Sheath blight, caused by the pathogen Rhizoctonia solani Kühn, is one of the most serious diseases of rice and leads to severe yield loss worldwide. A recombinant inbred line (RIL)
population consisting of 121 lines was constructed from a cross between HH1B and RSB03, the latter of which is a deep-water
rice variety. Five traits were used to evaluate sheath blight resistance, namely disease rating (DR), lesion length (LL),
lesion height (LH), relative lesion length [RLL, the ratio of LL to plant height (PH)], and relative LH (RLH, the ratio of
LH to PH). Using the RIL population and 123 molecular markers, we identified 28 quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for the five
traits in two environments. These QTLs are located on nine chromosomes and most of them are environment specific. A major
QTL for DR (qSBR1) on chromosome 1 was identified with contributions of 12.7% at Shanghai and 42.6% at Hainan, and it collocated with a QTL
for PH. The allele at this locus from RSB03 enhances sheath blight resistance and increases PH. Another QTL for DR on chromosome 7
was adjacent to QTLs for heading date (HD) and four other disease traits. RSB03 also carries the resistant allele at this
locus and shortens HD. The susceptible parent, HH1B, provides the resistance allele at the locus qSBR8, where QTLs for four other disease traits were identified. QTL mapping results showed that most QTLs for LL, LH, RLL, and
RLH are collocated with QTLs for DR. Three QTLs for DR are independent from HD, PH, and four other disease traits, while four
QTLs are closely related to HD and PH. Four QTLs for LL, LH, RLL, and RLH are independent from DR, HD, and PH, while there
is only one region harboring QTLs for these four traits and HD. Correlation analysis and QTL mapping results indicated that
LL, LH, RLL, and RLH might be important indices, like DR, for evaluating the level of resistance to rice sheath blight. 相似文献

为了探究不同施氮量对一年生黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum Lamk.)光合特性的影响。本研究以‘特高’宽叶型一年生黑麦草为供试材料,采用盆栽试验,设置了4个处理组,分别为:CK对照组(不施肥)、C1低氮处理组(施鸡粪0.38 kg/m^2,即氮100 kg/hm^2)、C2中氮处理组(施鸡粪0.76 kg/m^2,即氮200 kg/hm^2)、C3高氮处理组(施鸡粪1.34 kg/m^2,即氮350 kg/hm^2)。利用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定开花期一年生黑麦草叶片的主要光合参数和光合特性的变化。结果表明:200 kg/hm^2施氮水平的表观量子效率(apparent quantum yield,AQY)和光饱和点(light saturation point,LSP)最高(分别为12.80 μmol·m^-2·s^-1和1 774.47 μmol·m^-2·s^-1),光能利用区间最大。350 kg/hm^2施氮水平下气孔导度(stomatal conductance,Gs)以及蒸腾速率(transpiration rate,Tr)显著低于其它处理,水分利用力(water use efficiency,WUE)强,但光呼吸速率(photorespiratory rate,Pr)较高,不利于干物质积累。同时,0?200 kg/hm^2施氮范围内,随着光照强度和CO2浓度的增加,各处理的净光合速率(net photosynthetic rate,Pn)均随之增加,但350 kg/hm^2施氮水平下叶片净光合速率的增加反而低于200 kg/hm^2施氮水平。合理的施氮量对黑麦草的光响应和CO2浓度响应曲线有明显的调节作用。在本试验条件下,施氮量为200 kg/hm^2最佳。 相似文献

辐照预处理促进玉米秸秆酶解糖化 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以~(60)Co为辐照源,研究了0~2 000 kGy不同辐照剂量处理对玉米秸秆水解及酶解还原糖产量的影响,采用DNS法测定样品中水溶性还原糖的含量,探讨了辐照剂量与还原糖生成量的关系。结果表明,较高剂量的辐照对玉米秸秆有明显的降解糖化作用,经1200,1600,2000kGy剂量辐照后,玉米杆和玉米叶的还原糖含量分别提高了69.88%和445.63%;辐照后玉米秸秆易于酶解,随着辐照剂量的增大,酶解产糖量显著增加;在较高剂量下,辐照一酶解复合降解玉米秸秆效果优于单一的辐照处理和单一酶处理;辐照后的玉米秆和玉米叶经酶解处理,其还原糖含量分别增加了16.63%~184.13%和8.49%~228.45%,提高了纤维素原料的利用率。 相似文献

为了深入了解特大干旱期间的城市热岛现象和规律,以MODIS遥感资料和重庆市主城及其周边地区的自动气象站观测资料为基础,探讨了2006年夏季重庆市特大干旱期间的植被指数NDVI和城市热岛。结果表明:2006年夏季,重庆市NDVI的变化规律是:在时间上,基本呈逐渐减小的趋势,与2006年夏季重庆市特大干旱的发展过程较为一致。在干旱的整个时段内,NDVI与热岛强度总体上呈负相关关系,NDVI值越高,热岛效应越弱。城区和郊区干旱的非同步性导致了干旱在初中期主要起增强城市热岛效应的作用,而在后期则有减弱城市热岛效应的作用。总的来说,干旱的出现加重了城市热岛效应。 相似文献

Two kinds of Fe3+/TiO2 catalysts are prepared by Sol-gel method and hydrolysis method. XRD, UV-Vis, BET, curves of N 2 adsorption-desorption and 3D fluorescence are used to analyze the structures and properties of the catalysts, and their photocatalytic activities are investigated through degradation of DBP. The results show that two kinds of catalysts are anatase TiO 2. The band gap of the Fe3+/TiO 2 catalysts prepared by Sol-gel and hydrolysis method are 2.6 eV and 3.2 eV respectively, and the former with an absorption edge at 477 nm, while the latter with no redshift. The curves of N 2 adsorption-desorption of the Fe3+/TiO 2 catalysts prepared by Sol-gel and hydrolysis method are type Ⅳ and Ⅴ, their BET specific surface areas are 57.03 m2/g and 10.94 m2/g, and the hysteresis loop of the latter shifts to the high relative pressure region with a smaller pore volume and a bigger average pore diameter. Two kinds of catalysts can reduce photoluminescence properties of TiO 2 at various degrees, and the catalyst prepared by Sol-gel method shows a weaker photoluminescence property. The results of degradation experiment show the degradation rate of DBP by catalyst prepared by Sol-gel method and hydrolysis method are 60.53% and 31.83% respectively after 2 h. 相似文献

To track the non-stationary dynamics of the process which contains time-varying and multi-scale data, an online moving window multi-scale principal component analysis(MW-MSPCA) data-driven-based fault diagnosis method is proposed. In this data-driven diagnosis technique, wavelet threshold denoising is used to solve the conflict between the statistical model deviation and data correlation decreasing. The statistical models are updated by using moving window principal component analysis in various scales. The contribution of individual process variable to the process behavior change is illustrated in a 3-dimensional contribution chart. A quantitative evaluation mechanism is also given to evaluate the diagonising accuracy. The numerical experimental results for 6135D diesel demonstrate that the proposed method can diagnose sensor fault better in terms of false rejection, false alarm and diagnosing accuracy for fault diagnosis upon comparing with conventional multi-scale principal component analysis(MSPCA) and adaptive multi-way principal component analysis(AMPCA) modeling. 相似文献
