本文主要介绍了微机地理信息系统软件 PC ARC/INFO 的结构,主模块 ARC 及其主要子模块的功能,系统优化的方法及该系统当前的主要应用领域及前景展望。     

绵羊肺炎支原体黏附因子的定点突变及原核表达

本研究采用点突变PCR方法成功克隆并表达了绵羊肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma ovipneumoiae,M.O)内蒙古分离株(SZWQ株)的黏附因子基因(SZWQ-860)。表达产物经SDS-PAGE电泳检测,与预期目的蛋白的大小一致,将重组蛋白纯化后经Western blot检测,结果表明重组蛋白具有良好的免疫反应性。     

养猪生产的收益和成本调查

自2007年5月生猪价格上涨以来,猪价一直高位运行,养猪生产效益可观。为及时了解养猪生产中各个环节的收益和成本情况,特进行了专题调查,现报告如下。1养猪收益根据笔者对养猪生产中的饲料、饲养、屠宰、销售等环节的调查,以一头猪为例,收益情况大体如下。1.1饲料生产环节可获利     

The 16MΔvjbR as an ideal live attenuated vaccine candidate for differentiation between Brucella vaccination and infection

Brucellosis brings great economic burdens for developing countries. Live attenuated vaccines are the most efficient means for prevention and control of animal Brucellosis. However, the difficulties of differentiating of infection from vaccine immunization, which is essential for eradication programs, limit their applications. Therefore, the development of a vaccine that could differentiate infection from immunization will overcome the limitations and get extensive application. VjbR is a quorum sensing regulator involving in Brucella's intracellular survival. The vjbR∷Tn5 mutants have been proven effective against wild type strain challenge, implying its possibility of use in vaccine candidate development. To further evaluate this candidate gene, in the present study, the antigenicity of purified recombinant VjbR protein was analyzed. Antibodies to Brucella melitensis VjbR could be detected in sera from patients and animals with brucellosis but not in control ones, implying the potential use of this protein as a diagnostic antigen. Then a vjbR mutant of B. melitensis 16M was constructed by replacing the vjbR with kanamycin gene. The mutant showed reduced survival in macrophage and mice. Vaccination of BALB/c mice with 16MΔvjbR conferred significant protective immunity against B. melitensis strain 16M challenges, being equivalent to which induced by the license vaccine Rev.1. The vjbR deletion mutant elicited an anti-Brucella-specific immunoglobulin G response and induced the secretion of gamma interferon and interleukin-10. The most importance is that, the use of vjbR mutants as vaccines in association with diagnostic tests based on the VjbR antigen would allow the serological differentiation between infected and vaccinated animals. These results suggest that 16MΔvjbR is an ideal live attenuated vaccine candidate against B. melitensis and deserves further evaluation for vaccine development.     

Establishment of Detection Methods for Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in Injections by UPLC-PDA

A detection method of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in houttuynia injection,bupleurum injection,vitamin C injection,lincomycin hydrochloride injection,and asragulus polysacharin injection was established by UPLC-PDA.The Waters ACQUITY UPLC^® BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0.75% triethylamine phosphatic liquor/solution (pH 3.0)-methyl alcohol-acetonitrile(50:45:5),the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the column temperature had remained 25℃,photodiode array detector wavelength range was 190 to 400 nm,the recorded wavelength was 242 nm,the injection volume was 10 μL.The linear range of dexamethasone sodium phosphatel was 10.0 to 200.0 mg/L (R²=0.9999),the mean recovery and RSD for dexamethasone sodium phosphate in houttuynia injection,bupleurum injection,vitamin C injection,lincomycin hydrochloride injection and asragulus polysacharin injection were 97.54% and 1.14%,101.59% and 0.19%,100.92% and 0.92%,99.82% and 0.73%,100.08% and 0.62%,respectively.This method was accurate,easy and fast,it was suitable for detection of dexamethasone sodium phosphatein houttuynia injection and other four kinds of injections.     

青山羊精子中乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的研究

用琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术，对山东青山羊精子中ＬＤＨ同工酶进行研究。结果表明，９只青山羊精子中均检出４条ＬＤＨ同工酶谱带。即ＬＤＨ－１、ＬＤＨ－３、ＬＤＨ－４和ＬＤＨ－ｘ。ＬＤＨ－ｘ酶带位于ＬＤＨ－４和ＬＤＨ－５之间，电泳迁移率近于ＬＤＨ－５，含量为ＬＤＨ的７５％，６５℃处理５ｍｉｎ稳定。本文结合ＬＤＨ－ｘ同工酶特殊功能，对其生理意义和临床意义进行讨论。     

浅圆仓仓顶自动喷水降温试验

为了缓解夏季高温对仓温及粮温的影响,对浅圆仓仓顶进行自动喷水降温试验,利用水的蒸发带走仓顶热量,以减少外热向仓内热传递,减缓仓温和粮温上升,从而延缓粮食陈化速度,保持粮食原有品质,确保储粮安全度夏,为最终实现绿色储粮创造有利条件。     

兽药对生态环境影响的研究进展

综述了兽药对陆生和水生生态环境影响方面的研究进展，探讨了兽药对陆生植物、土壤动物、土壤微生物与原生生物等陆生生态环境的影响及对浮游类生物与微生物、鱼虾与水体甲壳动物等水生生态环境的影响及其生态毒理效应。     

不同栽培模式下青贮玉米的农艺性状

为探究不同的栽培模式对青贮玉米(Zea mays)农艺性状及产量形成的影响,选用新饲玉19号在(30+60)、(10+66)、(17+50)、(60+60)、(76+76)、(40+60)和(30+90)cm 7种行距栽培模式下对比研究。结果表明,(60+60)cm的栽培模式中青贮玉米株高、穗位高等农艺性状以及单株叶面积、倒四叶SPAD值和单株干鲜重均高于其他栽培模式,随着栽培行距的增加,青贮玉米冠层中下部透光率有所增加,(60+60)cm等行距栽培下青贮玉米冠层结构布局合理,生物量显著高于其他栽培模式(P=0.003)。不同的栽培模式中,随着行距的增加玉米农艺性状表现良好,(60+60)cm等行距栽培时有利于青贮玉米产量的形成。     

实用饲粮补锌对肉鸡组织锌、免疫器官及生产性能的影响

采用实用饲粮（玉米－多饼型,含锌３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）,对狄高肉鸡（４～６周龄）分别补加锌４０和８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ,研究微量元素Ｚｎ对试鸡组织锌含量、免疫器官生长发育及生产性能的影响。结果表明饲粮缺锌（含Ｚｎ３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）不影响鸡体重、饲料转化率和心、肝、肾、胰、肌胃、脑千克活体重（Ｐ＞０．０５）,但缺锌影响脾、胸腺、法氏囊、盲肠扁桃体、免疫器官及腺胃、小肠厚度、甲状腺生长发育（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）;饲粮补锌（４０、８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）能改善免疫器官机能,增加胫骨、跗骨、趾骨、肝、胰、肾、心组织锌含量（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）;骨、肝、胰组织对饲粮锌缺乏较敏感,趾骨锌含量是标识鸡锌营养状况的灵敏指标。
