目的 观察薯蓣丸加减方对鼻咽癌放疗患者EB病毒的影响。方法 将60例鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在放疗开始第1天给予口服薯蓣丸加减方治疗,对照组在开始放疗第1天给予康复新液治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、患者生活质量及EB病毒DNA水平。结果 治疗后观察组临床疗效及中医症候疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更为显著(P<0.01);血浆EBV-DNA水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组下降更为显著(P<0.01)。结论 薯蓣丸加减方对鼻咽癌放疗患者有较好的治疗作用,可提高患者生活质量,其作用机制可能与降低鼻咽癌患者血浆EBV-DNA水平有关。 相似文献

为了辅助有关部门与管理人员收集指定区域的渔船的信息,并据此对渔船及其设备的安全技术状况进行科学、客观的评价,该文利用MS-ACCESS数据库的单机访问效率高、数据文件存储与合并灵活便捷的特点,开发了一种经济实用的渔船安全技术状况评价系统,实现了评价指标、标准与模型的自定义以及网络限制条件下的渔船安全技术状况评价数据采集与处理。该系统在应用过程中,数据由基层的渔业船舶检验工程师将有关渔船参数报到地方渔船管理部门,并最终上报到上级渔船管理部门,进行逐级收集、合并、上报与汇总,最后由相关部门的管理人员进行评价、统计与分析。该研究以某区域5700多艘24 m及以上钢质海洋渔船为样本,实施了渔船安全技术状况的评价。实用证明该系统用户环境配置安装简单,界面简洁方便,数据处理效率高,通用性强,运行维护成本低。通过渔船安全技术评价系统的开发与实施,可以对指定区域渔船的安全技术作出全面客观的评价,并辅助管理者对渔船技术状况和安全隐患进行科学分析,提出消除危险的最佳技术措施和方案,为主管机关制定相关政策、安全技术法规提供参考,进而大力改善区域渔船的安全生产状况。 相似文献

2002-2004年研究了新疆莎车县棉田节肢动物类自然天敌种群动态及棉花品种的影响。结果发现节肢动物类自然天敌67种,数量较多的共10类,即瓢虫类、蝽类、隐翅虫类、蓟马类、草蛉类、食蚜双翅目、胡蜂类、蚜茧蜂类、蜘蛛类和捕食螨类。其中瓢虫类、蝽类和蜘蛛类占天敌个体总数85%~93%。3年中这三类天敌各自所占比例,瓢虫为4%~65%,食虫蝽为19%~57%,蜘蛛为6%~34%。瓢虫、食虫蝽和蜘蛛的最高密度2002年分别为237.2、164.0、87.0头/百株,2003年分别为28.3、533.3、232.0头/百株,2004分别为1506.5、237.0、55.3头/百株。对转基因抗虫棉GK19(表达Cry1A杀虫蛋白)、SGK321(表达Cry1A CpTI杀虫蛋白)和普通棉花泗棉3号、石远321的研究表明,各种天敌在不同品种上的种群数量没有显著性差异,而喷施化学农药可以造成天敌数量明显减少。 相似文献

Animal digestive tract is habitat for a large number of autochthonous microbiota, which play central roles in multiple biological and physiological processes of the host. In this study, two different micro‐biomass preparation methods were employed to evaluate the diversity of intestinal mucosa‐associated microbiota in grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus). Genomic DNAs were isolated either directly from intestinal mucosal samples (group A), or from micro‐biomass after microbial dissociation (group B). Community richness, diversity and evenness indices were all higher in group B, but differences were not statistically significant (P = 0.97, P = 0.33, P = 0.34 respectively). Furthermore, group B samples exhibited an increased ratio of bacterial DNA in comparison with group A samples, but the difference was also not statistically significant (P = 0.74). In addition, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P > 0.05) at the taxonomic level. Our results support previous findings that there exists a great abundance of the intestinal mucosa‐adherent microbiota in the grass carp; among these, Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Spirochaetes and Fusobacteria were the most common phyla. Within these microbiota, Paenibacillus, Bacteroides, Bacillus and Cetobacterium genera comprise the majority of the community, implicating their functional importance (e.g. as probiotics) to their host. Our results contribute towards a better understanding of the intestinal microbial profile of grass carp. Both micro‐biomass preparation techniques proved to be feasible for studying mucosa‐adherent microbiota of grass carp; however, the second method (group B) provides a protocol that is somewhat more effective than the first method (group A). 相似文献

将Eggers模型移入实验室大型玻璃钢水槽中,采用3种室内可能得到的实验饵料:冷冻细脚长(Themistogra cilipes)、天然成体卤虫(Artemissalina)和小黄鱼糜(Fishsilage),在流水条件下,比较黄渤海主要中上层小型鱼类玉筋鱼(Ammodytepersonatus)对上述3种饵料的摄食、生长和生态转换效率等生态能量学特征。结果显示,3种饵料中,虽然玉筋鱼对细脚长的能量生态转换效率较高,但是其湿重摄食量[g/(100g·d)FW]和能量摄食量[kJ/(100g·d)]都比较低,生长情况较差;卤虫的食物生态转换效率较高,湿重摄食量较多、生长情况较好;鱼糜的能量摄食量较多,生长情况介于两者之间,但其生态转换效率均较低。与自然生长的玉筋鱼相比,摄食卤虫的玉筋鱼较接近于自然生长。研究结论认为,室内玉筋鱼的模拟实验,在不能获得自然活体饵料的情况下,卤虫不失为一个理想的选择。 相似文献

Significant porcine embryonic loss occurs during conceptus morphological elongation and attachment from d 10 to 20 of pregnancy, which directly decreases the reproductive efficiency of sows. A successful establishment of pregnancy mainly depends on the endometrium receptivity, embryo quality, and utero-placental microenvironment, which requires complex cross-talk between the conceptus and uterus. The understanding of the molecular mechanism regulating the uterine-conceptus communication during porcine conceptus elongation and attachment has developed in the past decades. Reactive oxygen and nitrogen species, which are intracellular reactive metabolites that regulate cell fate decisions and alter their biological functions, have recently reportedly been involved in porcine conceptus elongation and attachment. This mini-review will mainly focus on the recent researches about the role of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species in regulating porcine embryo development during the pre-implantation period. 相似文献

How cytokines control differentiation of helper T (TH) cells is controversial. We show that T-bet, without apparent assistance from interleukin 12 (IL-12)/STAT4, specifies TH1 effector fate by targeting chromatin remodeling to individual interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) alleles and by inducing IL-12 receptor beta2 expression. Subsequently, it appears that IL-12/STAT4 serves two essential functions in the development of TH1 cells: as growth signal, inducing survival and cell division; and as trans-activator, prolonging IFN-gamma synthesis through a genetic interaction with the coactivator, CREB-binding protein. These results suggest that a cytokine does not simply induce TH fate choice but instead may act as an essential secondary stimulus that mediates selective survival of a lineage. 相似文献
