中国古蚕书的检索与评介

中国古代的农书中大多有蚕桑的内容,另外还有许多蚕桑专书。自汉代到清末的两千多年间,笔者查阅到蚕桑内容较多的农书有62种,桑蚕专书162种,柞蚕及其他野蚕书46种。并对《蚕桑指要》、《沂水桑麻话》、《蚕桑心悟》、《蚕桑须知》等6本稀见蚕(农)书作了评介。     

牧草烘干机生产工艺参数及应用效果研究

以紫花苜蓿为研究对象，通过试验测出的干燥温度和干燥时间以及干燥后牧草营养成分进行了测定和试验分析，为确定牧草干燥应采用的干燥工艺和干燥参数提供依据。     

Genetic and physiological evidence for the production of N-acyl homoserine lactones by Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae and other fluorescent plant pathogenic Pseudomonas species

N-acyl homoserine lactones (AHLs) function as cell density (quorum) sensing signals and regulate diverse metabolic processes in several gram negative bacteria. We report that strains of Pseudomonas syringae pvs. syringae (Pss), tabaci and tomato as well as P. corrugata and P. savastanoi produce difussible AHLs that activate the lux operons of Vibrio fischeri or the tra::lacZ fusion of Agrobacterium tumefaciens. In Pss strain B3A, AHL production occurs in cell density dependent manner. Nucleotide sequence and genetic complementation data revealed the presence of ahlI_Pss, a luxI homolog within the Ahl⁺ DNA of Pss strain B3A. The DNA expresses in AHL-deficient strains of P. fluorescens and E. carotovora subsp. carotovora (Ecc), and restores extracellular enzyme production and pathogenicity in the Ecc strain. The derivatives of Pss strains B3A and 301D carrying chromosomal ahlI::lacZ do not produce AHL, but like their wild type parents, produce extracellular protease and the phytotoxin syringomycin as well as elicit the hypersensitive reaction in tobacco leaves. While these strains also produce a basal level of -galactosidase activity, the expression of ahlI::lacZ is substantially stimulated in the presence of multiple copies of the DNA or by the addition of cell-free spent cultures containing AHL. The activation of -galactosidase production occurs with spent cultures of some, but not all Pseudomonas strains which produce AHL as indicated by the Lux and tra::lacZ assays. Pss strains deficient in the global regulatory genes, gacA or lemA, produce very low levels of AHL. Since inactivation of ahlI_Pss eliminates AHL production and since Ahl⁺ Pseudomonas strains carry the homolog of ahlI_Pss, we conclude that ahlI_Pss specifies a key step in AHL biosynthesis and it has been conserved in many plant pathogenic pseudomonads.     

胃肠道褪黑素的合成及其对消化道微生物群体影响的研究进展

胃肠道褪黑素主要是由肠嗜铬细胞分泌,具有一定昼夜节律性。褪黑素通过调控细胞因子或NF-κB等调控肠道微生物及其代谢,进而影响动物肠道微生物群体结构以及某些细菌的昼夜节律。本文主要对近几年胃肠道褪黑素的合成分泌及其生理功能、肠道微生物节律性以及褪黑素对肠道微生物的调控作用等研究进行综述,以期为胃肠道褪黑素与菌群之间调控关系的研究提供一定参考。     

Green tea polyphenols supplementation alters immunometabolism and oxidative stress in dairy cows with hyperketonemia

