Subclinical endometritis is a physiological inflammation that serves to clear persistent contaminants from the uterus. To investigate the alteration of antioxidant, such as vitamin E(VE) and vitamin C(VC), total oxidant capacity(TOC) and nitric oxide(NO) in cows with normal and subclinical endometritis(SCE), we examined the concentrations of NO, VC and VE, TOC and polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMN) percentage in uterine secretion. The cows were divided into two groups, normal(n=20) and subclinical endometritis(SCE, n=60), based on endometrial cytology(presence of PMN≥5%). Uterine secretion and blood were collected as described previously. Griess reaction was used to determine the concentration of NO. The concentrations of TOC, VC and VE were detected by a commercially available assay kit. The results showed that the concentrations of NO, TOC and PMN percentage were significantly higher(P0.01, P0.05, and P0.01, respectively) in uterine secretion with SCE compared to those from normal; however, the levels of VC and VE were significantly lesser(P0.01). In conclusion, the concentrations of NO, TOC, VC, VE and PMN percentage differed between normal and SCE cows. Meanwhile, the relationship between the concentration of NO and PMN percentage from uterine secretion in cows with subclinical endometritis were positively correlated. Consequently, these alterations in NO, TOC, VC, VE levels and PMN percentage contributed to as a diagnostic index of the uterine inflammation, with the aim to increase the reproduction of the cows and the decrease economic losses. 相似文献

Glutenins, which form the network of gluten protein, are of great importance for the quality of flour products. Glutenins can be divided into HMW and LMW subunits according to molecular weight. Three genes for LMW glutenin subunits (LMW‐GS), named lmw‐cnd1, lmw‐cnd2, and lmw‐cnd3 with open reading frames of 1,053, 903, and 969 bp, respectively, were cloned from wheat cultivar Cheyenne. Heterologous expression vectors of the three LMW‐GS were constructed, and the recombinant proteins LMW‐CND1, LMW‐CND2, and LMW‐CND3 were overexpressed in Escherichia coli. After cell disruption with ultrasound, target proteins of high purity were obtained by using Ni2+ affinity chromatography. Farinograph and TAPlus measurements were used to investigate the effects of the three LMW‐GS on the characteristics of flour and dough. The results showed that the addition of each LMW‐GS can lead to an increase in the elasticity of the dough. Moreover, LMW‐CND2 and LMW‐CND3 promoted the strength of the dough. All three LMW‐GS caused a decrease of hardness and increase of springiness and cohesiveness of dough according to texture profiling results. 用消化法所得的犬旋毛虫蚴分别接种猪,犬。结果表明:犬旋毛虫对猪、犬的感染性存在着明显差异,在犬的繁殖力指数为18.68。而在猪为零,说明哈尔滨地区犬旋毛虫相当于本地毛形线虫。犬旋毛虫对犬易感而对猪不感染,通信能通过猪的感染而对人体健康构成威胁。 相似文献

选用42只健康AA鸡,分3组(每组14只)进行药物动力学研究:静注、肌注及内服的剂量均为10mg/kg。用二氯甲烷提取血浆中的药物,反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆氟哌酸的浓度,测定时以吡哌酸为内标。所得药物一时间数据用MCPKP计算机程序处理,静注给药拟合二室开放模型,主要动力学参数是:t1/2α0.14±0.08h,t1/2β3.65±1.03h,Ke0.88±0.40h-1,Vd3.81±0.98L/kg,AUC14.14±3.29μg/ml.h。内服和肌注给药均适合具有一级吸收二室开放模型,肌注的主要动力学参数是:t1/2ka0.22±0.10h,t1/2α1.03±0.65h,t1/2β6.87±2.86h,Ke0.28±0.10h-1,AUC9.86±2.88μg/ml.h,F69.78%。内服的主要动力学参数是:t1/2ka0.69±0.23h,t1/2α1.76±0.89h,t1/2β10.43±3.22h,Ke0.21±0.05h-1,AUC8.56±1.36μg/ml.h,F60.52%。鸡静注、肌注、内服氟哌酸的药动学特征是吸收较快,在体内分布广泛、半衰期较长。 相似文献
