盐胁迫对水稻幼苗类囊体膜脂肪酸组分的影响(英文) 总被引:11,自引:3,他引:8
[Objective] The aim of the study is to understand the changes of fatty acid composition of rice thylakoid membrane under salt stress.[Method] Under salt stress of different concentrations of NaCl,rice seedlings of Pokkali and Peta with six leaves and one central leaf were used as experimental materials to extract the fatty acid from their thylakoid membranes,and gas chromatograph(1890)was used to analyze fatty acid composition.[Result] Fatty acid component 14∶0,18∶0,16∶1(3t),18∶1 in both the two experimental materials showed little variations in the first four days of salt stress,whereafter they increased slightly;while the fatty acid component 16∶0 and level of saturation of fatty acid(LSFA)showed the similar variation trend in the first four days of treatment compared to those of the fatty acid components mentioned above,whereafter they rose in Pokkali and presented an opposite variation trend in Peta;fatty acid component 18∶3 and level of unsaturation of fatty acid(LUFA)reduced all the time under stress condition,and the reducing amplitude in 100 mmol/L NaCl treatment group was smaller than that of 100 mmol/L NaCl treatment group,and in Pokkali was smaller than that in Peta under specific conditions.Meanwhile,level of saturation of fatty acid in both experimental materials increased,and the rising amplitude in Peta was smaller than that of Pokkali.[Conclusion] With regard to LUFA,Pokkali is endowed with more salt tolerance than Peta. 相似文献

研究了KCl处理对盐生植物毕氏海蓬子生长和抗氧化酶活性的变化.结果表明,低浓度KCI(0,1和6mmol·-1)处理显著促进了海蓬子生长和抗氧化酶系统中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性.而高浓度的KCI(50和100mmol·L-1)却明显抑制了海蓬子的生长,SOD、POD和CAT的活性也受到抑制,超氧阴离子(O2-)和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加程度明显高于低浓度的KCI处理.高浓度KCI处理伤害海蓬子的原因之一是抗氧化酶活性降低,不能及时将活性氧类清除,从而导致活性氧及MDA积累,引起质膜伤害,使海蓬子生长量降低. 相似文献

研究结果表明 :食用仙人掌在 4℃~ 5℃低温下贮藏 12d(天 )后发生了冷害症状 ,这与低温比室温处理显著降低了掌皮和掌肉中SOD、POD活性和AsA、可溶性蛋白含量和加剧膜脂过氧化作用有关 ,但室温 (12℃~ 18℃ )比低温贮藏并未有效延缓食用仙人掌的成熟衰老期 ,除可溶性蛋白含量在 2 4d(天 )内表现较快增加随后下降外 ,其他指标均在 9d~ 12d(天 )内表现峰值或上升势 ,18d(天 )后皆呈迅速下降趋势。表明食用仙人掌在采后 12d(天 )达到成熟 ,18d(天 )后已完全衰老。在 2种处理温度下 ,掌皮比掌肉中SOD、POD活性和AsA(还原型Vc) ,可溶性蛋白含量均较高 ,说明掌皮比掌肉有较强的抗氧化衰老能力 ,因而在美容化妆品和饮食等方面具有较高利用价值。 相似文献

为了研究葡萄糖和柠檬酸溶液浸渍处理对冻干苹果片品质的影响,通过单因素试验测定并分析不同质量分数葡萄糖、柠檬酸溶液浸渍处理后冻干苹果片的主要品质指标,再用响应面分析法优化浸渍处理的葡萄糖-柠檬酸溶液最佳质量分数组合。单因素试验结果表明,高质量分数(25%)葡萄糖溶液浸渍处理可使冻干苹果片获得较高的色差值、产出率、形变率和硬度;高质量分数(4%)柠檬酸溶液浸渍处理可使冻干苹果片获得相对较高的色差值、复水比、形变率及相对较低的产出率、硬度。通过中心组合响应面试验,利用加权系数法将色差值、形变率、产出率和硬度等4个指标转化成综合指标。结果表明,葡萄糖质量分数越高、柠檬酸质量分数越低,所得冻干苹果片的综合指标越高。响应面优化的最佳浸渍溶液质量分数组合为25%葡萄糖+1%柠檬酸,在该组合溶液浸渍处理下的冻干苹果片色差值为9.67,形变率为14.82%,产出率为17.26%,硬度为4.43 N,获得的综合指标回归模型的决定系数(R~2)=0.95,具有较好的品质预测能力。 相似文献
