猪场生物安全体系中十个通道的设计应用

2018年8月开始,非洲猪瘟在我国快速多点发生,该病是高度接触性传染性疾病,目前无有效的疫苗和药物控制,各大公司和养殖户开始了猪场生物安全体系的升级改造。两年后我国大部分猪场的成功复产,全国生猪出栏量的大幅提升,证明了生物安全措施巨大效力;同时在严格的生物安全措施下创新了精准剔除、快速复产等操作,进一步证明了生物安全措施的有效作用。文章主要介绍猪场生物安全体系中入口(大门)和出口(后门)最为关键防线处的通道设计,方便所有的生物安全操作能够高效落实,切断病原轻易进出猪场的途径。     

基于AHP法的4U-1400马铃薯收获机机械结构的设计

通过对机械设计方法学知识的理解与运用,给出了4U-1400马铃薯联合收获机的黑箱模型和形态学矩阵及功能原理的设计方法,提出其潜在可能的设计方案;利用层次分析法(AHP法),建立了马铃薯收获机的评价指标体系,对不同方案进行定性和定量的综合性评价和优劣排序;最后得出4U-1400马铃薯收获机机械结构的最优设计方案。     

卷盘式喷灌机卷盘驱动负载计算与分析

为优化卷盘式喷灌机驱动结构,研制高效卷盘喷灌机驱动器,需要对卷盘式喷灌机的卷盘负载情况进行计算和分析。为此,以软管牵引式卷盘喷灌机为对象,建立了卷盘负载转矩计算的物理模型,理论推导了在运行时的卷盘负载转矩数学计算模型。以JP50和JP75型卷盘式喷灌机为例,按推导所得数学模型进行计算,得到了运行时卷盘负载转矩随已回卷PE管长度的变化规律和估计值。计算结果表明:JP50型卷盘式喷灌机运行时最大负载转矩约为960N·m,JP75型为6 001N·m;卷盘负载转矩随已回卷长度的增加而减小,且当卷盘回卷半径变化时,负载转矩将突然变大;负载转矩的大小和变化规律只与喷灌机的参数和运行条件有关,与运行时的速度无关。     

Characterization,phylogenetic analyses and pathogenicity of Bipolaris setariae associated with brown stripe disease on sugarcane in Yunnan,China

Brown stripe disease is a severe foliar fungal disease of sugarcane worldwide and is widespread in all sugarcane planting areas in China. Brown stripe is a major disease that seriously affects the output and quality of the sugarcane industry in Yunnan Province, China's second-largest sugar base, while the pathogen of this disease remains not yet fully understood. To address this, we isolated and identified the fungi associated with 68 leaf samples showing typical symptoms of brown stripe from 22 sugarcane varieties in different areas of Yunnan Province. A total of 113 isolates were obtained, which were morphologically similar. Of these, 64 representative isolates were sequenced for the internal transcribed spacer region (ITS), GAPDH and EF-1α loci. All representative isolates grouped with the type strain of Bipolaris setariae in the phylogenetic trees inferred with individual and concatenated sequences of ITS, GAPDH and EF1-α. Pathogenicity test results showed that B. setariae strains were able to induce typical symptoms of brown stripe. The results obtained in this study clarify that only B. setariae is associated with sugarcane brown stripe in Yunnan, China. It is recorded here for the first time as a pathogen causing sugarcane brown stripe in Yunnan, and it is able to infect many major cultivars and new varieties, posing a new threat to the sugar industry in Yunnan Province. In addition, these results provide the scientific basis for the future breeding of disease-resistant varieties and effective prevention and control of sugarcane brown stripe disease.     

贵州省桑属（Morus）植物染色体倍数性的研究

本文运用酶解去壁低渗法,对贵州省桑属植物种质资源材料27份进行了染色体倍数性研究。结果如下:1.二倍体(2n=2x=28)5个。2.三倍体(2n=3x=42)1个。3.六倍体(2n=6x=84)21个。丰富了桑属植物染色体研究内容,为桑树遗传育种提供了理论和实践依据。     

尿素配施氯化铵对菜心产量及其品质的影响

利用盆栽试验，研究尿素配施不同比例的氯化铵对菜心硝酸盐积累的影响，结果表明：随着尿素配施氯化铵比例的增加，菜心氯含量增加，硝酸盐含量下降，而全N含量、叶绿素含量和收获前的产量变化不大。     

玉米品种结实性差的原因及预防措施

2005年沧州市夏播玉米果穗出现了不同程度的缺粒、缺行现象,有的果穗结实仅有一半,一般减产30%～70%,个别地块颗粒无收.针对上述问题,我们组织技术人员深入田间进行了认真的调查分析,基本明确了造成玉米结实性差的主要原因及预防措施.     

OPTIMAL DESIGN WITH WHOLE STRUCTURE PARAMETERS OF LOWER PART OF HUGE EXCAVATOR

A optimal design with whole structure parameters and its program are carried out. A reasonable model is established. Using the method a optimal design with whole structure parameters by original parameters of American P&H2300xp excavator was calculated. The size,carried out by the method,approximates to the size of P&H2300xp excavator very well.     

Research on Dynamics of Installation Way for Active Isolation Actuator on Flexible Foundations

The dynamic characteristic of active isolation atuator on flexible foundations was studied under the installation of parallel structure and foundation cancellation.The influencing relationships between active isolation force of the different installation ways and passive isolation system and flexible foundation were analyzed and compared.Scientific basis for selecting installation ways of active isolator is provided in this paper.     

Unicity Theorem of Meromorphic Functions

ln this paper,we firstly in vestigated the un icity properties of meromorphic functions with three common values,extended the results of H. Ueda,Yi Hongxun.Moreover,wealso improved the results of K,Shibazaki,Yi Hongxun and C,C,Yang,Hua xinhou and some others