Peripartal cows often experience negative energy balance, and are therefore prone to suffering from metabolic diseases such as hyperketonemia, which causes financial losses in dairy farms. This study aimed to investigate the effect of green tea polyphenol (GTP) supplementation during the periparturient period on production performance, oxidative stress and immunometabolism in dairy cows with hyperketonemia. One hundred Holstein cows were assigned to GTP (0.2 g/kg DM; n = 50) or control (without GTP; n = 50) group based on body weight, previous milk yield, and parity on d 15 before expected parturition. Subsequently, 10 cows with hyperketonemia were selected from each group, according to blood β-hydroxybutyric acid (BHBA) concentration between 1.2 and 2.9 mmol/L from 2 to 3 d postpartum. All cows were fed a close-up diet and a lactation diet with or without GTP supply from 15 d prepartum until 30 d postpartum. Milk and blood samples were obtained from 20 cows selected with hyperketonemia on 10, 20, and 30 d postpartum. Compared with control cows, greater milk yield and lower somatic cell count were observed in GTP cows. The GTP group had lower concentrations of BHBA, free fatty acids, cholesterol, triglyceride, reactive oxygen species, malondialdehyde, and hydrogen peroxide, greater concentrations of glucose, lower activities of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, and glutamyl transpeptidase, alongside greater activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and total antioxidant capacity. Additionally, GTP supplementation up-regulated concentrations of interleukin-6 and interleukin-10, but down-regulated concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, interleukin-2, interleukin-8, and interferon-γ in plasma. Greater concentrations of plasma immunoglobulin G were also detected in the GTP group. Overall, the data suggested that GTP supplementation from 15 d prepartum to 30 d postpartum improved the milk yield and health status in cows with hyperketonemia during early lactation.     

干旱胁迫对3种冷季型草坪草光谱反射率及生理特征的影响

为探讨高光谱分析技术在草坪草水分监测上的应用,以草地早熟禾、高羊茅、多年生黑麦草为试验材料,测定了干旱胁迫下3种冷季型草坪草生理指标及光谱反射率。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,供试草坪草叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量显著下降(P0.05),丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量及敏感波段的(550和760 nm)的光谱反射率显著上升(P0.05),3种草坪草抗旱性能的强弱顺序为:高羊茅多年生黑麦草草地早熟禾。3种草坪草敏感波段光谱反射率(R_(550 nm),R_(760 nm))及高光谱参数(Rg,R0,GNDVI)与生理指标间呈显著或极显著相关,以R_(550 nm)与生理指标间的相关系数绝对值最大。同时R_(550 nm)构建了供试草坪草生理指标的估测模型,经检验,模型估测值与实测值相关性达显著或极显著水平。     

不同性能薄膜对草莓气调保鲜效果的影响

以PE/OPP/PE复合膜、PE膜及电晕处理PE膜为试材,采用与空气相同(21%O_2+0.9%CO2)的初始气体比例被动气调包装件,研究不同透气、透湿性能的薄膜对草莓气调保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:在室温(15±2)℃、相对湿度33%~35%的条件下,在草莓6d贮存期内,PE/OPP/PE复合膜保持了草莓较高的感官评价和硬度,电晕处理PE膜更有利于延缓草莓可溶性固形物含量的下降及pH的升高。故PE/OPP/PE复合膜和电晕处理PE膜对草莓的保鲜效果优于PE膜。     

柴油机机体的模态分析与减振设计

采用 ANSYS有限元分析软件 ,对一直列 6缸柴油机机体进行了模态分析 ,并与实验模态分析结果相比较 ,验证了计算模型的正确性。在该模型的基础上 ,从增加刚性和减少质量方面进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,铝制机体以及梯形框架结构和加强板结构均可减小机体的振动 ,进而降低发动机的噪声。     

Progress in RNA-binding protein HuR and its roles in development of hepatocellular carcinoma

RNA-binding proteins （RBP） are molecules with a variety of biological functions discovered in recent years. Among them, HuR is an important RBP, widely expressed in various tissues of the body, and is a member of the Hu/embryonic lethal abnormal vision （ELAV） protein family. It mainly affects the expression levels of target genes in the cells by regulating the stability and/or translation efficiency of the mRNA of the genes, thus participating in the regulation of cell life activities. In recent years, more and more studies on HuR have revealed its important role in inflammation and cancer. This review summarizes the functions of HuR and probes into the regulation of HuR functions. In addition, the roles of HuR in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） are also discussed, which provides important information for exploring the pathogenesis, biomarkers and therapeutic targets of HCC.     

桃新品种‘秋露蜜’的选育

‘秋露蜜’是从‘国庆’桃实生后代中选出的浓甜晚熟桃新品种。平均单果重248.3 g,果面鲜红,果肉乳白色,甘甜,品质上等,平均硬度达15.30kg/cm²,可溶性固形物含量19.08%。在晋南地区,果实9月上中旬成熟,果实发育期162 d左右。离核。
