基于WorldView-2影像的土壤含盐量反演模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对WorldView-2影像高空间分辨率评价其定量反演土壤含盐量的能力,以盐渍化现象较为明显的新疆克里雅河流域为研究对象,基于WorldView-2影像和实测高光谱数据,利用偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression,PLSR)和BP人工神经网络(back propagation artificial neural networks,BP ANN)方法建立定量反演该流域土壤含盐量模型并做出研究区高空间分辨率土壤含盐量分布图。结果表明:1)利用实测高光谱数据和影像数据分别建立的2种模型中BP神经网络模型预测精度都高于PLSR模型,其中基于影像数据建立的6:8:1结构的3层BP神经网络模型决定系数R2、均方根误差RMSE、相对分析误差RPD分别为0.851、0.979、2.337,模型的稳定性和预测能力都优于PLSR模型(R2、RMSE、RPD分别为0.814、1.139、2.007)。2)利用WorldView-2影像提高了土壤含盐量制图的空间分辨率,归一化植被指数NDVI和比例植被指数RVI较有效降低了植被覆盖与土壤水分对预测精度的影响。该文建立的考虑植被覆盖与土壤水分定量反演土壤含盐量的模型不需要复杂的参数,一定程度上满足了干旱、半干旱地区的盐渍化监测需求,可以促进WorldView-2等高空间分辨率卫星在盐渍化监测中的进一步应用。  相似文献

Since the 1950s, invertebrate fisheries catches have rapidly expanded globally to more than 10 million tonnes annually, with twice as many target species, and are now significant contributors to global seafood provision, export, trade and local livelihoods. Invertebrates play important and diverse functional roles in marine ecosystems, yet the ecosystem effects of their exploitation are poorly understood. Using 12 ecosystem models distributed worldwide, we analysed the trade‐offs of various invertebrate fisheries and their ecosystem effects as well as ecological indicators. Although less recognized for their contributions to marine food webs, our results show that the magnitude of trophic impacts of invertebrates on other species of commercial and conservation interest is comparable with those of forage fish. Generally, cephalopods showed the strongest ecosystem effects and were characterized by a strong top‐down predatory role. Lobster, and to a lesser extent, crabs, shrimp and prawns, also showed strong ecosystem effects, but at lower trophic levels. Benthic invertebrates, including epifauna and infauna, also showed considerable ecosystem effects, but with strong bottom‐up characteristics. In contrast, urchins, bivalves, and gastropods showed generally lower ecosystem effects in our simulations. Invertebrates also strongly contributed to benthic–pelagic coupling, with exploitation of benthic invertebrates impacting pelagic fishes and vice versa. Finally, on average, invertebrates produced maximum sustainable yield at lower levels of depletion (~45%) than forage fish (~65%), highlighting the need for management targets that avoid negative consequences for target species and marine ecosystems as a whole.  相似文献

This paper examines the changes in the population ecology parameters and biomass of golden grey mullet (Liza aurata) in Iranian waters of the Caspian Sea from 1991 to 2005. For most years during this 14-year period, we estimated the age structure of the catch, length–weight relationship, von Bertalanffy growth parameters, condition factor, natural and fishing mortality and biomass. Growth parameters were estimated as L = 62.7 cm, K = 0.15 year−1, t0 = −0.23 year−1. The instantaneous coefficient of natural mortality was estimated as 0.350 year−1 and the instantaneous coefficient of fishing mortality varied during the 14-year period between 0.111 to 0.539 year−1. Biomass estimates of golden grey mullet, from the biomass-based cohort analysis were increased from 13,527 mt in 1991–1992 to 23,992 mt in 2002–2003. In 2004–2005, it was estimated to be 23,658 mt. We concluded that at the present time, the stock of golden grey mullet is not being over-fished.  相似文献

Background

Field phenotyping by remote sensing has received increased interest in recent years with the possibility of achieving high-throughput analysis of crop fields. Along with the various technological developments, the application of machine learning methods for image analysis has enhanced the potential for quantitative assessment of a multitude of crop traits. For wheat breeding purposes, assessing the production of wheat spikes, as the grain-bearing organ, is a useful proxy measure of grain production. Thus, being able to detect and characterize spikes from images of wheat fields is an essential component in a wheat breeding pipeline for the selection of high yielding varieties.

