金雀花碱(Cytisine,Cyt)是一种主要存在于豆科毒豆属植物种子中的喹诺里西啶生物碱。近年来金雀花碱的多种生物活性被逐渐发掘,其具有戒烟、促呼吸、镇痛、抗肿瘤等功效。在抗癌活性方面能够诱导癌细胞凋亡,已被广泛应用于抑制多种肿瘤细胞的增殖;在戒烟方面能够作为选择性局部激动剂,降低吸烟者对尼古丁的依赖,有望广泛应用于戒烟;在镇痛方面能够反射性的兴奋呼吸,已被广泛应用于临床手术对患者的麻醉作用。本文通过对大量文献的查阅及验证,将对金雀花碱的生物活性及其相关作用机制进行总结,以期为金雀花碱的开发和利用提供理论基础。 相似文献

2016年7月1日,上海市某蛋鸡场62日龄蛋鸡出现发病和死亡现象,多次用抗生素治疗无效。为详细了解鸡场发病情况,分析导致疫病发生的风险因素,以便及时提出行之有效的防控建议,通过询问、现场调查和实验室诊断等方式开展了紧急流行病学调查;采用描述性流行病学方法,对疫情特点、发病风险因素进行了分析。实验室诊断结果显示,Ⅰ群血清4型腺病毒核酸阳性。调查发现:发病的前一周,该地气温波动剧烈,造成鸡只应激;鸡场生物安全体系不健全,无针对车辆和人员的消毒措施。结合临床症状、病理剖检和实验室诊断结果,确诊该鸡场暴发了心包积水-肝炎综合征,是由Ⅰ群血清4型腺病毒引起的。通过注射特异性卵黄抗体及对症治疗,对可能引起此次暴发的风险因素进行控制,疫情得到了有效控制。 相似文献

利用90日龄的邵伯鸡商品代肉鸡进行屠宰性能测定和肌肉品质分析.结果显示,90日龄公母平均活重分别为1552.5克和1230.9克;屠宰率分别为89.71%和88.70%;半净膛率分别为83.31%和79.95%;全净膛率分别为71.36%和68.99%.邵伯鸡的胸肌和腿肌的pH值在宰后45分钟时,接近7,呈弱酸性.腿肌的肉色都较胸肌深(P<0.05).胸肌嫩度显著地优于腿肌(P<0.01),而在性别间胸腿肌的嫩度差异不显著(P>0.05).在肌肉品质的化学性状方面,胸腿肌水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05).胸腿肌的粗脂肪平均含量分别为1.95%和2.49%,胸肌显著低于腿肌(P<0.01)并且在不同性别间表现为母鸡显著地高于公鸡(P<0.01).胸腿肌的粗蛋白含量分别为25.6%和24.2%,差异都不显著(P>0.05).腿肌干物质含量低于胸肌,灰份含量胸肌高于腿肌,但差异均不显著(P>0.05). 相似文献

Glutathione (GSH) concentrations of oocytes are considered as an important marker of the cytoplasmic maturation. The present study was designed to compare GSH concentrations of in vivo and in vitro matured canine oocytes. In vivo matured oocytes were collected 72 hr after ovulation by flushing fallopian tubes after laparotomy. Ovaries were collected from bitches with different reproductive stages, and collected oocytes were divided into 2 groups according to the size viz. < 120 microm and > 120 microm in diameter and cultured for 72 hr in Tissue Culture Medium-199 supplemented with 10% FBS, 2.2 mg/ml sodium bicarbonate, 2.0 microg/ml estrogen, 0.5 microg/ml FSH, 0.03 IU/ml hCG, and 1% penicillin-streptomycin solution in the presence or absence of 50 microM beta-mercaptoethanol. GSH concentrations were determined by the dithionitrobenzoic acid-glutathione disulfide (DTNB-GSSG) reductase recycling assay. GSH concentrations of immature canine oocytes were 2.9 and 3.8, 3.5 and 6.8, and 3.1 and 6.5 pM/oocyte for < 120 microm and > 120 microm in diameter oocyte groups at anestrous, follicular and luteal stage, respectively (P<0.05). In vivo matured oocytes had significantly higher GSH concentrations compared with in vitro matured oocytes. The GSH content was 19.2 pM/oocyte for in vivo matured oocytes, while 4.1 to 8.1 and 5.7 to 13.2 pM/oocyte for in vitro matured oocytes cultured in the absence or presence of beta-mercaptoethanol, respectively (P<0.05). Presence of beta-mercaptoethanol increased GSH synthesis in canine oocytes cultured in vitro, and oocytes collected from follicular and luteal stage was superior to anestrus oocytes. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine clinical characteristics and mode of inheritance of seizures in a family of Standard Poodles. DESIGN: Case series. ANIMALS: 90 Standard Poodles descended from the same maternal bloodline (30 with probable idiopathic epilepsy [PIE] and 60 without any history of seizures). PROCEDURES: Researchers contacted owners to determine whether dogs had ever had any seizures and, if so, the nature of any such seizures and any potential underlying causes. Dogs were considered to have PIE if they were between 6 months and 7.5 years old at the time of seizure onset and had no evidence of any underlying cause. To determine the mode of inheritance, segregation analyses were designed to allow the family to be analyzed as a whole, as opposed to as nuclear families. Competing models of inheritance were compared statistically for their ability to explain the data. RESULTS: Of the dogs with PIE, 28 (93%) had focal onset seizures with or without secondary generalization. Median age of onset was 3.7 years; 6 dogs were > 5 years old at the onset of seizures. Segregation analyses strongly suggested that PIE was inherited as a simple recessive autosomal trait with complete or almost complete penetrance. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Results suggested that in this family of Standard Poodles, PIE was inherited as a simple recessive autosomal trait with complete or almost complete penetrance.
