江苏机插水稻大面积均衡增产共性特征分析 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以江苏26个水稻高产创建示范县为对象,对水稻田产量及群体结构的典型田块进行调查。将水稻生产要素(种植方、品种、播期、种植方式)类型相近或相同的田块按产量分成高产田(I,> 10.5 t hm-2)、中产田(II,9.0 ~10.5 t hm-2)、低产田(III,< 9.0 t hm-2) 3个等级,比较其产量结构、空间分布均衡性等群体指标。结果表明:(1)高产田的颖花数、穗数、穗粒数均有显著优势;不同类型田块在行距、穴距、单位面积穴数等空间配置上差异未达显著水平。(2)不同产量水平田块单穴穗数整齐度差异显著;产量与单穴穗数整齐度呈极显著正相关(r=0.436**,2009;r=0.441**,2010)。(3)顶部叶片长度增加有利于总粒数的增加,但易降低结实率,尤其是下位叶。表明提高单穴穗数整齐度和穗粒数整齐度,是协调水稻穗数、穗粒数和粒重三者矛盾的有效途径;也是江苏大面积均衡增产的有效途径。 相似文献

Input-output budgets for nitrogen in a typical purple soil sloping ploughland in Three Gorges areas 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The Xinzheng watershed in Zhongxian county, Chongqing, is a typical purple soil sloping ploughland in the Three Gorges areas. In 2009, the input-output budgets in this watershed is investigated and the results indicate that the nitrogen input is 918.26 kg/(hm2·a) and the output are 569.46 kg/(hm2·a). Furthermore, chemical fertilizer nitrogen is the main input source, accounting for 57.63%, and the main output track is nitrogen in crops, accounting for 36.22%. In this small watershed, the nitrogen loss load is 258.77 kg/(hm2·a). And the primary lost nitrogen is gaseous species, which is approximately 65.11% of the total lost nitrogen. In addition, nutrient nitrogen balance index is 3.4 in this watershed and the nitrogen surplus load is 348.80 kg/(hm2·a), much higher than the risk value, indicating potential occurrence pollution in ploughland. 相似文献

农杆菌敏感小麦基因型的筛选及其转化 总被引:7,自引:2,他引:7
利用C58c1农杆菌菌株(其携带的pPTN290质粒载体上含有nptⅡ 基因和GUS基因)为供体材料和小麦幼胚为受体材料,对我国35个春小麦基因型进行了农杆菌敏感性研究和转化研究。组织化学染色结果表明,PM97034、P187、巴140105、扬麦158、新春9号和克丰6号等基因型农杆菌感染后GUS基因瞬时表达率达到了15.0% ~ 30.0%,显著高于模式基因型Bobwhite。其余幼胚分别在含10-25mg/L G418培养基上诱导愈伤组织和分化植株,抗性再生植株经ELISA检测、PCR检测、叶片离体退绿检测、X-Gluc染色检测和Southerm blot检测,最终从新春9号和PM97034的农秆菌转化效率高于Bobwhite. Southerm blot检测结果同时表明,外源基因在多数转基因植株中表现为单拷贝整合。T1代植株ELISA检测结果和PCR检测结果表明,外源基因在个别株系中的分离符合孟德尔遗传规律,而在多数株系中的分离偏离了孟德尔遗传规律。阳性植株与阴性植株分离比经X2。适合性检测,表明外源基因在多数株系中的遗传符合3:1分离规律。本文首次对不同小麦基因型进行了农秆菌敏感和转化效率研究,筛选到新春9号和PM97034两个对农杆菌比较敏感且转化效率比较高的基因型,可望广泛用于小麦转基因研究。 相似文献

This paper analyzes the structure and line current waveform of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit. As an application of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit, a high-frequency welding device's simulation model and harmonic analysis of line current are presented. Results of simulation are compared to field measurements. The two are in a good agreement, so this simulation model is correct. Two single-tuning filters and one second-order HPF are designed according to the device's harmonic condition. Simulation results of the circuit with filters indicate decrease of the harmonics in current of power supply, and the waveform is close to sinusoidal wave, which prove correctness of the solution to harmonics pollution. 相似文献

In order to improve waveform performance of light HVDC system, a lot of switches which operate in high frequency are used, which causes large switching losses and results high cost. A new Buck type voltage source converter(BVSC) is proposed. The new BVSC comprises a dual-buck converter and a three-phase inverter operating in grid frequency. Only two high frequency switches are used, which results good output waveform performance. In order to reduce the high frequency switching losses, a novel improved double-frequency Buck type voltage source converter(DBVSC) is also proposed. An additional dual-Buck converter is added to the BVSC, the added dual-Buck converter deals with the fundamental power that operates in low frequency, and BVSC only deals with harmonic power that operates in high frequency. The output waveform is enhanced and the switching losses are reduced in DBVSC, and the power rating is also increased. The DBVSC is very suitable for large power rating application. The one cycle control theory is adopted to control the proposed DBVSC with analog circuit, which is very simple. The proposed DBVSC and control method are verified by simulation. 相似文献

开花期是影响玉米产量的重要因子之一。Indeterminate1 (ID1)编码玉米Indeterminate domain (IDD)家族蛋白,是玉米开花期的重要调控因子。然而,其他玉米IDD蛋白家族基因及其生物学功能有待深入研究。本文利用生物信息学技术在玉米基因组中鉴定并分离了37个IDD家族基因,记作ZmIDD。表达分析发现这些ZmIDD基因在8个玉米组织中显示出多种表达模式。为进一步探讨ZmIDD基因在调控玉米开花期上的作用,检测了37个ZmIDD在172个自交系中的遗传多样性,发现35个ZmIDD基因在自交系间具有多态性,平均每个基因具有37.8个多态性位点。关联分析鉴定到包含ID1在内的7个ZmIDD基因在多个环境下与开花期性状显著关联。对Zm00001d020683基因2 kb的启动子区和600 bp编码区重测序,共鉴定到64个多态性位点。候选基因关联分析鉴定到2个启动子区的插入缺失(In/Del)位点与开花期显著关联,其中2个位点分别插入3 bp和2 bp的单倍型为一种提早开花的基因型。研究结果为玉米开花期相关基因的分离和利用研究提供了候选基因和选择靶点。 相似文献