Results

We have applied a deep learning approach to accurately detect, count and analyze wheat spikes for yield estimation. We have tested the approach on a set of images of wheat field trial comprising 10 varieties subjected to three fertilizer treatments. The images have been captured over one season, using high definition RGB cameras mounted on a land-based imaging platform, and viewing the wheat plots from an oblique angle. A subset of in-field images has been accurately labeled by manually annotating all the spike regions. This annotated dataset, called SPIKE, is then used to train four region-based Convolutional Neural Networks (R-CNN) which take, as input, images of wheat plots, and accurately detect and count spike regions in each plot. The CNNs also output the spike density and a classification probability for each plot. Using the same R-CNN architecture, four different models were generated based on four different datasets of training and testing images captured at various growth stages. Despite the challenging field imaging conditions, e.g., variable illumination conditions, high spike occlusion, and complex background, the four R-CNN models achieve an average detection accuracy ranging from 88 to \(94\%\) across different sets of test images. The most robust R-CNN model, which achieved the highest accuracy, is then selected to study the variation in spike production over 10 wheat varieties and three treatments. The SPIKE dataset and the trained CNN are the main contributions of this paper.

Conclusion

With the availability of good training datasets such us the SPIKE dataset proposed in this article, deep learning techniques can achieve high accuracy in detecting and counting spikes from complex wheat field images. The proposed robust R-CNN model, which has been trained on spike images captured during different growth stages, is optimized for application to a wider variety of field scenarios. It accurately quantifies the differences in yield produced by the 10 varieties we have studied, and their respective responses to fertilizer treatment. We have also observed that the other R-CNN models exhibit more specialized performances. The data set and the R-CNN model, which we make publicly available, have the potential to greatly benefit plant breeders by facilitating the high throughput selection of high yielding varieties.

The present study was designed to determine the effect of central injection of Nesfatin-1 and corticotropin and histaminergic systems on food intake in neonatal meat-type chicks. In this study, 7 experiments were designed, each with 4 treatment groups. In experiment 1, four groups of chicks received the ICV injection of (A) phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), (B) Nesfatin-1 (10 ng), (C) Nesfatin-1 (20 ng) and (D) Nesfatin-1 (40 ng). In experiment 2, (A) PBS, (B) Astressin-B (CRF1/CRF2 receptors antagonist; 30 µg), (C) Nesfatin-1 (40 ng) and (D) Nesfatin-1?+?Astressin-B were injected. In experiments 3–6, chicken received ICV injection of the Astressin2-B (CRF2 receptor antagonist; 30 µg), α-FMH (alpha fluoromethyl histidine; as inhibitor of histidine decarboxylase, 250 nmol), Chlorpheniramine (histamine H1 receptors antagonist, 300 nmol), Famotidine (histamine H2 receptors antagonist, 82 nmol) and Thioperamide (histamine H3 receptors antagonist, 300 nmol) instead of the Astressin-B. Then the cumulative food intake measured until 120 min post-injection. According to the results, ICV injection of Nesfatin-1 dose dependently decreased food intake in neonatal chicks (P?<?0.05). Co-injection of the Nesfatin-1 and Astressin-B (CRF1/CRF2) inhibited Nesfatin-1 induced hypophagia (P?<?0.05). ICV inejction of the Nesfatin-1?+?Astressin-B significantly inhibited the effect of Nesfatin-1 on food intake (P?<?0.05). In addition, α-FMH and chlorpheniramine attenuated Nesfatin-1-induced hypophagia in chicks (P?<?0.05); while thioperamide significantly amplified the effect of Nesfatin-1 on food intake in chicks (P?<?0.05). These results suggested Nesfatin-1 has an anorectic effect in 3-hour food deprived neonatal meat-type chicks and this effect was mediated by corticotropin CRF1/CRF2 as well as histamine H1 and H3 receptors.  相似文献

