微生物菌肥与化学肥料配施对盈江省藤生长的影响

为了解不同肥料种类及其施肥量对盈江省藤生长的影响,采用L₉(3⁴)正交试验设计对其2年生幼林进行连续3年的微生物菌肥与复合肥和磷肥配施试验。结果表明,3年中不同因素的各水平组合间苗木的地径、株高、叶片数和冠幅均呈现极显著的差异(P<0.01)。施用复合肥和磷肥总体呈现显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地抑制盈江省藤生长的现象。不同肥料配施试验组合的地径、株高和叶片数均大于对照的相应指标。试验期间,单施微生物菌肥0.3~0.6 g/株即可满足盈江省藤生长的需求。     

基于FSEC赛车电池箱的结构设计与强度分析

以中国大学生电动方程式赛车的电池箱体研究为背景,对电池箱的结构设计和强度分析方面进行了研究论证,提出了电池箱设计的总体思路,使电池箱的结构设计紧凑合理,工作安全可靠,符合赛事规则。这对纯电动乘用车在电池箱的结构设计方面也具有参考和借鉴的价值。     

大花萱草对水分胁迫的光合响应

对黄色(T1)、金黄色(T2)和红色(T3)3个不同大花萱草的品系进行水分胁迫,利用CI- 340便携式光合仪测定了其水分胁迫下叶片的光合特性.结果表明:3种大花萱草的光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,在中午有明显的“午休”现象,干旱处理下的3种大花萱草光合速率明显低于对照;随胁迫程度的增大,各品系的光合速率均呈缓慢增加然后迅速降低的变化趋势,T1黄色品系表现出较强的光合能力,T3红色品系其次,T2金黄色品系的光合能力表现最弱.

Involvement of Sirt1 in mouse myocardial hypertrophy induced by isorenin

AIM: To investigate the expression and function of sirtuin 1 (Sirt1), one of the class III histone deacetylases, in hypertrophied mouse myocardium induced by isorenin (ISO). METHODS: The Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, ISO group and ISO+nicotinamide (NAM) group. The myocardial hypertrophy was induced by dorsal subcutaneous injection of isorenin. Nicotinamide, an inhibitor against Sirt1, was given by peritoneal injection. Heart weight index (heart weight/body weight), hematoxylin and eosin staining, transmission electron microscope and mRNA expression of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were observed to identify the myocardial hypertrophy. The expression of Sirt1 in mRNA and protein levels was detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. RESULTS: Compared to control group, the results of heart weight index, hematoxylin and eosin staining, the observation of transmission electron microscopy and mRNA expression of BNP showed that the mouse myocardial hypertrophy was induced by isorenin successfully. The Sirt1 expression was increased in hypertrophy model group (P<0.01 vs control group). Treatment with nicotinamide inhibited the cardiac hypertrophy induced by ISO (P<0.05 vs ISO group) and decreased the expression of Sirt1 (P<0.01 vs ISO group). CONCLUSION: Activation of Sirt1 might be involved in the process of myocardial hypertrophy stimulated by isorenin in mice.     

Effect of different ions on larval metamorphosis of the mussel Mytilus galloprovincialis

Metamorphic responses of pediveliger larvae of Mytilus galloprovincialis to different ions were investigated through a series of bioassays. Effects of tetraethylammonium chloride (TEA) on inductive effects of these above ions were also investigated. Excess ions including Li⁺, Cs⁺, Rb⁺ and Ca²⁺ induced larval metamorphosis at 10^?3 M to 5 × 10^?2 M in 24‐h exposure assays. In continuous exposure assays, only excess Ca²⁺ showed inductive activity and induced 25% metamorphosis at 5 × 10^?2 M. Larval responses to Li⁺ and Rb⁺were inhibited by TEA, while induction of metamorphosis by Cs⁺and Ca²⁺ was independent of the presence of TEA. Thus, these ions used can be useful inducers of larval metamorphosis for application in the aquaculture industry. The finding provides new insights on the biochemical mechanism controlling larval metamorphosis in this species.     

Cryopreservation of strip spawned sperm using non‐programmable freezing technique in the blue mussel Mytilus galloprovincialis

In this study, a non‐programmable freezing technique has been developed with the strip spawned blue mussel (Mytilus galloprovincialis) sperm. The key parameters optimized including (1) cryoprotectant agents (CPAs); (2) cooling temperature; (3) thawing temperature; (4) sugar and amino acid supplementation and (5) sperm to egg ratio. The fertilization rate and/or integrity of plasma membrane and acrosome were used as sperm quality assessment indicators. The highest post‐thaw sperm fertilization rate of 95% was achieved, when sperm were cryopreservated in 8% dimethyl sulfoxide at 7.8 cm above the liquid nitrogen surface and thawed in a 60°C seawater bath. The addition of glucose, sucrose or trehalose in dimethyl sulfoxide did not, whereas 0.8% glycine did significantly improve the post‐thaw sperm fertilization rates. The fluorescent evaluation has demonstrated that the addition of glycine significantly improved the post‐thaw sperm acrosome integrity, revealing a positive role of glycine in the improvement of post‐thaw sperm quality in blue mussels.     

日本鳗鲡繁殖生物学研究概述

日本鳗鲡(Anguilla japonica)是中国和日本最广泛养殖的鱼类之一。其养殖基于对天然玻璃鳗的捕捞,从而导致天然玻璃鳗资源逐渐出现严重的匮乏。为解决此问题,众多研究者致力于玻璃鳗的人工繁殖。主要阐述了30年来日本鳗鲡繁殖生物学研究的相关成果:在亲鳗催熟前需进行强化培育,雌、雄鳗达到性成熟需要不同的催熟药物和催熟时间,17,20-β-二羟孕酮(DHP)的催产效果较好;温度、盐度、水体离子含量等环境因子对胚胎和仔鱼发育影响较大;自由氨基酸、卵黄脂蛋白和硝化甘油是受精卵及卵黄囊期仔鱼的主要能源物质,磷脂是辅助能源物质;用鲨鱼卵冷冻干燥粉末添加复合维生素、磷虾提取液等制成的浆状饵料是仔鱼较适宜的开口饵料;胚胎发育进程为初孵仔鱼体长3.5mm,仅分化出咽,从第7天开始,仔鱼具有消化和吸收食物的能力并出现大幅生长,到100d时,仔鱼已具有较强的免疫能力。     

矾根主要品种的叶色表型性状分析

通过目测进行分类的方式很难准确界定矾根品种叶色。为建立一套更为科学的基于叶色表型的矾根品种分类体系,笔者利用色差仪对72个矾根品种共计432个样品的叶色进行测定,对获得的L、a、b 3个色度值进行聚类分析,将72个矾根品种分为褐色系、深绿色系、黄色系、灰绿色系、浅绿色系5类色系。对矾根品种各色系的L、a、b值进行相关性分析,发现叶片正面的L值与a值、a值与b值呈负相关,L值与b值呈正相关,但相关性不明显;叶片背面的L值与a值、a值与b值呈负相关,L值与b值呈显著正相关。从多重比较的结果中可以看出,矾根品种各色系之间的L、a、b色度值差异显著,尤其是各色系间叶正面的颜色差异较大,在矾根品种选育工作中,叶片正面的颜色将作为主要参考。
