桂花在园林景观设计中的应用

蜂花粉营养液以油菜花粉和蜂蜜为原料,经过先进的生产工艺制备而成.本文主要对其营养成分进行了分析,该营养液的营养成分搭配合理,含有17种氨基酸,其中包括8种必需氨基酸,氨基酸总量为575.2 mg/100mL;钙31.90 mg/100mL、钾77.46 mg/100mL、钠6.16 mg/100mL、镁19.12 mg/100mL、锌0.14 mg/100mL、铁0.14 mg/100mL、锰0.13 mg/100mL、铜0.053 mg/100mL;尼克酸0.24 mg/100mL、维生素B2 0.01mg/100mL、维生素B6 0.74 mg/100mL、维生素C 0.75 mg/100mL.     

Comparison of morphology, viability, and function between blood and milk neutrophils from peak lactating goats

The morphological features of blood and milk neutrophils from peak lactating goats were compared using light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and flow cytometry in order to investigate the cytological changes of neutrophils after migration into the mammary gland. The kinetics of reactive oxygen intermediates (ROI) generation and gelatinase release of blood and milk neutrophils, with or without stimulation of phorbol 12-myristate, 13-acetate ester (PMA), were used to characterize their responses to inflammatory stimuli. Neutrophils isolated from goat milk were highly segmented and contained multi-lobed nuclei. Ultrastructurally, milk neutrophils were more ruffled on the surface compared to blood neutrophils. Approximately 30% of milk neutrophils were undergoing cell death, either necrosis or apoptosis, in contrast to 8% of blood neutrophils. The ROI production of activated milk neutrophils peaked earlier than blood neutrophils, but the duration and the intensity were much less. Neutrophils from both sources augmented the release of gelatinase in response to PMA (1 ng/mL). However, the amount of gelatinase released from milk neutrophils was lower (P < 0.05) than that of blood neutrophils. In summary, more neutrophils become apoptotic and necrotic in the mammary gland, presumably due to spontaneous aging, the process of diapedesis, and the interaction with milk components. Milk neutrophils have impaired functionalities in comparison with blood neutrophils. The information is relevant when studying mammary gland immunity and related diseases, such as mastitis.     

人为影响下古尔班通古特沙漠小尺度生态环境变化

随着沙漠中油气资源勘探开发、公路建设和重大工程相继实施 ,对生态环境的人为影响日益加深。本文以重大工程实验点为例 ,通过研究对比工程影响区内人工沙垄和自然沙垄的砂质新成土理化性状和植被群落特征 ,指出了沙漠生态环境在人为干扰下发生的一系列变化 ,以及受损生态环境在人们采取积极补救措施的情况下所具有的自然修复能力     

塔里木油田地区地表温度分布规律的研究

选用塔里木盆地外围 1 5个站 36年地表温度观测资料和油田地区 4个短期观测站短期地表温度观测资料 ,应用气候统计方法 ,将油田地区的短期地表温度资料订正到长年同期 ,并加以分析研究。结果表明 ;塔里木油田地区年平均地表温度由周围向油田地区增加。夏季 ( 7月 )最高 ,冬季 ( 1月 )最低。     

Antisense drug targeting with VEGF mRNA designed by computer aid and inhibitory effects on K562 cell line in vitro

AIM:The effective antisense sequences targeted VEGF mRNA with computer software would be screened and designed, and effect of them on growth K562 cells and protein expression of VEGF were studied with experiments.METHODS:Seven antisense sequences were selected and synthesized, which consisted of 18-20 deoxynucleotide acid and were modified with phosphorothioate, according to principle of low free energy of overall △G₃₇ Overall. Cell growth was assayed by trypan blue dye exclusion assay and level of VEGF protien in the media was determined by ELISA.RESULTS:Six of seven sequences were capable of inhibing growth of K562 cells and downregulating the VEGF protein expression significantly, compared with Scrambed control group. It was found that there was a close correlation between low level of overall △G₃₇ and antisense effectiveness (r=0.887,P<0.01).CONCLUSION:VEGF mRNA antisense oliogdeoxynucleotides, which were designed by computer software of RNAstructure, were able to inhibit growth of K562 and its protein expression. The VEGF mRNA may be new target attached by drugs. At same time, the computer aided design is useful methods to obtain the effective antisense.

SeGLP-1的分离纯化及硒活性结构分析

灵芝（Ganoderma lucidum)加硒深层培养后的菌丝（含Se1600μg/g)分别经水及碱水提取，醇析，透析，Sevage法脱蛋白，DEAE－cellulose柱层析纯化，得SeGLP-1。经SephadexG－100，聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和紫外光谱分析鉴定，SeGLP-1为均一级分。GC与TLC分析表明，SeGLP-1含Gal,Glu,Xyl,Rha,Man，其单糖摩尔比为Gal:Glu:Xyl:Rha:Man=0.23:1.00:0.72:0.25:0.09。SeGLP-1硒含量1642μg/g。SeGLP-1中Se活性中心的结构可能为O＝Se=O,即Se取代了灵芝多糖GLP－1中－OCH3结构上的CH3，从而形成了硒氧双键结构。
