用于制备固定化酶混和设备的设计与制造

固定化酶已广泛应用于食品工业,如乳品生产中低乳糖奶粉的生产中,就需要将从酵母中提取的粗酶与海藻酸钠混合后进行包埋,由于海藻酸钠粘度很大,采用常规方式无法混合完全,而市场上又无相应的设备,所以本文对用于制备固定化酶的混和设备进行了设计与研制,对转筒的尺寸和转速进行了设计与计算,选择了相应的电机、皮带轮、皮带等,同时设计了机架和轴,并对上述内容需校核的部分进行了校核.研制设备的具体尺寸为长×宽×高=760 mm×690 mm×1100 mm
