野燕麦、遏兰菜复合群体对小麦产量损失研究

试验采用二因素五水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计，研究野燕麦遏兰菜不同密度的复合群体与小麦减产率，穗数减少率，穗粒数减少率等指标函数间的变化规律。结果表明，野燕麦密度是影响产量的主要因子，遏兰菜密度是次要因子。野燕麦，遏兰菜密度与小麦减产率，穗数减少率，穗粒数减少率在试验范围内呈正相关关系，小麦减产率回归方程为：Ｙｙ＝２０．７０＋６．０９１３ｘ１＋２．１５６３ｘ２＋４．３２５０ｘ１ｘ２－２．１３５５ｘ     

The loss of genetic diversity in Dabry's sturgeon (Acipenser dabryanus,Dumeril) as revealed by DNA fingerprinting

• 1. Dabry's sturgeon, a large, long‐lived migratory fish is endemic to the Yangtze River. Over‐fishing and habitat destruction have caused large‐scale declines in natural stocks in the last two decades.
• 2. Examining patterns of genetic diversity has become an integral component of many management plans for endangered species. DNA fingerprinting was applied to detect genetic diversity in Dabry's sturgeon collected in 1958–1959, 1980–1981 and 1998–1999.
• 3. Studies on direct genetic parameters (genetic variability, hypervariable loci and heterozygosity) and indirect parameters (band‐sharing coefficient and allelic frequency) showed that the continuous decline in wild populations has caused the loss of genetic diversity in present‐day sturgeon.
• 4. The present‐day populations have the lowest genetic variability; thus, effective management is needed to preserve genetic diversity.
• 5. A conservation strategy is urgently required, comprising artificial rearing facilities coupled with breeding management plans.

加强家禽疫情监测保障产业健康发展

家禽产业的发展离不开生物安全措施的保障,其中对疫情的监测十分重要,不仅影响家禽的生产性能,而且关系到产业的健康发展。作者以禽流感的监测为例,为家禽疫病的监测提供了良好的指导和借鉴。     

上海轨道公安警犬国庆执勤记

2007年9月30日至10月3日,笔者随警作战,记录下上海市轨道公安分局警犬大队29名民警参加国庆安保工作的过程。整理这段笔记时,阵阵发自内心深处的震撼在灵魂深处激荡。这是一次在挑战面前的完美"亮剑",在关键时刻的刚毅"突击"。     

温室授粉蜂群蜂子比值与工蜂出勤率相关性的研究

蜜蜂是设施农业的重要授粉昆虫,授粉蜂群的状况可能影响授粉效率的高低。通过意大利蜂(Apismellifera)对温室草莓、油桃的6次授粉重复试验,采集授粉蜂群的蜂子比值与出勤率的数据,分析蜂子比值与出勤率的相关性。结果表明,蜂子比值与工蜂出勤率之间呈显著的负相关(P<0.05),其相关系数分别为-0.8470、-0.6543、-0.7616、-0.6969、-0.6740和-0.8477,说明在正常范围内,温室授粉蜂群的出勤率随蜂子比值的减小而提高,也就是说,授粉蜂群内的子脾越好,蜜蜂出勤采集的积极性越高。     

扎龙自然保护区鸟类观赏性分析与观鸟管理对策

观鸟是一项陶冶身心、消除疲劳、接近大自然、科学性很强的活动。扎龙国家级自然保护区内，鸟类资源丰富，是进行观鸟旅游和科普、科研的重要基地，本文主要构建了鸟类观赏性评估体系，并对保护区的鸟类进行了观赏性评估；通过问卷调查分析了观鸟者对自然保护区和鸟类的认知度、喜爱度和观鸟的期望等等；并为保护区更好地开展观鸟旅游和科研、科普活动提出管理建议。     

Interspecific relationships of Lycoris (Amaryllidaceae) inferred from inter-simple sequence repeat data

Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers were used to evaluate interspecific relationships of Lycoris. Twenty-four samples were included in the study representing a total of 20 among species and varieties. Thirteen primers produced 228 discernible DNA fragments, 205, or 89.91%, of which were polymorphic, indicating a high level of interspecific genetic variation in Lycoris. Our UPGMA cluster analysis recognized four major groups of species, which were consistent with morphological and karyotype observations. The first group included species with telocentric and metacentric chromosomes, while the second consisted of species with a haploid genome of 11 subtelocentric chromosomes. The third group contained species with a mixture of subtelocentric, telocentric and metacentric chromosomes. The last group included the Japanese and Korean species. Lycoris anhuiensis was clustered within accessions of Lycoris longituba, suggesting that it could be recognized as a variety of L. longituba. Our ISSR data also suggested that L. straminea may be a hybrid between Lycoris chinensis and Lycoris radiata var. pumila, and that L. caldwellii, an allotriploid, may be of a hybrid origin of L. chinensis and L. sprengeri.     

顶尖防除春小麦田野燕麦的效果

用15%顶尖可湿性粉剂200~300 g/hm2,对水300 kg/hm2,于小麦苗期茎叶喷雾,对春小麦田野燕麦防除效果达95%以上,增产20%以上,与对照药剂6.9%骠马EW 750 m l/hm2除草效果相当。
