保护地CO2施肥研究进展

对保护地内ＣＯ的变化规律,ＣＯ２施肥的效果,增产的原因,施肥时间等的研究结果,进行了综述,并介绍了ＣＯ２的施用方法、影响施肥效果的因素及注意事项。     

Interleukin-1β inhibits AKT to down-regulate eNOS Ser1177 phosphorylation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells

AIM To investigate whether interleukin-1β （IL-1β） regulates endothelial nitric oxide synthase （eNOS） phosphorylation at Ser1177 site in human umbilical vein endothelial cells （HUVECs）, and to explore its possible mechanism. METHODS The HUVECs were randomly divided into normal control group, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） group, IL-1β group, IL-6 group, SC79 ［protein kinase B （PKB/AKT） specific agonist］ group and SC79+IL-1β group. Western blot was used to determine the protein levels of eNOS, p-eNOS-Ser1177, AKT and p-AKT-Ser473 in the HUVECs. Chemical colorimetry was used to detect the nitric oxide （NO） content in the culture medium of HUVECs. RESULTS No statistically significant difference of p-eNOS-Ser1177 level in HUVECs treated with TNF-α and IL-6 was observed as compared with normal control group （P>0.05）, while the protein level of p-eNOS-Ser1177 in the HUVECs and the content of NO in the culture medium of HUVECs decreased significantly in IL-1β group （P<0.05）, and the protein level of p-AKT-Ser473 in the HUVECs was decreased as compared with normal control group （P<0.05）. The AKT agonist SC79 blocked the down-regulation effect of IL-1β on p-eNOS-Ser1177 level in the HUVECs and NO content in the culture medium of HUVECs （P<0.05）. CONCLUSION IL-1β down-regulates the protein level of p-eNOS-Ser1177 in HUVECs and affects the activity of eNOS, which may be involved in AKT/eNOS signaling pathway.     

Comparative study of two methods for extraction of aflatoxin from peanut meal and peanut butter

The difference between the CB and Best Foods methods in extracting aflatoxins from peanut products has been studied. The CB method yields 60, 121, 35, and 22% higher results for aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2, respectively for 4 samples of peanut meal and 6 samples of peanut butter studied. Both reverse phase liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography were used to quantitate the extracted aflatoxins.     

大棚有机基质栽培厚皮甜瓜品种的筛选

选服７个厚皮甜瓜品种进行大棚有机基质栽培比较试验,结果表明,天蜜抗病,生长势强,果形圆整,品质较好,可作为南京地区设施无土栽培的推广品种。     

From the drawing board to the field: an example for establishing an MPA in Penghu,Taiwan

• 1. In order to promote the establishment of the first marine protected area (MPA) in Taiwan, the conservation values of 12 reef sites in the Penghu Islands were evaluated. The results together with a 6‐year surveillance programme revealed that the Chinwan Inner Bay (CIB) possesses the best coral community in the Penghu Islands with the highest coral cover, high species diversity and habitat types, as well as a high conservation value.
• 2. Utilization of biological resources and socio‐economic factors of CIB were investigated by intensive field surveys and a complete visit‐and‐poll survey respectively. Most of the fishing at CIB is for recreational purposes and is characterized by low investment, low harvest rates, high dependence on weather conditions, and self‐consumption.
• 3. The socio‐economic data showed that there was basically no direct conflict of interests with local communities at two neighbouring villages, and most local residents indicated that they would support the MPA proposal.
• 4. A blueprint for a CIB MPA based on the results of these biological and socio‐economic investigations is proposed. Environmental threats including anchor damage and the predation of Drupella snails need to be ameliorated and monitored through the implementation of appropriate management. The involvement of local communities is key to the success of this MPA and environmental education is recommended to promote public awareness.

巴斯德毕赤酵母表达系统研究进展

巴斯德毕赤酵母(Pichia pastoris)表达系统是基因工程研究中广泛使用的真核表达系统,对Pichia pastoris基因结构、载体元件以及影响外源基因表达的因素等进行了较为全面的综述.     

南水北调中线唐县渠段植物及病虫害种类调查

为研发南水北调防护林带林业有害生物绿色防控技术提供基础数据,2019年6月—2020年10月,对唐县渠段两侧防护林带植物种类和病虫害情况进行实地调查。结果显示:唐县渠段防护林带共有植物23种,隶属于14科21属,主要树种有金叶榆Ulmus pumila、国槐Sophora japonica、核桃Juglans regia、垂柳Salix babylonica、黄栌Cotinus coggygria;病害9种,发生严重的是桃细菌性穿孔病(Xanthomonas arboricola pv.pruni);害虫17种,发生严重的有美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea、苹掌舟蛾Phalera flavescens、榆木蠹蛾Holcocerus vicarius和芳香木蠹蛾Cossus cossus。唐县渠段植物种类较为丰富,病虫害主要为叶部病害和食叶害虫,对危害严重的病虫害可进行针对性预防和防治。     

几种药剂防治白萝卜蚜虫、烟粉虱试验效果

为探索防治白萝卜蚜虫、烟粉虱安全高效的药剂,减少农药用量,降低残留,使生产的白萝卜符合出口国要求,我们选择了几种药剂防治白萝卜蚜虫、烟粉虱的药剂,进行了田间试验。试验表明,在蚜虫、烟粉虱混合发生初期,用10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂15g/667m2,其药后5d、7d对蚜虫校正防效达到97.8%、95.8%;用1%除虫菊素-苦参碱微囊悬浮剂75mL/667m2,其药后5d、7d对烟粉虱校正防效达到73.9%、78.2%,在生产上应每隔7d用药1次,连用2次。以上2种药剂对白萝卜安全且有较好的防治效果。
