Inspiration to Reuse of Old Industry Building with SOHO

This paper analyzes the SOHO and the reuse of old industry building, and deeply explores the creation and application of SOHO mode in the reuse of old industry building, furthermore, it points out the four inspirations to the reuse of old industry building, at the end, a general judgment of the development logic of SOHO is given.     

Structural Analysis and Discussion of Wide -stayed Bridge Basket

Based on a cable -stayed bridge girder as an example, the structure and function, the operating principle and calculation model of the main elements of the Basket of wide - stayed bridge were described in detail. A further discussion was carried out on the Basket of Cantilever construction of the main beam in the structure.     

FEM on Coupled Hydromechanical Dynamic Response of Geogrid Reinforced Soil Retaining Wall

Geogrid reinforced soil retaining wall(GRSRW) is composed of panel,geogrid and soil,its coupled hydromechanical structural characteristics are increasingly emphasized in practice.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the reinforcement-soil interaction,the grogrid and soil around it with a definite thickness were regarded as a kind of composite material with strain-compatible condition.A saturated porous media model was introduced to simulate the soil and reinforcement-soil composite material hereby and the mathematic model for numerical analysis on structural characteristics of GRSRW was built up.The FEM equations were deduced from the standard Galerkin procedure,resolving these equations,we can gain the relevant dynamic response of saturated GRSRW.     

Discussion about the Agent- Construction System of Governmental Project in China

The agent - construction system, as a new public project management mode, has been practiced in some cities and attracted attention from the society. This paper firstly studies the features and operation modes of agent - construction system, and discusses the agent - construction system from the viewpoints of promoting competition, nourishing agent -construction enterprises, setting up a supervisory and encouraging mechanism, and its connection with the governmental project procurement system etc.     

Effect of Western Architectural Culture on the Traditional Dwellings in Meizhou

Under the special social background and source of history, the western architectural culture affected the traditional dwellings in Meizhou from the 19th century till the 20th century. The framework, outline and materials of traditional dwellings were changed in certain extent while the form of plane layout and interior decoration still stood stable maintaining the native characters. This article analyzes the phenomena of incorporation of things with diverse nature.     

Nonlinear FEM Analysis of RC Staggered Joint by Using APDL Language

In order to settle some problems involved in applying ANSYS into nonlinear Finite Element Analysis of RC structure,this paper discusses the nonlinear FEM method for staggered joint,incorporating its experimental result.The main solved problems are as follows:(1) The fundamental process of nonlinear FEM analysis;(2) How to model the behaviors of reinforcement and concrete respectively;(3) How to model the bond-slip relationship between reinforcement and concrete.     

园林植物在癌症疗养景观中的应用与营建

癌症是全球面临的医学难题,癌症患者的疗养环境也是国内外学者一直关注的研究方向。植物是景观中重要组成要素。从植物的传统功能入手,总结出植物在癌症疗养花园更加注重植物特性、空间构造、氛围营建、交互体验,并进一步阐述植物在癌症疗养景观中的营造过程,指出未来更加关注植物在癌症花园中的特殊性与应用的多样性,促进国内癌症疗养环境中植物设计与营造的进一步发展。     

超高效液相色谱法测定猪用添加剂预混合饲粮中的米诺地尔

研究旨在建立一种检测猪用添加剂预混合饲粮中米诺地尔的超高效液相色谱测定方法。样品采用甲醇振荡提取,混合型强阳离子固相萃取小柱（MCX）净化,采用配有二极管阵列紫外检测器的超高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。结果显示：标准品浓度为0.05～10.00 mg/L,米诺地尔具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数（R2）为0.999 6。样品中米诺地尔的最低检出限为2 mg/kg,定量限为5 mg/kg。在5～200 mg/kg范围内,平均回收率为73.6%～89.7%,相对标准偏差（RSDs）均小于4.5%。研究表明,试验建立的方法准确性好、灵敏度高,可有效应用于猪用添加剂预混合饲粮中米诺地尔的检测。     

依托高校农业技术推广体系加强林业硕士实践研究培养环节的探索——以西北农林科技大学为例

实践研究是林业硕士研究生培养过程中的重要环节。加强林业硕士研究生实践研究培养环节,培养具备扎实林业基础理论和专业知识的高层次应用型人才,是高等农林院校重点关注的课题。与此同时,高等农林院校作为农业技术推广的主要力量,已建成完整的农业技术推广体系,为我国农业增产增收做出了巨大贡献。然而,由于高等农林院校对林业硕士实践研究基地建设的认识有偏颇,在基地建设中没有对高校在农业技术推广方面的优势予以足够的重视,硬件建设不能完全满足林业硕士开展实践研究所需的生活和工作条件,软件建设存在林业硕士在校外基地学习和生活的日常管理缺位等问题,所以以大学为依托的农业技术推广体系在人才培养方面发挥的作用不大。为此,西北农林科技大学以创新的视角,在依托高校农业技术推广体系加强林业硕士实践研究培养环节方面做了大量有益的尝试。首先,依托学校建立的农业技术推广试验示范站(基地)开展林业硕士培养,选派研究方向与试验示范站(基地)的推广技术密切相关的林业硕士驻站开展实践研究。其次,加强导师队伍建设和教学案例建设,将试验示范站(基地)富有实践经验的专业技术人员纳入学校的研究生导师队伍,结合试验示范站(基地)的生产实际编写典...     

铅镉胁迫下蜀葵与油菜混作对油菜重金属积累的影响

【目的】我国耕地土壤的重金属污染问题对油菜存在不良影响,本研究探究铅镉胁迫下蜀葵(Althaea rosea Cavan.)与油菜混作对油菜重金属积累的影响,拟寻找一种减少重金属对油菜污染的农艺技术。【方法】通过将油菜与蜀葵按不同比例混作,再结合生物量、铅镉含量、抗氧化酶活性分析蜀葵、油菜混作与油菜重金属积累的相关性。【结果】混作油菜生物量大于单作,混作蜀葵生物量小于单作;与单作蜀葵和油菜相比,混作蜀葵和油菜的Pb、Cd含量均减小,混作油菜的抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性低于单作,混作蜀葵的抗氧化酶POD活性高于单作,SOD、CAT活性低于单作;在混作比例中,蜀葵数量占比的增加与油菜的Pb、Cd含量存在负相关。【结论】研究表明,蜀葵与油菜混作能够抑制油菜对Pb、Cd的吸收,当混作比例为蜀葵：油菜=3:1时,蜀葵抑制油菜Pb、Cd吸收的效果最佳。
