鸡溃疡性肠炎的病原学诊断

山东泰安、聊城等地发生多起以急性死亡、肝脏片状坏死为特征的鸡传染病，经组织压片镜检，病原菌分离培养、生化试验、药敏试验、动物回归试验等，确诊为由大肠梭状芽胞杆菌引起的鸡溃疡性肠炎。     

不同种类微生物对青贮发酵及有氧稳定性的影响

青绿饲料靠产酸益生菌在厌氧条件下发酵成为可长期储存的青贮饲料,在青贮发酵中不同种类微生物发挥各自的作用。文章就青贮饲料微生物种类、它们对发酵过程的影响和对有氧稳定性或抑制二次发酵的作用进行论述,以便为研究和实际生产提供借鉴。     

非电解微酸性次氯酸水装备及消毒剂在奶牛场整体消毒的应用与展望

综述了次氯酸消毒剂的发展过程,阐述了非电解微酸性次氯酸水(CELA水)消毒剂在奶牛场环境、物体、人员消毒以及蹄浴、乳房药浴、奶罐清洗、奶牛热应激等预防消毒的应用途径,展望了CELA水装备及消毒剂在奶牛场的整体消毒发展应用前景。     

森林工程专业教学建设与改革的实践

介绍了广西大学林学院几年来对森林工程专业进行建设和改革的实践和成效，主要从专业建设、培养目标、教学体系、师资队伍、学生就业等方面对森林工程专业进行改革，并取得较好的成效。     

Cycloartane triterpenoids from the stems of Schisandra glaucescens and their bioactivity

Five new cycloartane triterpenoids, schiglausins K-O (1-5), including one hexanortriterpenoid (1) and one octanortriterpenoid (2), as well as two known compounds (6-7), were isolated from the stems of Schisandra glaucescens Diels. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, including extensive NMR spectra. Compounds 2-7 were tested for their FXR agonistic and antagonistic effects. Compound 7 exhibited significant antagonistic effect against FXR with IC(50) of 1.50 μM.     

Comparison of biological indicators and umami‐related compounds in the gonad and abdomen meats of Eriocheir sinensis during different fattening periods under salinity

Chinese mitten crabs (Eriocheir sinensis) were collected after different periods of fattening under salinity (9‰): 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 d, corresponding to the original phase (OP), initial phase (IP), middle phase (MP), late phase (LP) and final phase (FP) respectively. Biological indicators, proximate composition, free amino acids and flavour nucleotides were determined. The results show that the gonadosomatic index was increased for both genders during fattening, and the higher content of crude protein and lipid was found in IP and MP. The content of free amino acids and umami intensity were significantly higher in most edible tissues than in the overall samples. The contents of flavour nucleotides first increased with fattening time and then decreased in the later phases. However, in female crabs, the content of 5’‐inosine monophosphate increased significantly in LP and FP compared with other phases. The findings indicate that fattening under salinity can increase gonadal index and umami intensity in E. sinensis.     

青贮同型与异型发酵接种剂的研究进展

青贮饲料是反刍动物日粮的重要组成部分,青贮发酵是通过微生物作用完成的,在青贮发酵过程中产酸益生菌可以加快青贮物料酸化的速度,改善青贮产品品质,有效延长青贮饲料的保存时间,因此具有重要的使用价值。文中就青贮发酵过程中的同型发酵接种剂和异型发酵接种剂的作用原理及其对青贮质量的影响和动物生产性能的影响进行综述,并且展望了青贮菌制剂的未来发展趋势。     

半纤维素酯化和醚化改性研究进展

近些年,从可再生资源获得新的功能性材料引起了广泛关注。半纤维素通过改性后可替代传统化石材料制备新型功能材料。从酯化和醚化两方面论述半纤维素化学改性的研究现状,并对半纤维素改性应用前景进行展望。半纤维素酰氯酯化赋予半纤维素斥水性能而酸酐酯化赋予亲水性能,羧甲基化、甲基化、季碱化和苄基化在半纤维素醚化方面取得很大进展。新的技术应用将会更大程度提高改性半纤维素取代度,为发掘其鲜为人知的用途提供了新窗口。
