澳洲坚果引种试种研究初报

澳洲坚果无性系从１９７９年开始引入中国，并在南亚热带作物研究所（南亚所）试种，现已在南亚热带地区七省扩大试种达２００ｈｍ＾２，各地生长均良好，已有少量结果。南亚所植区澳洲坚果１３龄树平均单株年产已达６ｋｇ（壳果），抗寒性良好，在－４℃时仍未受害，病虫害不严重（曾发生过花序枯萎病、速衰病、茎干溃疡病），但风害严重。澳洲坚果的适生温度在１０℃－３０℃，以最冷月（１）平均气温≤１０℃，年降雨量在１０００     

High-resolution computed tomography of the mammalian lung.

High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) was performed in 21 isolated animal lungs, from 4 mammalian species (pigs, rabbits, dogs, sheep). Gross and subgross central and peripheral lung morphology was determined by HRCT. Three distinct types of lungs can be identified, principally based on the extent of interlobular septal development; the relationship of major vessels to airways; and the thickness of the visceral pleura. Type-I lung is found in pigs, sheep, and cattle; type-II lung is found in rabbits, dogs, cats, and monkeys; and type-III lung is found in human beings and horses. These mammalian lungs were compared with human lungs. The potential use of HRCT to investigate specific human lung diseases in the aforementioned species also was considered.     

乳酸杆菌制剂对肉仔鸡肠道菌群、血清球蛋白及生产性能的影响

120只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡饲喂不同水平乳酸杆菌制剂,研究乳酸杆菌制剂对肉仔鸡的饲喂效果。结果表明,乳酸杆菌制剂在提高肉仔鸡成活率、增重和改善饲料利用率方面有一定的促进作用,但效果不显著(P>0.05)。而在改善肠道菌群结构和提高血清球蛋白方面效果显著(P<0.05)。     

高压全膜电力电容器用新浸渍剂苄基甲苯的研究

进行了由氯化苄与甲苯合成苄基甲苯的工艺研究,筛选了精制方法.合成和精制后的油品,检测了理化电性能,作成模型电容器进行各种试验,表明该绝缘油具有优异的性能.     

加工现场微机控制系统抗干扰的研究

针对制造业加工现场的环境特点，分析了微机控制系统的干扰来源和途径，介绍了实用的抗干扰措施。实践证明：这些软硬件抗干扰措施的综合运用，使自动化加工中微机控制系统的稳定性得到了较大的提高。     

加强农业法制建设保障农村经济发展

农业法制工作面对新的发展机遇，应从健全和完善农业法律法规体系、深化农业执法体系改革、搞好农业法律法规的普法教育三个方面不断努力，以使农业法制建设有较大的发展，真正起到对粮食增产，农业增效，农民增收的保障作用。     

GIS在生态土地分类中的作用

This paper depicted the physiographic landscape features and natural vegetation situation of study area (the eastern Jilin Province), and expatiates the definition, basic characters and its development of Ecological Land Classification (ELC). Based on the combination of relief map, satellite photography for study area and vegetation inventory data of 480 sample sites, a 5-class and a 15-class ecological land type map was concluded according to 4 important factors including slope, aspect, vegetation and elevation. Ecological Classification System (ECS) is a method to identify, characterize, and map ecosystems. The Ecological Land Type (ELT) was examined and applied initially in eastern Jilin Province. 拮抗细菌Enterobacter cloaeae B8的一株抗菌素抗性突变体(英文)

为了研究拮抗细菌Enterobacter cloacae B8在野外水稻叶面上的定殖情况及拮抗作用,由自然选择和Tn5诱变从B8产生了一株抗菌素抗性突变体BX8.BX8能在含利福平达400μg/ml或卡那霉素达300μg/ml的LB培养基中生长.实验表明该抗菌素抗性的产生没有降低BX8的拮抗活性.该抗性比较稳定,在无抗菌素培养基中培养.BX8至少分裂生长60代内抗性不变.
