针对在玉溪市烤烟生产上常发生的烤烟气候性斑点病问题,采用田间调查、采集配对样品与室内检测分析相结合的方法,以根际土壤及植株各部位叶片等为探索对象,从病害在田间分布及叶片养分变化等方面开展了研究.结果表明,在烤烟初花期气候性斑点病发生叶位以第4~7叶位(由下至上)的叶片发生较多(占83.5%);发生气候性斑点病的烟株,内因是由于植株N、Ca、Mg含量过高而K含量不足,从而提高了N/K、Mg、/K及Ca/K比值,导致N、K、Ca、Mg营养不平衡,而外因气候条件只是一个诱发因子.其根本原因是由于土壤有效氮(特别是速效的NO3与NH4+)及交换性Ca、Mg含量过高,有效K含量过低所致. 相似文献

Quantitative trait loci (QTLs) responsible for gluten strength measured by SDS-sedimentation volume (SV), mixograph and grain protein content (GPC) were located on the molecular linkage map of a durum wheat recombinant inbred line population. QSv.macs-1B.1 flanked by Xgwm550–Glu-B3 was the most consistent QTL for SV identified in all the environments. The same QTL was also associated with mixograph peak energy, peak time and total energy. The Glu-B1 locus was at the center of another QTL responsible for SV, while, Glu-B2 influenced SV as well as mixograph peak energy and peak time. Apart from glutenin coding loci, QTLs influencing mixing parameters and GPC were located in three other marker intervals Xwmc48.2–Xpsp3030 (4B), Xgwm573–Xbarc231.1 (7A) and Xgwm46–Xgwm540.1 (7B). A total of 26 main effect QTLs and 10 digenic epistatic interactions (QQ) for quality traits were distributed over 11 chromosomes. Out of these, seven main effect QTLs and three QQ interactions were involved in interactions with environments (QE, QQE). The results indicated that along with chromosome 1B, chromosomes 4B, 7A and 7B are also important for improvement of gluten strength and GPC in durum wheat. 相似文献

通过对DNA提取方法的改良,随机引物的选择、RAPD反应条件的筛选,建立文心兰品种变异RAPD分子标记检测技术。利用该技术对3个母本园品种和1个试管苗品种进行RAPD检测,结果是品种“黄金2号”和“黄金3号”未发现变异;7个引物对品种“新奇士”共扩增出63条清晰带,3个样品带型发生变化,样品变异率为10%;14个引物对“黄金2号”试管苗共扩增出119条清晰带,9个样品带型发生变化,样品变异率为9.4%。结果表明,该技术能有效用于文心兰品种的变异检测。 相似文献

Essential oil incorporated alginate coating provides a novel way to improve the safety and shelf life of pangasius (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) fillet. Oils from the leaves and buds of clove, flowering tops of rosemary, and dried seeds of thyme were incorporated separately in alginate coating. All the plant oils showed antibacterial activity, but the zone of inhibition was relatively larger for thyme oil. Alginate coating was performed using sodium alginate (1.5%), glycerol (10%), and calcium chloride (2%) and plant oil at 1% (v/v). The coated fillets were stored under chilled conditions and samples were analyzed for bacteriological, chemical, sensory, color, and texture parameters. Psychrotrophic counts crossed 7 log cfu/g by the 13th day and 15th day of chilled storage in control and plant oil treated fillets, respectively. The peroxide value of treated fillets was relatively low. Texture profile analysis indicated that plant oil incorporated alginate coating reduced the rate of loss of texture (softening) during chilled storage. Plant essential oil incorporated alginate gels were relatively better compared to control fillets in preserving pangasius fillet quality during chilled storage, and incorporation of thyme oil was relatively better compared to clove leaf oil, clove bud oil, and rosemary oils. 相似文献

The photodegradation of aqueous alcoholic solutions of fenarimol at λ ≥ 250 nm has been examined. UV irradiation of an aqueous methanolic solution for 24 h yielded two photoproducts, identified as 2,4′‐dichlorobenzil and p‐chlorobenzoic acid, while irradiation of a solution in aqueous isopropanol yielded p‐chlorobenzoic acid and two additional products identified as 2,4′‐dichlorobenzophenone and o‐chlorobenzoic acid. The rhizomes of Curculigo orchioides have been traditionally used as aphrodisiac. In the present study ethanolic extract of rhizomes was evaluated for its effect on sexual behavior in rats. Administration of 100 mg/kg of extract change significantly the sexual behavior as assessed by determining parameters such as penile erection, mating performance, mount frequency and mount latency. Moreover a pronounced anabolic and spermatogenic effect was evidenced by weight gains of reproductive organs. The treatment also markedly affected sexual behavior of animals as reflected in reduction of mount latency, an increase in mount frequency and enhanced attractability towards female. 【目的】为明确影响高原生态区黔油18号油菜产量的关键因子及实现高产高效优化栽培的综合农艺措施。【方法】运用四因素二次回归最优组合设计试验方法,在海拔950~1200m的高原生态区对优良杂交油菜新品种黔油18号的主要栽培措施施氮量、施磷量、施钾量与油菜产量的量化关系进行系统研究,通过建立数学模型的优化与解析,【结果】结果表明,在4因素中,对黔油18号的影响为氮肥>密度>磷肥>钾肥;【结论】要获得≥2493.46kg/hm2的产量,其最佳栽培措施组合是:保持密度13.60~14.50万株/hm2,氮肥291.35~330.00kg/hm2,磷肥92.28~102.2746kg/hm2,钾肥119.20~129.20kg/hm2。 相似文献
