Preparation and Characterization of Tilapia Collagen-Thermoplastic Polyurethane Composite Nanofiber Membranes

Marine collagen is an ideal material for tissue engineering due to its excellent biological properties. However, the limited mechanical properties and poor stability of marine collagen limit its application in tissue engineering. Here, collagen was extracted from the skin of tilapia (Oreochromis nilotica). Collagen-thermoplastic polyurethane (Col-TPU) fibrous membranes were prepared using tilapia collagen as a foundational material, and their physicochemical and biocompatibility were investigated. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results showed that thermoplastic polyurethane was successfully combined with collagen, and the triple helix structure of collagen was retained. X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry results showed relatively good compatibility between collagen and TPU.SEM results showed that the average diameter of the composite nanofiber membrane decreased with increasing thermoplastic polyurethane proportion. The mechanical evaluation and thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal stability and tensile properties of Col-TPU fibrous membranes were significantly improved with increasing TPU. Cytotoxicity experiments confirmed that fibrous membranes with different ratios of thermoplastic polyurethane content showed no significant toxicity to fibroblasts; Col-TPU fibrous membranes were conducive to the migration and adhesion of cells. Thus, these Col-TPU composite nanofiber membranes might be used as a potential biomaterial in tissue regeneration.     

猪伪狂犬病油乳剂灭活疫苗的制备及安全性与免疫性试验

用本室分离鉴定的猪伪狂犬病毒鄂A经毒株接种仓鼠肾细胞（BHK－21）,制备病毒抗原液，毒价不低于10^-6TCID50/0.1ml。经一定浓度的甲醛溶液灭活后与油相佐剂乳化研制成油乳剂灭活油疫苗4批。本研究对该制品的安全性、免疫性进行了测定。对18g左右小白鼠接种0.3ml，初生仔猪、断奶仔猪及妊娠母猪加倍剂量注射，均未出现不良反应，安全性良好。对母猪的繁殖性能不产生影响。后备母猪及妊娠母清中和抗体指数于免疫后21d达到316以上，间隔35d加强免疫一次后，中和抗体指数可达1000以上。断奶仔猪及初生仔猪免疫后对强毒的攻击，保护率分别为100％及90.62％。     

Comparative analysis of proteomic profiles between endometrial caruncular and intercaruncular areas in ewes during the peri-implantation period

The endometrium of sheep consists of plenty of raised intercaruncular areas （IC）. In order to better understand aglandular areas called caruncular （C）, and intensely glandular the endometrium involved mechanisms of implantation, we used LC-MS/MS technique to profile the proteome of ovine endometrial C areas and IC areas separately during the peri-implantation period, and then compared the proteomic profiles between these two areas. We successfully detected 1740 and 1813 proteins in C areas and IC areas respectively. By comparing the proteome of these two areas, we found 170 differentially expressed proteins （DEPs） （P 〈 0.05）, functional bioinformatics analysis showed these DEPs were mainly involved in growth and remodeling of endometrial tissue, cell adhesion and protein transport, and so on Our study, for the first time, provided a proteomic reference for elucidating the differences between C and IC areas, as an integrated function unit respectively, during the peri-implantation period. The results could help us to better understand the implantation in the ewes. In addition, we established a relatively detailed protein database of ovine endometrium, which provide a unique reference for further studies.     

肉鸡生产HACCP管理体系的研究与建立

用鳞片估计马来穿山甲个体数量

我国每年都能查扣到多起非法走私大量马来穿山甲鳞片进入境内的案件,由于不知如何根据鳞片来估计个体数量,而给森林公安机关立案、量刑与处罚带来极大不便。通过统计9头马来穿山甲鳞片的数目（Sm）、鲜重（Sfw）、干重（Sdw）,分别获得了以Sm、Sfw、Sdw为参数来估计马来穿山甲个体数量（N）的3个方程,它们是①Sm/929.8≤N≤Sm/681.8;②Sfw/835.4≤N≤Sfw/389.8;③Sdw/774.3≤N≤Sdw/367.9。执法部门在办理此类走私案件中能通过这些方程方便快捷地估算出走私物品的个体数量,能为同类案件的立案、量刑和处罚提供依据。     

不同养殖模式下饲喂包被赖氨酸对奶牛生产性能的影响

试验采用随机分组试验设计,选择规模化养殖模式、园区式奶农合作组织养殖模式下的2个奶牛场,每个奶牛场选择80头健康的泌乳奶牛,按照产奶胎次、体重、泌乳阶段和产奶量相近原则随机分为2组,每组40头,就试验组饲粮中添加25 g/(头·d)过瘤胃赖氨酸(RPLys)对奶牛产乳量及乳成分的影响进行研究.试验结果发现,经过饲喂之后,试验组与对照组相比,产奶量有显著提高(P＜0.05).两种模式下乳蛋白和乳脂肪含量均有提高趋势,但是试验组与对照组没有显著差异(P＞0.05).乳糖、非脂乳固体两个指标略有提高,但差异不显著(P＞0.05).规模化和园区式的试验组相对于对照组每天每头奶牛的净增利润分别为1.80元和0.52元.

小反刍兽疫疫苗毒株与强毒株的鉴别性荧光RT-PCR检测方法的建立

对GenBank已公布的小反刍兽疫病毒N基因序列进行分析,设计引物与探针,建立PPRV通用型与Ⅱ系疫苗毒特异型二重实时荧光RT-PCR方法,同时建立针对PPRVIV系强毒株的特异型荧光PCR方法。特异性试验和灵敏度试验表明：建立的二重荧光RT-PCR方法可特异性检测PPRV病毒,其HEX信号通道（通用型）和TAMRA信号通道（Ⅱ系疫苗毒特异型）的检测灵敏度分别可达10^1 TCID50/mL和10^2 TCID50／mL,完全满足PPRV的检测要求。用二重荧光RT-PCR方法对西藏采集的14份羊血清样品进行检测,并用建立的Ⅳ系强毒株特异型荧光PCR方法对二重荧光RT-PCR的检测效果进行评估,结果显示,该方法可有效甄别PPRV强毒株和疫苗毒株,避免假阳性结果的出现。     

鸡传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）的血清学分型研究

本文动用气管环血清中和试验对１２个ＩＢＶ毒株进行了血清研究。以气管环纤毛运动为指示系统，以能中和２．０ｌｏｇ１０ＣＤ５０同源病毒血清效价为１个抗体单位，含２０个抗体单位的血清与等量病毒作用测定血清对纤毛运动保护百分率，以欧氏距离数字分类分型，并用ＳＰＳＳ软件聚类分型分析。     

四个绵羊品种MHC-DQA1基因exonⅡ多态性分析
