI模型对2000年河南省芝麻区域试验数据进行分析。结果表明，AMMI模型能具体、直观、灵敏地综合评价芝麻区域试验中参试品种的稳定性。同时还分析了Di(1)与Di(2)的一致性问题，并对基因与环境的互作进行了探讨。     

鸡卡氏杆菌的分子鉴定及其16S rRNA基因序列分析(英文)

Two strains of Gallibacterium, isolated from one laying hen flock in Zhengzhou City of Henan Province, were identified by the morphological observation, genus-specific PCR, and analysis of 16S rRNA gene, which was used to generate the phylogenetic tree, with the 21 members of the 12 genera belonging to Pasteurellaceae to analyze the homology. Two strains were named Yu-ZZ-HL-I-SLG and Yu-ZZ-HL-II-GZ. The comparative result of the 16S rDNA sequence shows that the 2 isolated strains are identical in sequence; the highest identity (99.9%) was observed between the isolated strain and one of the strains of Gallibacterium anatis (AF228002), the homologies between the isolated strain and 3 strains of gallibacterium accessed in NCBI (AF228016, Gallibacterium genomosp.1, AF228017, Gallibacterium genomosp.2, AF228018, Gallibacterium genomosp.1) were above 97.1%, higher than that of the isolated strain and the other strains of the other 11 genera which were between 90.7%-93.2%. It can be seen from the phylogenetic tree that the 2 isolated strains and the other 4 strain of gallibacterium fell into the same branch, furthermore the 2 isolated strains and the strain of Gallibacterium anatis locate in an internal branch, indicating that the 2 isolated strains belong to Gallibacterium anatis.     

新育成反向核不育水稻FHS开花习性观察(英文)

[Objective] This study was to use reverse genic male sterile FHS better in field production. [Method] Low energy nitrogen ion beam was taken as a mutation source to conduct mutagenic treatment for indica rice 99-02 and the mutant FHS with special fertility that was isolated from their offspring. Some characteristics such as flowering habit and stigma exsertion rate of FHS were observed in this experiment. [Result] The reverse genic sterile rice FHS had an obvious peak flowering stage from 10:00 to 10:30, while the second peak flowering was from August 5 to August 10. Compared with PA64S, FHS flowered early and its flowering time was concentrated, showing that it is for seed propagation. The stigma exsertion rate of FHS was 85.8% and low exsertion rate was good for the purity of seed. [Conclusion] The reverse genic sterile rice FHS had good value in use, besides, it could also be used as comparison material for studying fertility alternation mechanism of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice.     

东方蝾螈、太行隆肛蛙、丽纹龙蜥心脏的比较组织学研究

采用H．E．染色、显微镜观察法对东方蝾螈、太行隆肛蛙、丽纹龙蜥的心脏进行研究．结果显示：东方蝾螈、太行隆肛蛙心脏结构基本相同,丽纹龙蜥的心脏与二者有一定差别．3种动物的心脏均为两心房一心室,但丽纹龙蜥的心室开始出现不完全分隔,为不完全的双循环系统;红细胞均为有核红细胞;心脏壁有内、中、外3层结构,分别为心内膜、心肌层及心外膜．心内膜位于心脏内层,表面是一层不规则的多角形内皮细胞,胞核为椭圆形．心肌层主要由心肌纤维构成,心肌纤维间充满结缔组织和血管．心肌纤维由心肌细胞组成,胞核呈圆形或椭圆形,位于细胞中央．心外膜位于外层,由结缔组织构成,内含较多弹性纤维．3种动物心脏结构的差别是两栖类、爬行类动物在进化过程中对环境不断适应的结果．     

规模化鸡场蛋壳质量的影响因素与调控措施

蛋壳的质量是评定鸡蛋品质的一项重要指标,蛋壳质量的好坏对蛋的运输、贮存、加工、消费和孵化都有极大的影响。就影响蛋壳质量因素的钙、磷、维生素、微量元素、电解质、鸡龄、饲养管理、疾病与药物等方面进行了阐述,并综述了提高蛋壳质量的调控措施,以期对广大鸡蛋生产者和经营者提供帮助。     

培养跨世纪农村基层干部的构想

本文论述了培养农村基层干部的必要性和可行性。提高农村基层干部的综合素质是农业现代化的必然趋势，高等农业院校应成为培养农村基层干部的基地，打通直接向农村输送基层干部的渠道需政府的支持，并具有深远的历史意义和现实意义。本文同时对农村基层干部应具备的知识能力和培养基层干部的教学计划、培养方式进行了探讨。     

朱砂叶螨种群动态的模拟预报模型

以河南省虞城县、获加县和灵宝县棉田朱砂叶螨种群动态数据和气象资料为建模材料，通过逐步回归分析分别组建了雌成螨、幼若螨和卵的预报模型。利用该模型对太康县和郑州市棉田朱砂叶螨种群动态进行了模拟，结果表明，该模型具有较高的准确度     

钾肥施用量对中牟大白蒜产量及品质影响

本实验从2006～2008年连续3年在中牟对大蒜钾肥施用技术进行多点研究。结果表明,以施用钾肥为中心的平衡施肥可大幅度提高大蒜的产量和品质,蒜苗、蒜苔和蒜头3年平均产量较不施钾肥的对照分别提高11.1%～30.8%、10.5%～44.7%和9.0%～27.7%。增施钾肥能有效提高蒜苗和蒜苔中维生素C及可溶性糖分含量,改善大蒜的内在品质,提高大蒜的营养价值,经济收益增加2133～7179元/hm2,施用钾肥的产投比达6.1：1～11.8：1。在当前产量和生产水平下,大蒜平衡施肥方案为：纯N300kg/hm2,P2O580kg/hm2,K2O300kg/hm2左右。本文将对指导大蒜合理施肥,优质高效生产具有积极的作用。     

冷却肉中草药保鲜剂研究

以几种中草药为原料,研究了不同提取方法对其抑菌效果的影响以及几种中草药复合抑菌效果。结果表明,中草药醇提液的抑菌作用较水提液强烈,各中草药提取液对大肠杆菌的抑制作用最强,荧光假单孢菌次之,植物乳杆菌最小;中草药复合抑菌作用优于单个因素的作用。四种中草药最佳配比为：0．125g／mL黄芩＋0．25g／mL肉桂＋0．5g／mL金银花＋O．125g／mL连翘;三种香辛料的最佳配比为：0．25g／mL肉桂＋O．125g／mL迷迭香＋O．25％丁香油。     

花椰菜高频再生系统的研究

本文研究了BA、NAA、AgNO_3、子叶龄、培养密度以及Km对花椰菜子叶再生系统的影响,建立了一个高频再生系统,使再生频率达100%,其最佳各成分的配比是:MS BA4.5mg/L NAA0.1mg/L AgNO_35.0～10.0mg/L.