In this study, the effect of serum paraoxonase-1 (PON-1) activity on superovulation response and embryo yield was evaluated. The study material comprised 50 Holstein cows aged 3–4 years on postpartum day 90–120 with a body condition score of 3–3.25. A progesterone-based estrus synchronization protocol was initially administered to the selected donors. For this purpose, progesterone source was inserted intravaginally (day 0) and gonadotropin-releasing hormone injection was performed (day 6). Seven days after the insertion of progesterone device, follicle-stimulating hormone injections (total dose of 500 µg in decreasing doses for 4 days) were administered for superovulation. On the morning of the ninth day, prostaglandin (PG) F2α was administered, and the progesterone device was removed from the vagina in the evening on the same day. Two days after PGF2α administration, fixed-time artificial insemination was performed in the morning and in the evening. On the day of artificial insemination, blood samples were taken from the donors to determine the serum PON-1 activity. Uterine flushing was performed seven days after insemination. The results revealed that the serum PON-1 activity (mean ± SD, 562.71 ± 140.23 U/l) of the cows that responded to superovulation (donors with total corpus luteum count of ≥3 in both ovaries) was higher than those (389.91 ± 80.51 U/l) that did not (P<0.05). On the day of insemination, a positive correlation was determined between serum PON-1 activity and the counts of total corpus luteum (r=0.398), total oocyte/embryo (r=0.468), transferable embryo (r=0.453), and Code I embryos (r=0.315, P<0.05). Unlike the Code I embryos, there was no significant correlation between serum PON-1 activity and the number of Code III embryos. Moreover, no significant difference in the number of Code III embryos between the two PON-1 groups was observed. However, embryo yield and quality were found to have increased with increased PON-1 activity. Therefore, it was concluded that serum PON-1 activity may be associated with superovulation response, embryo yield and quality in donor cows.  相似文献

A comprehensive lignin structure analysis of ten industrially relevant hardwood species is presented. Milled wood lignin (MWL) was isolated from each species using a modified protocol and all milled wood lignin preparations were analyzed through quantitative (13)C NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, methoxyl analysis, sugar analysis, and nitrobenzene oxidation. Nitrobenzene oxidation and ozonation were carried out on extractive-free wood, alkali-extracted wood, milled wood lignin, and alkali-extracted lignin. Milled wood lignin isolated by the modified protocol was found to be representative of the total lignin in alkali-extracted wood. Significant variations in lignin structures, such as syringylpropane/guaiacylpropane ratio (S/G ratio), arylglycerol-β-aryl ether (β-O-4), degree of condensation, and elemental and methoxyl contents, were found among the hardwood species studied. These structural variations among species appear to be correlated to a single factor, the syringyl/guaiacyl ratio. A new method to predict the S/G ratio of total lignin in wood was developed, using a calibration line established by the syringaldehyde/vanillin (S/V) ratio (nitrobenzene oxidation) and the S/G ratio ((13)C NMR) of milled wood lignin (MWL).  相似文献

乌鲁木齐达坂城地区是新疆湿地分布比较集中的地区之一,包括河流、沼泽、湖泊和池塘等。2010年7-8月,先后2次在该地区采集藻类标本,在对标本鉴定过程中,发现新疆鼓藻属新记录有6种,分别为双眼鼓藻(Cosmarium bioculatum)、扁鼓藻(C.depressum)、丘凸鼓藻(C.ochthodes)、厚皮鼓藻(C.pachydermum)、斑点鼓藻(C.punctulatum)和直角鼓藻(C. rectangulare),并描述了其形态学特征。这些新记录的发现,丰富了新疆鼓藻属植物的研究资料。  相似文献
